I cannot think of a better experience here. The smash burgers are to die for. The tacos are so unique and flavorful. We got some ideas from the servers and they even gave us extra toppings just so we can try them! I love the burgers vs. tacos pictures and posters on the wall. It made it a fun experience for all customers. Highly recommend!

The service was ok. The American burger my friend said really good. My lucha libre burger really good but sadly to say that my other friend ordered the fish tacos and she took a bite and she didn't like it at all. She said it tasted like old greasy nasty. This is my second time eating here and I still say stick with the burgers because burgers are really good but I don't recommend any of the tacos. If you come enjoy really good burgers.

Food was good I got the sumo burger it's was good but the sauce they put on it is nasty! My friend liked her burger and taco The service was good, lady was nice and helpful. The place is small but clean. And a good size parking lot. I think it's on the pricy side 3 burgers, 2 tacos, 1 large fry, and 2 drinks was 70$

IMPRESSED!!! Cool place. Service was quick. Food was hot when received. Burgers were REALLY good and they have interesting option. The tacos were really good. Like surprisingly good. The shrimp taco could be better. I wasn't a fan of the shrimp with the tail. The taekwondo beef taco was awesome. Such good flavor. Would absolutely go back and order from them again. You should go try - TODAY

First time and did not disappoint! The menu has quite a few options, no ordinary burgers here, that it took me a while to finally decide on the Street Fighter Burger which was a great burger with a kick! Place is nice and service was pretty quick.

All American BBQ Taco and Gladiator Burger

This place is new so we decided to give it a try. The decor is funny in a good way. We tried the Gladiator Burger, which has truffle aioli, Parmesan-onion crisp, lettuce, truffle dust, bacon and white cheddar. The presentation was great. The burger itself was juicy, though very thin. The flavor was very hard to put a finger on. It wasn't bad at all - it just wasn't there - a flavor was missing and we just couldn't figure out what that flavor should be. We tried the K.O Steak Taco who is a tortilla filled with arrochera (fajita), cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo and hot matcha. The tortilla was perfect - soft and just the right thickness. Again - the flavors were just a bit off - not bad - just not 'there' We also tried the All American BBQ Taco which was a tortilla, filled with pulled pork, bbq sauce, nappa slaw and pickled onion. This taco was perfect - great flavor, juicy and just very good flavors. Finally, we tried the Nashville Chicken Fries which was a pan of thin fries, covered with comeback sauce and with three Nashville style fried chicken strips on top. The chicken strips were perfectly prepared with great crispiness and flavor. The fries themselves were prepared well - crispy but not overdone. The comeback sauce - again, just not quite there and hard to really describe. All in all, not bad but not somewhere we'll probably go back to.

Found out about this place through FaceBook and decided to try it out! The business was easy to find and parking was decent since it was in a small shopping area. Once inside, you could tell this place was new, and the artwork was awesome since it was various pictures of tacos fighting burgers. They had various options to choose from and the employee helped with suggestions. I ended up ordering the Kung Fu Burger, Gladiator Burger, Lucha Libre Pastor Taco, All-American BBQ Taco, Chicken Strips, and Nashville Chicken Fries. The price was reasonable, and they offered military/first responder discount. I would recommend the Kung Fu Burger, Lucha Libre Pastor Taco, All-American BBQ Taco, and Chicken Strips. The Gladiator burger was ok, but nothing to be in awe about. As for the Nashville Chicken Fries, they were not good. So I would recommend not ordering those. Other than that, the business was clean, and the food was good. I give this place 4 stars.

I didn't have one of the burgers on the menu and chose to build my own burger. I had a double meat bacon cheeseburger with mayo, mustard, grilled onions and a fried egg over easy. It was delicious. Really delicious! The fries I wasn't a huge fan of. I'm just not a fan of thin fries for the most part! I wish their fries were thicker. That's my only complaint. I will definitely go back for the burger and I highly recommend you try them out.

I found this place on a satxfoodie IG post and had to check it out! We arrived on a weekday mid afternoon and pretty much had the place to ourselves for a bit, which was nice. Casual order at counter, seat yourself, and when ready food will be delivered to your table kinda place. Left side of the menu was burgers, right side tacos. I loved how it wasn't the usual concoction of burgers and tacos menu, there were some interesting ingredients like pork belly and special sauces. I inquired about the most popular- he stated the gladiator burger. Being a total avocado guac chick, I opted for the Luche Libre burger $12 without cheese. Wow! Amazing flavors, don't really need the cheese. There was plenty of guac, sauces, and flavors happenin'. It's definitely a messy burger to eat, so be sure to stock up on napkins lol. Luche Libre taco- $4 a nice size of fried fish with slaw and a tasty aioli. Enjoyed it! Gladiator burger- delicious! Hubby loved it. Truffle aioli, parmesan onion, crisp, lettuce, truffle dust, bacon, and white cheddar. Check out the menu for their special fries and fried chicken sandwiches. Condiment bar had some great additional sauces, I personally enjoyed the green cilantro crema. Lots of table seating Friendly service Military discount offered.

Leave it to me to go to a place called "Burgers VS Tacos" and order Fish n Chips! But hey, I was in the neighborhood and that's what I was craving. And guess what? More than adequate! Enjoyed my meal outside and caught the sunset on a warm day. I could've used more than one tartar sauce and the fish sticks were on the smaller side but the portion of fries was more than generous. I can't imagine it won't be a summer staple!

So I went here with one of my partners and there was only two guys working. Wait time was high. And the food was kinda expensive. The place is kinda small but clean. ALL THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! IT WAS WORTH IT. The al pastor taco especially. This was the most tender al pastor I've ever had. I didn't really have to chew, it just melted. And the fries were a good sized portion, crunchy, and the truffle in it was good. I definitely want to come again to try something else.

We were surprised by how much we enjoyed it. Their two self-serve complementary salsas were also fun and creamy. Concha- Delicious and we liked the top of it. Maybe one of our favorite conchas. Elote hot cake - Came out really hot and was delicious. These are only available on weekends. I was tempted to get more but we had lots more food targets on the schedule. Torta with Asada was pretty good too. But the other items excited me more I think. The person at the front also gave us some samples of other taco fillings to try: the fillings of the La Ranchera: Potatoes and pico de gallo in salsa ranchera and also grilled nopales. My husband who is usually not as crazy as me about nopales liked them here. They have mole on the weekends but it's not housemade from scratch. They use premade mole and add some more things to it so we skipped that one. My general rating system: 1 star: I would stay away 2 stars: Has some good things about it but I generally don't recommend. 3 stars: Pretty good. The smell alone made me think we were in for something special. We grabbed a couple of cocktails and ordered tacos, which seemed like the obvious choice. With the aroma coming from the grill and all the recommendations I'd heard, I was expecting a little more flavor and a bigger wow factor. The atmosphere was fun, the service was good, and the charcoal grill definitely adds to the experience. I just found the food itself to be more "solid" than "spectacular." Pulled up on a Friday late night with my family ordered the standard 5 tacos. They are a bit pricey as well. I ordered the carne Asada and my mother in law ordered the chicken. While it did seem like it tasted good it was super greasy. (TMI coming up) When I woke up the next morning my I noticed my bowels were literally moving the next day, (I counted about 9 times). I felt bloated and everything. My wife even told me that as we were pulling off she witnessed the cook I believe his name is Julio eating some of the product while he was preparing peoples food (the side door of the food truck was open so you could see right in). Funny enough we decided to go back Saturday evening to give them another try, thinking it would be better, BOY was we wrong. I ordered the same order plus charro Beans, elote (corn in a cup) and 3 cans of sprite. This time we took literally one bite and the meat was DRYER than the Saharan desert both the carne asada and the chicken. (Tasted like some reheated old meat or meat that had been made days prior). We were already at the hotel at this point and was infuriated!!! We ended up calling and I believe I spoke to Julio (or whoever the cook is) over the phone. After lying saying that he cooked the meat fresh that day he stuttered I told him aint no way the meat was fresh. He then said and I quote " I cooked the meat "a couple days ago" then said "sorry I burnt it or overcooked it". (Knowing that why would you serve that to me?) I then stated "yes it tasted old period". I requested a refund in which he agreed to. Driving all the way back I brought the food back as well. Julio (or whoever the cooks name is) tried to plead his case to me saying that the meat is fresh and took a fork and tasted the food himself and then tried to offer me the food. I told him "no I don't want to taste it, just refund me please" in which he did. Dishonesty, Not handling food with care, lying. Is something that crosses the line and I won't be back. *Also if the owner is reading this I have the phone conversation recorded and the video evidence to show proof this whole interaction, so do not just glaze over this review* I don't like writing bad reviews, but this one is for sure warranted. Seems like they will dress up the taco and selling you some "old meat" people just be careful and mindful when coming to this taco truck. "The Earths Best Taco" they say... that's a stretch!
