We were seated quickly, and the chips and salsa arrived before we could even get settled. The salsa had great flavor and was a perfect start to the meal. I ordered the frozen margarita mixed with their house-made sangria, and it was incredibly refreshing. For dinner, I got the Vallarta Especial, and it was honestly one of the best I've ever had. The rice and beans were also full of flavor and clearly made with care. We had a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely be coming back!

There were only two diners when I arrived at 11:45 and by noon there were 10, two per table. Looking at the decor, it is day of the dead decor, which is kind of odd, but very nice clean bright, extremely tidy and resembles El Taco Macho from Strongsville in different hues I barely had time to look around and take in the magnificent black red and marble decor and the fish tacos appear. You'll see a picture below of three fish tacos, bright orange rice -- don't know what colored it- maybe saffron and a bean and ground beef bowl of something. This place is authentic everyone is Spanish speaking and the music playing of course authentic Mexican Español. The fish tacos were loaded with shredded cheese and shredded lettuce, and there was tilapia in there somewhere. There was no special flavor to the orange rice and the bean bowl is just kind of a side dish not much flavor no heat. I prefer no heat of any kind on my food, but Taco Bell has more flavor than these dishes did. Very disappointed in trying this one for the first time. When I went to Condado in Strongsville, I compared it to the five or six surrounding Mexican restaurants --Condado far more appealing than all of those in menu food taste heat and choices. And they beat out this one as well. Pleasant venue nicely decorated relatively new, but you usually go to restaurants for food first then service look and ambience.

I've been 4 times and ordered different things each visit and I have no complaints. The service is efficient, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant is gorgeous on the inside, once you enter you feel like you're about to have a hefty bill once you check out, but surprisingly, you don't. My husband and I make a point to go during their slow period, because this place will have a wait for dinner. The flavor of the food is spot on, not too spicy but thank goodness not too bland, as I've had my share of bland Mexican food living in NEO. I highly recommend this place if ever in Medina, you won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately, it was one of the worst restaurant experiences we've had in a long time. Three out of four entrees came out wrong. One dish had sour cream on it despite specifically requesting it without. When it was sent back, they brought it out cold -- and after flipping it over, it was obvious the sour cream had simply been scraped off and the food flipped over to hide it. Honestly unbelievable. What made it worse was the complete lack of accountability. No apology from the waiter or staff at any point. Instead, they defended the incorrect orders and even attempted to charge us for the meal we sent back because it was wrong and untouched. Really disappointing because we genuinely loved this place for delivery. We expected a great dine-in experience and left feeling frustrated and grossed out. Sadly, we won't be back. Decor was nice.

My family and I visited Gran Fiesta Mexican Restaurant on a Saturday evening, and even though the…read morerestaurant was packed, we were seated immediately. Every table and booth was full, and I'm pretty sure we got the last available table! As soon as we sat down, we were greeted by our server and brought warm tortilla chips and fresh salsa. The chips were warm and crispy, and the salsa tasted fresh and flavorful, a great start to the meal. I ordered the Camaron al Mojo de Ajo, which came with large shrimp, rice, and grilled zucchini, tomatoes, and mushrooms. It was excellent and exactly what I was in the mood for. The shrimp were cooked perfectly, and the vegetables were a great complement. My husband ordered the Big Burrito Norteno, a 10-inch flour tortilla stuffed with pork, chorizo, grilled onions, jalapeños, beans, and cheese, then topped with cheese sauce and a mild green sauce. He said it was outstanding, packed with flavor, and incredibly filling. My son stuck with his favorite; 2 bean burritos with refried beans inside, white queso on top, and a side of rice. He enjoyed every bite. Despite how busy the restaurant was, the service was efficient, and the food came out promptly. I would definitely return and order the Camaron al Mojo de Ajo again!

We figured it was similar to other mexican restaurants in the area, as the menus are alike. We often frequent Cozumel in Brunswick or Cleveland. I was gobsmacked at how expensive Gran Fiesta was, comparatively. My tres Marias enchiladas were $22, Fire burrito $19, and a bowl of cheese was $12. not fundido- no additions- just cheese was $12. Our bill was wrong and we were charged for a burrito we didn't order, but our bill for two people: queso, 2 entrees, a daiquiri, a Pepsi was $74. WOW. that being said, my Tres Marias enchiladas were very good. I got chicken and I was pleased to see the chicken was fresh grilled. Juicy, flavorful, and plentiful. I've seen shredded chicken in enchiladas and this was much, much better. I like the different sauces. It was presented nicely and everything was served hot. My hubby said his fire burrito was good, but not quite as good as the one he gets at Cozumel. Our server was good. Fast, friendly. Food came out as expected. manager checked on us. Seated quickly. Good experience. The restaurant was very hot and stuffy, but it was a very hot day in Cleveland. Wondering if they were having HVAC issues. No moving air. The food and experience take a backseat to the price, and next time I'm craving Mexican we are unlikely to return to Gran Fiesta.

ZOWEEEEEEEE. FIRST TIME HERE and in THE MOOD FOR SOMETHING MEXICAN. OH MY GOD DID I GET MEXICAN…read more!!! Walked in seated right away and hostess was also my server. Great start so far!! no time to check out the decor so will do so and report back the next time i come here or even try Westlake location. I had to STUDY the menu cause it's humongous among its 'sections' but you can't go wrong with taco salad or nachos. I chose up SkyWalker Nachos which you will see below. It came on 9 x 14 baking tray. I swear!!!! nachos, ground beef, rice, corn, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, black beans, nicely melted, warmed cheese everywhere, kind of salsa dip (not so great) as well. Held the jalapeños!!! arrived in no time at all and my eyes WIDENED as the portion size could serve THREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! very well presented as the picture tells you. Lets just DIVE IN !!!! Cold where it should be, warm where it should be, NO HEAT AS REQUESTED so happy happy happy here today!! Took a whole PILE of this plate home for later. The portion was HEE-YOU-GGGGEEEE! and all for $13.00????? Cant be right but yes it was. Server Am B was super friendly kind knowledgeable, made suggestions since i told here it was first time. Attentive has her picture right next to it in Websters dictionary. Stood on a star and at nigh noon lunch as they filled up and up and up. Great location, food, SERVERS, portions. Try this one FER SHURE PEOPLE! Runs tacos around Taco Bell, Chipotle, Gran Fiesta, El Taco Macho Barrio, El Palenque, definitely QDOBA especially Don Ramon. Can you tell i have tried them all? YES I HAVE!!! try it, you'll like it Tacos are their business, their ONLY business (just like Gerbers!!)

This used to be our favorite taco spot, which honestly makes this review even more disappointing…read more Condado has just become so corporate and, in my opinion, has really gone downhill. For a while they even got rid of their IPAs, and when I asked about it, the bartenders told me it was simply a corporate decision. Apparently people ask for them all the time, but corporate didn't want to offer them anymore. That just seems ridiculous. Then there are online deals that you can't even get in the restaurant, which makes absolutely no sense. The service at this location has also really declined. I ordered the chorizo queso and received regular queso instead. The bowl was barely half full and had what looked like about two tablespoons of paprika dumped on top. I even had an employee walk by while I was saying that it wasn't the right queso, and she agreed, saying, "Yeah, you're right, that is not it, and that's a sh*t load of paprika." We also tried getting a bowl instead of a taco, and it had basically no sauce, so it was mostly rice and incredibly dry. My taco that I built myself was good, but overall the experience was just disappointing. The employees seemed more interested in standing around talking to each other than helping customers, and it was surprisingly difficult to get anyone's attention. And they've changed the chips too, which is another little thing that just isn't as good as it used to be. It's really sad because we used to LOVE coming here. At this point, I think we'll just go to Barrio instead. It feels like Condado has lost a lot of what made it special in the first place.
