I decided to run out and grab soda and upon opening the outside porch door (We have a covered front porch) I almost stepped on our pizza. It was left on the outside concrete steps in the cold and rain for I don't know how long. I know it was long enough for it to be a cold, soggy pizza. We called the pizza shop who said they couldn't help us because it's an outside delivery service. We were provided the outside (slice.com) delivery services phone number. They wouldn't offer anything more than a 15% off refund and had the audacity to say "the pizza was delivered a half hour early." Be aware when/how you order. We will not be using I love NY again, again, not because their pizza is bad but because I will not deal with their delivery service.

I chose a slice of pepperoni and a slice of sausage which were heated up in the oven. There is not much seating inside, but there is ample picnic table seating outside shared with Poppy's Ice Cream. The hot pizza slices were pretty good, which had a thin firm soft and chewy crust topped with the right amount of tomato sauce, meat toppings and melted cheese.
