This isn't your fancy smancy tire store. It's pretty small basic and loaded with tires...go figure. The two guys had a little bit of Mexican music blaring but not too loud to be annoying. Anyway, I can't disagree with any reviews. My tire was completely shot so a patch wasn't going to cut it. They sold me a used being sure to ask me if I thought it would work for me. Didn't try to sell me a new one. Took off the "spare", washed off the used tire so it looked brand new, and but the tire on probably in a span of 20 minutes. They're my tire hombres! read more

Who ever thought the purchase of a tire would be a total of a half hour long. I made the call at 3:00. Got there by 3:09 and took a walk across the street with my little one for a slurpee. The tire was mounted by the time I got back and I paid. I drove out of that parking lot at 3:25. They're efficient and know what they're doing. read more

BEWARE - I had 2 tires replaced, and against all common knowledge and safety they put them on the front, even though I questioned them about it. To their credit they did switch them after I researched this online and went back. They were also more expensive then their competitors. All the good reviews here seem to be for their inexpensive tire repair. I would not recommend getting new tires from them. read more

Echoing the other reviews: fast, friendly, and affordable! We got a flat tire while out of town, and were driving on our spare when we returned home on a Sunday evening. No one else was open, or had time to help us, when we found Rich's. I called and told them we needed a tire repaired, they said they had time; we drove up and literally five minutes later, they had our tire fixed and we were ready to go. (It was a nail puncture and the repair cost $15.) Plus they were super nice, offering to help get our spare back in the car. All-around great experience! read more

They don't come to you so I drove my 1 year old Prius with a flared tie for 2 miles to them. I know I shouldn't do that through. Anyway, They said the tire was no good and replaced a new one for 95+ tax =108. It might too expensive but I don't have other choices. It only took them 15 mins to replace it. there was a hole the size of a walnut in my right front tire. I took it to Rich's tire service, and while I stood there thinking myself lucky, a very friendly guy found the hole and patched it up in less than 10 minutes, and then I gave him my ten bucks, and that was that. I love simplicity and efficiency, when it comes to cars, anyway. He also told me my tires have another 10,000 miles in them, and I had been fretting that I'd need new ones. Great service, just as everyone says. Came right over, fixed my flat tire, got me out of there in 15 minutes. He explained the puncture was too close to the side wall, so he put a plug in it instead of patching, said it will last the life of the tire. He also had his torque wrench pre-set to the correct torque for remounting. read more

Really good service, I came with a set of wheels that gave me a bumpy ride on an older car and they were nice enough to throw them on the balancing machine to check. They are FAST! no wasting time writing up work order. no wait at all. fixed my slow leak tire (got a nail), in just 10mins, for $10. Most importantly, they don't overtight the wheel nuts. (I checked myself at home with my torque wrench). Now that's the most important part of a tire service. You don't want to find out your previous shop overtighten your wheel nuts to 150+ft/lb when you got a flat on the freeway and couldn't change the tire yourself. They may not look as nice as other fancy pants shops that charge you 4 times as much. But they do get the job done properly. read more

Got there on a Saturday afternoon to get a flat fixed, nobody came over to help me as they looked like they were busy working on another set of tires. I waited a few minutes and and then just walked into the shop and got a word in about fixing a flat while there was a moment of relative silence and he asked me to bring my car close to the shop. He was done with the other tire in 2 minutes and in another 5 minutes he had fixed the flat on my car for $10. Moral of the story, don't wait for them to talk to you, just inform them politely that you are there and they will get to you as soon as they are done with whatever they are doing. read more

This place is the best. I had a leak in one tire due to a nail. Read the Yelp reviews and drove to Rich's Tire Service without an appointment. They took the tire off, removed the nail, patched the leak and had me on my way in 10 minutes. Best of all, they only charged me $10. Before this, I visited a few Wheel Works where my tires were originally purchased. They either said I needed to drop my car off for at least 1.5 hours, tried to sell me two new tires or said the leak was unrepairable. Then I searched Yelp and found this place. This place was absolutely amazing. My friend punctured my tire pretty badly on the 280 and it couldn't be repaired. To make matters worse it was a sunday and only a few places were open. I checked costco, firestone and a few other places but none of them had my specific tire in stock (relatively rare) but I was driving back from costco I just happened upon this place and well what do you know?
