We expected he'd tell us we needed a new H20 water heater, but he didn't---turned it back on & said he could probably last 5+ more yrs. I knew what the core problem was and that the drain was physically blocked some distance from the sink itself, and I realized that I couldn't fix it myself. So after checking Yelp and finding the stellar reviews I just called Victor at 11.04 in the morning, and he picked up himself :). We chatted and he asked me to text our exact address (which I did) and he texted back that he had a couple of jobs near us but that he thought he could be with by 7pm. It got to about 8.30pm so I texted and he called back and said he could be with us in 15 minutes if it wasn't too late or he would come first thing in the morning. I said please come now and he did. It was Victor himself, a real gentleman who REALLY knows his stuff! 45 minutes later the sink was flowing again like magic. He cleaned everything up and took care to wear shoe covers and gloves. It was also awesome to chit chat with him about Beverly Hills and the celebs all around us over the years - including a BIG name that used to live in our building in the 70's (news to him).
