Nothing really special about this place. Nothing was wrong with it but I feel if you sell burgers then it should stand out since competition is pretty thick. Patty on burger tasted like an in seasoned patty. Toppings were fresh. Lettuce seemed old. Fries were good. But gain just chili powder on the fries. All in all it was ok if your near the place and want a burger then there ya go. Wouldn't go out of my way to go here though. Babes old fashion is across the street.

Pretty nice to have a place serving up 2 of Texas's favorites!…read more I went with the Gladiator and made it a triple. They are smash-style burgers with some interesting toppings to make each one truly unique. I found the meat to be seasoned perfectly and cooked just right! Wife got the fish and chips and rated the fish higher than some places more well known for their fish. The vinegar fries weee good too! Nana got 2 different tacos and the beef one was top notch! Different than the usual San Antonio flavors but very very good. Gal at the counter was awesome and very friendly!

We ordered the capoeira burger as a small combo. Also ordered one each of the following tacos: luchador fish, karate shrimp, and capoeira steak. The burger my friend ordered: she said it was good, but could have used a little more seasoning. (Ordered without the white cheddar). The fries were very good, hit and crispy. Not warm and soggy. The three tacos in order of my personal favorites: karate shrimp, capoeira steak, and luchador fish. The karate shrimp aside from the fact it had wasabi and I don't normally like wasabi, it pairs very well with the shrimp in this case. It was flavorful, the shrimp were a good size, meaty, and delicious. The capoeira steak was good. Flavorful, not chewy, and also paired with the Parmesan-onion crisp, made it. The fish taco was good, but it was a bit fishy for my taste. The service was friendly and nice. The place is very clean. I would like to go back to try the burger myself and some of the other items on the menu.

On the day of the party, we arrived about 20 minutes early to put tableclothes on the table and were introduced to our waitress, Tyler. It's was in those moments that I knew that Tyler was going to do the bare minimum and knew that Dave & Buster's may not have been the best option to host a child's birthday party. I've been hosting my child's birthday parties at various places and every associate assigned to me always helped me. Tyler didn't even offer to help put the tableclothes on the tables and it was only two. So yeah I instantly knew that I got a bare minimum waitress! I paid the required gratuity but didn't add anything extra. Tyler rolled the diced and missed out. She provided minimal service and got the minimal tip. The three stars are for the managers, Mario and Chris, who were very professional and kind. About the food: the kids had Mac and cheese and chicken. They loved it! I ordered a wing platter for the parents and a round of shots! lol I honestly wished I had a better server! Tyler was truly the worst part of the transaction. Dave & Buster's is cool for a family outing. I will never host a party here again, especially a child's birthday party.

You can't go wrong unless price and service is priority for you. If it is then Sunday is your day. Half price arcade games and discounted pricing on food and still walked out feeling like I lost money at a casino. Paid too much on mixed drinks for an okay service. It's one of those services where they are not rude but they are just going through the motion so you lose the authenticity. Liked the arcade though with it being so open and clean for the kids. I do recommend taking a shot at the UFC punching game after a losing session with the claw machine. It's worth coming back to and benefiting from discounted food and games

OK, THIS IS LONG, BUT PLEASE READ... This morning at…read moreapproximately 3:50 in the morning, I went to the Chacho's on Perrin Beitel. I ordered three tacos and a drink pulled up to the window when I got there. I watched a man who was the cook/taco maker on his cell phone. He stayed on it for about 1 to 2 minutes put his phone down, then proceeded to take tortillas out of the tortilla holder grab two shell eggs, crack them, and cook them carry the eggs over on a spatula and put them on the tortillas grabbed two pieces of bacon with his hands, went over to where they get the meat for the fajita tacos, used tongs to take it out and put it on the cutting board, chopped it on the cutting board put it in a bowl walked over to where the tortillas were poured onto the tortilla and kept it in place with his hands. Then he grabbed a handful of shredded cheese and put it on each of the tacos, wrapped up the tacos and foil while doing this I noticed he rubbed his hands on his shirt at least a couple of times. Here's the good part. THE WHOLE TIME HE WAS NOT WEARING GLOVES OR ATTEMPTED TO PROPERLY WASH HIS HANDS DURING THIS PROCESS. I tried to get his attention, but a female coworker saw me walked over to the window asked me if she could help me. I told her that I basically watched this man make my food handle his cell phone, raw product, and cooked food all without wearing gloves. Her response was did you still want the food? . I was like of course, not. Then the man walked over and asked what the problem was. I gave him a shorter version of what I told the lady and asked him , you doesn't wear gloves? He said no, and I said that that is unsanitary and against health department regulations and unsafe, especially considering what's going on with the recalls that are happening with restaurant food. I told him I work for a restaurant and yes, I mentioned the name of the restaurant I work for and that we always wear gloves because it is health department regulations, my companies policies, and just plain safe and the right way to do things. His answer was well we are not ( company name )! I was like are you serious? He replied yes the lady asked me again. Do you still want the food? ( R u F*CKING KIDDING ME ). I told them that I will take care of this the way I see fit and have a good day. Sidenote: there was somebody at the drive-through speaker ordering food. I purposely turned around, drove up beside them told him exactly what happened. He was disgusted and said I'm leaving and drove off. Guys nobody's perfect and sometimes things happen, Human mistake. But to purposely and blatantly do something that is 100% wrong and could get people sick or worse and not have a care in the world and have an "I don't give a shit" attitude thoroughly boggles my mind. So this is me passing on information that we should know about. Yes, I will follow up with this if for any reason, the fact that they didn't care and thought they were doing nothing wrong. Sorry for this being so long, but knowledge is power and I wanted to let you all know.
