The best tire shop around. Very fast, very honest. A few months ago I had a screw in my tire, so drove gingerly over there to get it patched. They removed the tire, pulled the screw out with a pliers, tested it for leaks, and said "no repair needed". Put the wheel back on my car and I was out of there in 10 minutes, no charge! (And the tire was indeed fine). And most recently I brought it a tire with a nail in the side wall (and it was leaking like a sieve) and they pulled it, determined that the sidewall was too damaged (I'd been driving on it flat) to fix, and was able to put on a new tire quickly and at reasonable prices. I was impressed they had the tire in stock (for a 12 year old Fiat) and that I could do all this without an appointment. They are my go-to now for any tire issues. -Dan read more

Who opens at 7:00 am on Sundays to help repair your tire? Rich's Tire does. It took the professional tire service technician about 5-10 seconds to remove the nail in my tire and plug it and another few seconds to make sure the tire was properly inflated. It's well worth the old school price for the service. What I am also grateful for is how the now long time new owners of Richs Tire have carried on the original family owned tire service shop from the original Rich ( and his son, Nick) who my father and I used to work with back in the 1970's and 80's when we were running an electric car business. read more

I got a flat tire on a Saturday evening on a three day weekend. Worst timing. Rich's happened to be one of the only places open. I called and they said they could take me. When I drove up, Salvador helped me right away. Within about 3 minutes of pulling into their parking lot he had my car on a jack, tire off, and identified that it had a nail. He plugged it for $20 and sent me on my way. The tire was fixed literally faster than it takes to get a coffee at Starbucks! Salvador and the guys at Rich's were super nice and helpful. Be careful at this establishment if you're doing anything other than fixing a flat or replacing a tire. I bought new tires and went to Rich's nearby to have them installed. The staff were not very friendly, let's start out with that. They put my tires on and balanced them (so they said), they also don't do alignment. I paid and left. As soon as I went onto 101, my entire car started vibrating at around 60mph. This was NEVER an issue before. We took my car back the next morning and they balanced only 2 of the tires that day. Note: I initially paid for 4 properly balanced tires with the installation. Despite this, the vibration continued. We went back AGAIN the next day to have the back 2 tires balanced. The technician told us it's an "alignment issue". That being said, I went to have my alignment checked at Wheel Works. While my alignment was indeed a bit off, the vibration still persisted after it was fixed. As a last resort, we rotated my tires at home and that fixed the issue slightly. I finally returned to Wheel Works to have the balance checked one last time. Needless to say, ALL of my tires were extremely unbalanced. The technician at Rich's placed 3x the amount of weights needed on my tires. My steering wheel and tires could have been damaged. So, these guys either have no idea what they're doing, or their machines are not calibrated on a regular basis, which is odd since these services are the cornerstone of a tire shop. For them to charge me $140 and not even deliver the service I paid for after coming back twice is beyond unprofessional, it's pure negligence. They only care about running your pockets. I will not be coming back and recommend others to take their business elsewhere. read more

Rich's tire has been such a great place to get tires inspected for cheap. I have driven home from work on some flat tires and needed to get them fixed after 5 pm. Rich's is open until 7 pm so it's the perfect time. For $15, you can get your tires plugged. I think it's 30-35$ for a patch and they're quick and do a solid job. Man I am glad he told me to come here! The workers were all very sweet, service was super quick, they did an excellent job, and it was super cheap! No reservations needed, just pull right up! Headed to Rich's after a chain tire store down the street told me I needed a whole new tire ($150) due to a small screw I found in the tread of my tire. Skeptical, I headed to Rich's. Rich's assessed the situation and told me they could plug the hole for $15. After pulling out the screw, they actually found it it did not puncture the tire and no repair was needed at all. They then pressure tested all four tires, found no issue, and sent me on my way without charging me a dime!! I will definitely come here when I actually need new tires. read more

Good and fast service. We went here to take nail out of one of our tires and to do a patch. We did ask the person helping us if it would be better to replace the tire entirely since we didn't know how old the tire was but there was some language barrier so we ended up just getting the nail removed. We later found that the tire was actually quit old and needed to be replaced after all. Wish we were told so we didn't have to spend extra to get a nail out of a tire that we had to replace anyway. This review is long overdue. Costco can't service tires that wasn't directly bought from them so the gentleman recommended Rich's Tires. The first time, I had a nail in my tire and luckily just needed it patched up, I got to Rich's and was out in 5 min. Next, my tire on my new car completely blew out... I called Costco and a few other stores, all of which would take at least 3 days and $300. I call Rich's Tires, sent a quick photo of the tire info and he texts me right back and let's me know they can have my tire in the morning. Again, I get there and this time I'm out in just 10 min. Both times I had a really good experience and the prices were a lot more reasonable compared to Costco, America's Tires and Wheel Works. Like everyone else, Rich's Tire is the place to go. read more

Went to 3 different tire shops and they all told me the nail in my tire was too close to the sidewall and could not be repaired so I needed to replace all 4 of my tires since my car is AWD which would've been at least $800. I gave up and went to Costco to get my tires replaced but one of the workers took a look and told me to go to Rich's. When I got there they immediately took a look at my tire and pulled the nail out with no leakage and I was good to go. Saved me $800. read more

OVERCHARGING AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Don't waste your money here!! my boyfriend went here to get a flat tire fixed. There was just a puncture, so filling the hole would have sufficed but they insisted on replacing the entire tire. The man fixing it told him it would be 50 to 70 dollars, depending on the tire he chose. He asked for the cheapest one, meaning it would be closer to 50. But when he got back home and checked his bank account he saw that he was charged 150 dollars, THREE TIMES the original amount he had been told. In addition, he asked for an air pressure check and they did not complete this because the tire pressure warning light remained on. They were also rude to him due to his lack of knowledge in tire types. After he saw the charge on his account, he called the store and communicated that he believed there was an error due to the overcharge. The phone attendant said there was nothing ye could do. Overall horrible rude service people and extreme overcharging for easy cheap jobs. Don't waste your money here. read more

They did quick work helping to replace one of my tires However, communication doesn't seem to be their strong suit and they provided some bad advice: When I had a totally flat tire and informed them of such, they told me it would be totally fine to drive a mile to their shop. This turned out to be a terrible idea, as the wheel was completely shredded halfway there - it's my own fault for not doing any research and I know better now, but I'm confused as to why a mechanic would suggest this when every result online says that driving on a flat tire is never ever a good idea. When they came to fix my tire as I was on the roadside, they used a hammer to bang the rim back in place and then replaced the tire right then and there without balancing the wheel or performing any other checks. The car seems to be a bit out of balance now, and when I asked whether the other tire on the same axle would need to be replaced, he said no (which is confusing to me because typically both tires should be replaced - and the tread on the other tire was pretty worn). read more
