I have a 2006 Yamaha Stratoliner. I drive her everyday. She sounds a little off as of late and wanted a tune up. Also rear breaks. They made it sound as if my bike would be junk to work on. That they wouldn't be able to find parts and last time they had one in it sat for months.........? I reminded them my bike runs and I drive it everyday. They didn't want to touch it?!?!? Like the Harley dealership these guys don't want to fix your bike they want to sell you a new one. Nothing is wrong with my bike I just wanted a tune up! Then they told me to go to flying piston. People before profit. I went to purchase a bike from here, I called ahead about the bike and a super nice salesman named Peter told me they would hold it for me as I made the trip up from Austin to purchase. In all only a 45min drive. When I got there I met Peter(again very kind) and he showed me to the bike I called about. I told him great and I would take it(I own a few bikes and new what I was looking for). He said ok let me go talk to the managers and get you final pricing. They have to do this in order to get you sales price plus any fees and or state taxes. Up to this point things were great. Then I noticed it was taking a lot of time. I asked Peter what the hold up was. He said someone else was also looking at the bike but they were running the numbers for me. Next a manager came over and explained the sales price with taxes. I told them I did not want the battery warranty but I would buy some fresh tires and agreed to the deal. They said ok go see our parts manager to pick out the tires. While working with the parts manager another manager came up to me and said I'm sorry but we have sold the bike to someone else . I was with my father and he made a bit of a scene about this news as we had spent our Friday afternoon driving up to see this bike. I told him to go cool off and I would discuss with the store team. Once I got ahold of the manager he explained to me that they presented sales figures to both me and another party. They said the other party "signed the agreement before I did". I was shocked as I was never told to sign the paper I agreed to and actually went over to buy tires for the bike from them! In short I believe this shop presented offers to us both and took the higher figure.... I.e they accepted the warranty or something else. In generally I find this a really poor way to do business with people. Additionally it concerns me with new riders as well... this industry should always be about trust, safety, and continue to grow the # of motorcyclist in the community. I think ride now Georgetown has some very nice employees but I do not believe the management really cares about the betterment of riders. If you are new to motorcycling or looking to buy a new bike I think there are other places who will value you as a rider and not just your $. As always I support the industry and the employees but I think Ride Now Georgetown is one of those shops that should be avoided and not supported. Thanks read more

Tried to buy 29july19... The waste of time had two end results i make a purchase and go away. Or my current issue several attempts to buy a bike to be ignored by Robert Moseley. I was sent an email and told i would hear from Rick Cox and nothing. I reached out to the manager Tyler and ignored and with cash in hand the bike was sold out from under me. So this is my personal experience with this dealership. If you are forced to go here hit Jay up at least he had the professionalism and testicular fortitude to speak with and help a potential customer. I recently picked up a 2019 Honda 110 pitty. Within a week, the Honda sticker was starting to peel off. I called immediately. A lady texted me saying she's getting ready to quit there, and hated how this place operates. Anyways, month later, I have replaced my seat cover. Took my 2007 Polaris Sportsman in to get repaired. Repair quote came out to $1500 to replace: 1) Entire fuel tank and fuel pump assembly 2) Spark Plugs 3) Battery. I asked them to not perform any repairs and came to pick up my machine. First of all, I had just replaced the spark plugs a month before, they were brand new. The battery was also fine, and relatively new, it had just been run down due to leaving the lights on, it charged up and held charge no problem. For the fuel pump issue... they suggested the fuel pump was integrated into the fuel tank and the whole package had to be replaced. I'm not mechanically inclined, but with the help of a few youtube videos, I was able to remove the fuel tank/disassemble the fuel pump housing and replace a $1 hose that had broken. Saved me $1499 dollars and only took a couple of hours of time. Upgraded from one to two stars because most of the people I talked with were nice. read more

Beware Honda riders, went to purchase the required parts to do a oil change and when checking out the Oil Filter I noticed that it was made in China like the rest of the things on earth. I asked about it and here was the answer 'Yes this is the filter that we use for oil changes'. Note: About all Honda parts are label as Genuine Parts Honda Motor Co., Ltd made in Japan. Plus, this oil filter is price at $24.00 for a none Honda parts, now I know that this dealership did not purchase at cost for sure! Again, BEWARE and FYI to you as consumers. I wrote the following review about 14 hours ago. This morning at 10 am Victor Anderson, the GM at this location called. He was very concerned about my experience. Victor let me talk and did not interrupt all and even apologized for the parts of my experience that were not pleasant. At the end of our conversation he offered to reimburse me for the winch plate i had to purchase. I thanked him and advised it was not necessary. If this is the way customer service will be handled at Ride Now Georgetown, I strongly encourage you to shop from them. Other GM's can take lessons from Victor. We purchased a new 2022 Polaris Sportsman 570 last week. This is our first new ATV. The online specifications said the 4 Wheeler included a winch plate. This weekend I purchased a new winch, during the install i realized that a winch plate was not included. Since we live nearly an hour from the shop we decided to purchase a winch plate from Amazon and have it delivered. I mentioned this twice to Enrique, but he just seemed to ignore it. Today Enrique calls and makes small talk about my ATV, and then say that they needed my drivers license. When I asked why, he said that Anna asked him to call because they forgot to get it the night we bought the machine. I questioned him why, so he asked if i wanted to speak with Anna. She said the same thing and when pushed back her statement was "its TX law that they have picture ID to issue the title". Her tone was so abrasive that I hung up on her. She should have just said they made a mistake and didnt get my ID and needed it for the title. Instead she initially just says they want it. She appears to have forgotten who the customer was, and who made the mistake. I ended up emailing the DL to Enrique. The sales process here was easy, the follow up from sales and finance leaves much to be desired. read more

I always start with a positive thing. In this case the guy selling all the gear was very on point and smart. He understood the dirt bike needs. I have been racing and riding dirt bikes for a very long time. We went to this location because they had the beginners bike my grandson required. We called and got the price. When we got there all they did was add so many additional costs they doubled the price of the bike. These people are dripping in dishonesty. No one would even talk to us for the 1st hour. All too busy. They wanted to finance but the price issue killed the deal along with the interest rate. Please just walk away from buying anything here. Very strange experience trying to buy something here. I went in person and looked at UTVs. Was strapped for time so I left and called back when I had decided what I wanted to buy. I asked for sales and they put a kid on the phone to tell me that their manager didn't like sales except in person and I'd need to come in. I explained I was going to buy some thing and just wanted the price. Kid said he would get price and contact me. He never did. I called back and got someone else in sales who again said that the manager wouldn't let them talk to people like me because we weren't serious if we weren't coming in. I said OK I'll buy it from another dealership. And within 30 minutes over the phone I had done just that. read more

My husband and I have been there twice. First time was great. Michael was awesome, helpful, and friendly. Second time we let him know our interest in a purchase for a Can Am Spyder. His out the door price was pretty high. They charge you a prep and freight fee, in addition to TT&L and they try to sneak a battery and tire replacement fee in there (lifetime). Additionally, they have a $4100 rebate on their internet site, for the same bike I wanted, and refused to honor it. Would only give me $3k. We have done business with them in the past with great service. We took a group of friends there today wanting to buy Can Am's. The new salesman was doing his best to help our friends but the sales manager was horrible! When getting estimates on possible trade in on 3 Harleys, they were low balled so bad and so below TRADE-IN value according to NADA. I'm talking about significantly below! Then one of our friends had emasculate credit and was going to put down a good down payment. He was given a 16.95% interest rate!!! Another friend who credit wasn't as good, was given a 9.95% interest rate! The finance/sales manager sure doesn't know what he is doing! Even when paying cash was mentioned, he was rude! They could have sold 5 Can Ams today but we all walked out and won't be back. There are other places that will be happy to have our business! I wish I could give a negative rating. Had a Jetski seller drop off a pair of Jet skis that I was purchasing from them. All that was needed was for RideNow to make a set of keys and do a safety check. Instead, They offered the buy them at the same price and bought them out from under me. I had gone through the process of taking out a loan, taking a hit to my credit report, and worked with the seller for several weeks. All that was left was to ensure they were safe for me and my daughter and to pick them up that afternoon. Do not EVER use them for a pre-purchase safety check. What an unethical company. read more

Hidden fees (dealer markup) on units, "discounts" on dealer markups hidden as extra warranty that they claim is at thier discretion, just typical trash sales tactics from a untrustworthy dealership. I purchase new units annually and always purchase with Antlers Powersports on good faith of a fair deal, you will not get that here. They will take advantage of the customer if given the chance. Anna the sales manager is of no help in any way. If you are in the market for a new unit I highly suggest you call Antlers Powersports. You will deal with honest people and save yourself 30%. I was in the market for a new motorcycle. I liked the look of the Spyder so I went to visit this dealership. I had already lined up financing before I went to see some bikes. I walk in the door and had to ask someone for help. Then when I mentioned buying a Spyder I was quickly told they can't even order me one. This was before I even sat on a bike. I had never heard of going into a dealership and being told I could not even order a new motorcycle. Horrible service department and overall experience with sales. Sales charged me $688 on a used Spyder for make ready and such. It was delivered filthy and was not inspected fully. The air box was NEVER opened to check the filter as part of this process. It was filled with dry dog food from possibly rodent activity from the previous owner. It was enough to cause poor performance and idle on the machine. NO ONE noticed or took time. There was cracked plastic and front tires were at the wear indicators. There was no mention of this on the service record. They did offer to reservice the bike but I have 0 faith in this "chain" dealership. I will never go to any Ridenow location ever again. I bought all my parts to repair and update the bike from other dealers. read more

It's unfortunate, what has happened to this place over the years. I first started using their services when they were on the west side of 35, before they moved north/across the road. More brands/lines of business, (bicycles? really?), while the actual service continued to decline. I had them repair one of my scoots last year, when a piece of mulch jumped off the road somewhere around Bastrop, and wrecked a fan. When I went to pick the bike up, a screw was missing, and the cowl the screw was to help secure was obviously loose. I pointed this out to the service writer, she got the mechanic, who proceeded to come out, look at the hole where the screw was missing, then take two additional trips back into the shop to find "a" screw, not "the" screw, (I discovered that when I got home). Not once during his walking back and forth did he acknowledge me standing there. The guy didn't need to kiss my butt, but a simple "sorry about that", or "ooops", would have gone a long way. I later bought the correct screw that he should have put in myself and finished the job right. I also called the service writer and told her that if I ever brought my bike back in, I didn't want that mechanic even glancing in the direction of my bike, let alone working on it. She said he was their best mechanic: I told her that didn't say much about the others. So today I drove by the place, now called RideNow, on my way up to the Honda dealer in Waco. I had a couple of issues to be looked at, and I was willing to drive an hour further out of the way, each way, to not deal with the folks in Georgetown. One of the issues I wanted them to look at was the air temp display not showing the actual temp. The bike is still under warranty, and I thought the sensor needed to be replaced, free of charge to me. Of course not; the problem was the "best mechanic", who evidently doesn't keep track of what he takes apart, so he can put it back together again, had not reattached the sensor to the display. So I got to pay to have that done, because it was obviously not a warranty problem. Great. The second time the inadequacy of this guy cost me money. I'll continue to make the trip to Waco; with RideNow buying both CTP and Wood's, there is no place I want to take my bikes locally. read more

The level of Carelessness and lack of Professionalism that I witnessed today is beyond anything I thought possible. I was in contact with a salesman for the past couple of days and made an offer on a Brand New left over 2019 650cc motorcycle. With my trade in, out of the door price was $4500. His Manager agreed, he sent me a bill of sale through e-mail and I told him that I would be there tomorrow afternoon with a cashier's check to pick up the bike. I get there the following day, I meet him, he sends this amazing looking bike to get prepped, he takes my information to get the deal ready. 15 minutes later, he comes back and says to me that the bike cannot be sold in its current state because someone left gas that rusted the inside of the tank while the motorcycle has been in the showroom. I'm disgusted. He tells me that the 400cc variant of that motorcycle is available. The manager comes back and says that he can give me the 400cc one for the same price. I tell him If I was about to get a 650cc for $4500, aren't you supposed to come with a cheaper price for a 400cc motorcycle ? He said that they have no leeway to make it cheaper. I calmly put my jacket on, gathered my helmet, gloves and left for the door. The fact that you would advertise online and close a deal on a bike that cannot even be sold says a lot about this place. Considering the fact that I was ready to buy a motorcycle in full and they cheated me out of a deal that they agreed on, I'm not sure I'll blame customers that just go there to waste their time, agree to a deal and just leave because they had no intention of buying in the first place. I will never set foot there again even If RideNow Georgetown gives away motorcycles for free. read more

I dont understand all the negative reviews . I had sold my beloved R3 , and was ready to move into Supersports . After calling all over Texas to locate a 2022 R7 low and behold ridenow had 1 available, and it was in the color I wanted . Colin was my salesmen, and told me to give a 500 dollar deposit on the bike , and it would arrive between September and November. Low and behold I called for an update and my baby arrived . Finance got my deal wrapped up very quickly I got an AMAZING apr rate , and could not be happier with my purchase. read more
