I bought a spyder from here Oct 21, at that time, we were told all the fluids were changed, brakes were good, and it was certified, they lied! I told them I was having issues with it but because of covid couldn't get it in the shop. Finally 8/9 months later I was able to get it in. I told them it was having brake issues and a few other things. They said they'd check it out. They had it about 2 or 3 wks, couldn't wait to get it back. Finally they called, went to pick it up, heading home had to get on 35 in rush hour traffic, semis and cars flying by. I applied my brakes and the floorboard dropped to the ground, absolutely no brakes!!! I had to go up into the construction area to stop, otherwise I would have gotten hit by a semi. I called them immediately, they told me they had no one to come tow my bike that I should limp it back to the shop. Again I told them that I had no brakes. They said they couldn't do anything. Called back again, asked for the service manager, he said they'd call the driver back to come get my bike. As we waited over an hour on the side of Hwy35, in over 100° weather, the guy showed up. He was pleasant and we were grateful when he got there. In the meantime, a can-am mechanic from another shop, stopped to help us, he said the oil hadn't been changed in a very long time, years he said (remember, the sales guy told us all fluids done and it was certified when I bought it). Black, muddy, thick oil spewing all over. The caliper blew. I could have been killed. If I would have gone maybe 1/4 mile up, I would have had no escape, the road was lined with huge blocks. Anyway he got it back to the shop, the service manager looks angry. Instead of asking me if I was ok, he says, we didn't touch the brakes. It was on our service order receipt and that's one of the main reasons I took it in. Well finally got it fixed. However, we are having a difficult time trying to get the service order receipt for the second time in the shop. We have asked Brad, the GM, for it as well but the guy doesn't care. We asked for it again yesterday and we were there over 4 hours, but Brad did nothing to get that receipt for us. Not sure why they are intentionally keeping that from us, maybe to cover up their negligence? After that, we went in again to get the service receipt and my hubby saw a trailer, asked the sales people about a spyder/trailer. A very rude kid said we couldn't buy it because of a recall. All he wanted was the trailer. Couldn't sell it alone. Went there yesterday and the trailer was sitting there, no bike, they had just sold the trailer, alone. Yesterday, 9/17/2022, we thought we'd give them one last try since a bunch of our friends were looking to buy spyders, 5 total plus another who couldn't go with us yesterday. All of us are 60+, some retired and some own thriving businesses. Nice kid outside, very personable, likable. We chose him to help us. Great choice. I had gone to Brad, one of the managers (ever meet someone who seems to hate his job and the people he works with plus he's another one that didn't think anything of my horrible experience, almost getting hit by a semi, because of their negligence with the maintenance of my bike) to let him know we were giving them one last try, asked them to please be nice to our friends. He couldn't even take the time to walk over to say hi or welcome them to the shop like a decent manager would. Remember they could have sold 6 can-ams, everyone had good credit, $$$, and bikes to trade in. They told us they used NADA, so we all got on NADA to get info on our bikes. These guys offered us at least $10,000 under the lowest price according to NADA for our bikes, fully loaded, jacked up the price with nonsense fees, and at 16.9%, totally an insult, guess they don't want repeat or any of our friends' business. They knew what all the bikes had by the VIN, all were kept up impeccably and fully loaded. After about 4+ hours of them wasting our time and ruining 5 sales for our sales guy, we all walked out. While there we learned that a manager and two sales guys walked out on them the day before. We also had a personal friend who was working there, which is why we went there to start with, he also walked out because of the poor management, terrible treatment to customers, and the shoddy way they conduct busines. Brad could careless about repeat customers or customer referrals. Now I completely understand all the negative reviews they get. They have now lost our business as well as the 4 others we were with, plus another friend. You can bet we'll steer others far away from this dealership. I tried to buy a motorcycle from them, this was my final response; I have to admit my experience has been a little bazar, and I have to say there are some bottom feeding tactics going on at that place. Nowhere does the listing on this bike state that is sold as is, as a matter of fact the listing states that 'Warranty (Condition):Manufacturer's w/ Extended Available" Not that I expected it to have a warranty but I would expect it to be street legal at the very least. I probably would not have mentioned this but charging an inventory tax is terrible, that is a tax from the state charged to the dealer on inventory, but I was about to be charged for it... I have to go out of my way to get here.. but here's why I will.. female staff, people who love to talk bikes and people who know their shit. They sell scooters, Motorcycles, ATV's and bicycles! Also they have Icon Helmets which are hard to find! Also they have some serious vintage bike/cafe racer love. I would argue that they don't have a huge selection of gear (pants and jackets) out on the floor but they have lots of nice and shiny books full of stuff you can order. They get parts pretty damn quick and bike bandit is a bitch to deal with for parts even though I could just order from my computer. I just end up getting incomplete orders and not the best shipping costs. Anyways it's nice to know that there is a powersports dealer around who do the job right! I mean this in every way everyone there is patient willing to listen and help you find what you need. It's a breath of fresh air. Have no experience with their service department. read more

SCAM artist!!! I walked in with a pocket full of cash ready to buy that day. I was greeted immediately and kindly. I was introduced to a salesman and after a couple short minutes I asked for an out the door quote. The bike was brand new but last years model, and the New Years models were already there on display. The bike had a msrp of 3,399$ and was priced at 3,399$ plus t,t,&l plus fees. So far everything seemed great. About 20 or 30 minutes later a sales manager walked up to me and introduced himself. Once again I was greeted kindly and with respect. Then I was presented with the printed out quote. The out the door price was 5,499$. Absurd! I told the manager we weren't even close to making a deal, and then he told me he could go as low As 5,000$. I respectfully declined and had no desire to negotiate after such an aggressive attempt. I was so shocked, disappointed, and angry about this I accidentally left the printed quote on the table and walked out. Finally, a motorcycle shop that I can endorse beyond "less sleazy than Woods Fun Center"! Why did it take me so long to find these guys??? Honestly, in my 8 years of riding, this is the only bike shop between here and Louisiana that I've ever *enjoyed* dealing with. I bought a used Buell here last spring, and the entire transaction was fantastic from start to finish. I've also used their service department since then and loved them, too. They know what they're doing because they care what they're doing. BONUS POINTS: I really appreciate that they have experienced women riders working as salespeople here, instead of treating them like window dressing like most other bike stores do. They will gouge you with rip-offs as they lie to your face. I went in on June21st, 2021 to purchase a Honda Super Cub. The MSRP is $3,749. The price tag said $3,749. I took a look at it and said "I'll take it." I was directed to wait for the "Sales Manager". He approached with a preprinted worksheet that had the price at nearly $6,000. As we went down, it was clear that they were just trying to rip people off. First was the $350 for the "extended warranty". It was, supposedly, to cover the battery and the tires. Because I guess the standard warranty doesn't. 10% of the cost of the bike to cover a $50 battery. Then there was the "Destination Fee". I already know this rip-off is fairly standard. Before you all come at me, yes, I know that the manufacturer charges some amount to the dealer for delivery. That's the cost of doing business. Just because they do it to EVERYONE, doesn't mean it's not a rip-off. You wouldn't accept it from any other business, you shouldn't accept it here. Imagine going to HEB and picking up a $10 steak. Then, when you get to checkout they say "That'll be $10 for the steak and another $5 for the delivery fee". You'd (rightfully) lose your Goddamn mind. All that aside, the Honda website LITERALLY says that the "Destination Charge" for this bike is $190. RideNow was trying to charge almost $500! Keep in mind, I wasn't ordering this bike. I didn't want a special bike they didn't have. It's a little bike they had sitting in their showroom. Third, there was the "Assembly Fee". They wanted yet another nearly $400 to pay whatever worker that put the mirrors on and rolled it to the showroom. Once again COST OF DOING FUCKING BUSINESS. What? Maybe there should be a fee for "Lighting and Air Conditioning". You know, because they have to light the showroom. No! That's why you're a dealer. It's your job. You aren't doing me a favor. You're doing the thing that is the sole reason for your existence. If the bike cost more, fine. That's not what this is. This is RideNow trying to milk their own overhead out of a customer/victim. I stopped him right there. He had already lied to me and tried to rip me off, I didn't need a further itemization for his tomfuckery. As I was walking out the door, he tried the whole "What number are you looking for on the bottom line" schtick, which let me know that I was dealing with a legitimate ripoff artist. The official Honda website LITERALLY spells out a $190 "Destination Fee" and they pull this crap. To recap, I wasn't even trying to negotiate a lower price. I just wanted it for what it was supposed to cost. Right now, in Texas, there is some debate about the continued existence of the franchise dealership laws (mostly as it relates to the new Tesla plant). RideNow will now be the example I use when I tell people to support the repeal of the monopolistic, douchebag laws. This was, probably, the cheapest little bike they sell and they were adding THOUSANDS to the price. Don't buy anything more expensive there, or they'll really get you. read more

Short version: This place was much better when it was CTPS. The Austin dealership is way better in all areas. Long version: We bought a Ranger 900 XP back in 2016, and it was a great purchase and experience. Over the years, Ben and the rest of the parts department has been very helpful and no complaints. This year, I looked at getting a RZR Turbo S from them for my wife, but it just didn't work out due to the fact we didn't want their demo unit that my wife and others beat on. I don't want a unit that starts off with glazed clutch sheaths or belt. We got a unit ordered via the Austin dealership, and my wife is extremely happy with it. Happy wife, happy life... The service department on the other hand, has consistently been abysmal. My first experience with them was to mount new tires for the Ranger, which the fronts are directional. They mounted them the same way, requiring me to point it out, and them to fix it while I waited. The latest experience really pissed me off. The RZR Turbo S had a recall for a clutch related part. A part that costs $67 and takes about 30 minutes to swap out. I called on a Thursday, and made an appointment for the following Tuesday. The nice lady that created the appointment looked up the recall in detail, and then informed me it was less than an hour and they could knock it right out. I set that appointment for Tuesday because both the Ranger and RZR are at my ranch 180 miles west of Austin. This meant a 360 mile trip to go get it for this recall. I took it in that Tuesday morning right as they opened, only to find out they didn't have the part in stock. It would take about a week to get the part. No wiggle room to expedite the part; it would be here when it was here. Not wanting to leave the RZR with them for a week, and getting no apologies for the screw up, I towed the unit out of there. I called the Austin dealership on the way home, they ordered the part over the phone, and I had it taken care of 3 days later. Happy RZR, happy wife, happy life... I sent an email into the dealership explaining my frustration, and never got a reply. Meanwhile, I did have some parts on order for the RZR that happened to come a few days after I sent that email. When I went to pick them up, I asked to speak to the manager, just to shortcut that email. The lady at the front told me that the service manager was out, and the general manager was in Arizona for something or other. But she assured me the general manager takes those emails seriously and would get back to me. That was about three weeks ago, and I am still waiting. At this point I am done with the Georgetown dealership. While the Austin one is much more difficult to get a trailer in and out of, they have served me better. I will use them for all my parts orders for what my wife tears up on the RZR, as well as a planned purchase of a General XP to round out the Polaris family. read more

Just made my last trip to Central Texas Powersports. I will not spend another dime with them in the future. They may be the cheapest tire prices in central Texas (not saying much and definitely not verified), but it's usually only on what they are peddling at that time. Just wasted an hour of my time driving there and back to find out they won't install brand new customer supplied tires. You know I would've bought the tires from you if the set wasn't $183 more than I paid before install which you still charge me for when I buy the tires from you. My deal = $286 + install Your "deal"= $469 + install I was a business owner and frankly I would take $50 in labor to install tires any day over $0 and lost customers. read more

Let me set the record straight. This place is garbage. I wanted to get an old floor model out the door, but they did not want to make a sale, they wanted to gouge me for all the money I had. Despicable practices, and deception, is what this place is known for with my experience. Handing us off to different people to make the process long and drawn out just to keep adding more money to their till. I wanted to do the simple financing options they had online, which I am sure my excellent credit rating (805) qualified us for, but no... they wanted to make us pay 97 dollars more a month just to finance that year old model. We left.. canceled the whole deal and then they start to complain and fuss and cry about it. I, my family, and any friends that ask will know, this place is not looking out for their customers, just their fat wallets. I would steer clear from this place like the plague. You will not find a motorcycle dealership with a better staff; the sales people are top notch, very friendly, and treat you right. I love visiting the place, it's a joy to look around, chat with the folks, etc. They also have the best local prices on tires I've ever found; even better than you can often find online, and their install price is reasonable as well. They are also quick getting them installed, and took very good care of my rims. I will be buying all my tires here from now on. Now, the downside. I bought two motorcycles from them in the 2005/2006 time frame;one used, and one new. The experience all around was very good, no complaints. I bought the first one outright, then traded it for the 2nd one. Both deals were fair, and they gave me a good trade the 2nd time around. However, since then I've bought five more bikes (I average over one a year), and have had to buy every one of them elsewhere, due to CTPS not being able to make me a fair deal on a new bike, or flat out not willing to accept my trade. (Deals other dealers WERE willing to make.) I really wish I could give them more business due to liking them a lot, but during these tough times, with money is tight, every dollar counts, and they haven't been willing to work with me fairly on bike purchases. Five sales lost in 3 years is a lot. Aside from that, they are a great dealer, but not much use to me any more because they never want to sell me a bike it seems. :( For this reason, I have to rate them only 3-stars "Ok." It's unfortunate because I had a good experience will some of the guys there, but I will not be going back. I dropped my motorcycle off last Thursday when I ran over a screw. They had a tire in stock and said they could get to it quickly. Apparently there was a miscommunication, when I dropped off the bike the guys were a little snippy and said that they couldn't get to it until the following Tuesday...... Fair enough, they must be busy. I had them order the front and back tires in the brand I wanted. I don't know if they ordered it on the slow boat from Zimbabwe but they showed up Wednesday I guess. Keep in mind they did not call me throughout this. I called them Friday to check on my bike because at this point, it had been a week since I dropped off my bike for tires, that I should have done myself. They got snippy again, I got mad. I talked to the right guys, I got my bike Saturday. I think they should change there name from Ride Now Georgetown, to Ride Later Geogetown. These guys suck, don't go to them. read more

WARNING FOR VETERANS FROM A DISABLED VET ! I needed to replace the Power Steering motor (a $1200 part) on my Can-Am Spyder. The RideNow Georgetown internet sight boasted of discounts for veterans - and other groups - if a questionnaire is completed. Upon completion of the question I was to "qualified" to receive the following discounts: 10% on labor and 10% on parts (see below). I received the discount on labor but THEY DID NOT HONOR THE PARTS DISCOUNT. A 10% discount on the part would have saved me $120. Tyler, the general manager, said the parts discounts were for "accessories on a purchase", even though the photos next to the 10% off parts listed below DO NOT show accessories. I always understood parts are needed to fix or repair something, whereas accessaries are desirable items. The power steering motor I needed was necessary to safely operate the vehicle and not optional. PLEASE NOTIFY ALL VETERANS AND ANYONE IN THEIR CIRCLE OF INFLUENCE WHO'S CONSIDERING A CAN-AM VEHICLE OR MOTORCYCLE REPAIR OR PURCHASE TO BEWARE !! THIS LOCATION DOESN'T HONOR ALL VETERAN PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS. Make your own judgement of this company. Are they worthy of your business? Do you want to associate with them? My recommendation is to bypass RideNow Georgetown and go to another dealer for purchases and service. I went to this business because they are local and as a business owner myself, I try to patronize local businesses. I bought my son a NEW Polaris 4-wheeler for his birthday. The day that I went to get it, the service center employee that was showing me how everything works had a difficult time starting it. He said it was "just cold and would warm up". Less than 2 months later, it wouldn't start at all. So I took it to them to get it repaired. I assumed since it was brand new, they would just take care of it. A few weeks later they call to tell me that the carburetor has issues and how much it would be. I explained that it was BRAND NEW and asked why this wouldn't be a warranty issue. The service center employee says he didn't realize we had just bought it and would get with a manager. A few days later a "manager" left me a message saying it was all good to go. So today I sent one of my employees to pick it up and find out there is a $200.00 bill for the repair. The "manager" who called me is nowhere to be found. No notes in the system, etc. So I ask what they did and they said they diagnosed it for $120.00 dollars and put a new battery in it. I asked what they did to the carburetor, and once again, no notes, no record of any issues with the carburetor? The service center employee said it did backfire on them but they think it will just "clear itself up over time"? Almost $3000.00 dollars for a new Polaris and the company doesn't even stand behind the products they sell. I was going to by a Polaris Razor ($10,000.00 plus) for my wife from them, but not now. They lost me as a customer. Go somewhere else if you want to buy an ATV or motorcycle. read more

So in being blown off by another dealership I decided to call these guys. I was "pre approved@ trough a little app by my income I made but didn't set myself up. I submit my info, statements and other things. I was told I'd be contacted shortly. Doesn't happen, I had to call back the next day after not hearing anything. I was told they were busy and I'd be called back. So I hear nothing and a few days later I call back. I'm asked my info and told I'll be called shortly, half a hour later I'm called back but they are looking for another customer and not me. A hour or so later I get a call saying I'm not approved and that that's pretty much it. Regardless that I had 20% I could have put down on a 3k bike, I had just been approved for 4K in credit from synchrony and just received a 1000 dollar credit card I was turned down. But was politely told in the future when I possibly have better credit we could work something out. It is what it is I guess. This company lacks integrity and morals Flat out lied to me on several occasions and I proved them wrong and they still would not recognize it. The owner was a very well mannered person but absolutely would not try to resolve the problem, i am not sure if he was even fully cogniscent. I took my 2017 polaris high lifter in to get checked for 3 different items brake check compression check and I was having a starting issue. The starting issue I had for about 6 months was a sluggish start and occasionly I would have to jump it off I was having my power steering light come on because this also has power steering and that meant that it had a voltage issue because it automatically cuts out the power steering when it's low on voltage. They called me about a week and a 1/2 later, And said all they had looked at was a starting issue said it started just fine after they charged it. Then I waited 4 days and I ended up calling them trying to figure out what was going on they said they hadn't touched it since they called me and so I told them I was coming to pick it up. When I got there they tried to bomb me with 4 Diagnostic fees equalling $560. Then quickly recanted the fact that all they had done was looked at the electrical issue they said that they had checked over everything and didn't have any diag or anything for me so far but wanted to charge me if I were taking it I told them I had too many bad experiences with them. They would not let me take it without paying $560 I was talking with the owner of the business I asked him if he thought that was fair he would not answer me I reminded him of some of his bad reviews and that I own a business and I take very good care of my customers and that is why I have 5 star reviews. Horrible integrity issues, i worked my way up to the owner Steve, he is a thief after a long discussion, i found he backed his own guys without speaking with them basically called me a liar when I told him that I had already talked with the service manager but that he was out so he didn't know if that was the truth or not, that he would have to talk with him and so now all of a sudden I'm a liar. I am sorry to say that it is very shameful that there are business owners out there that will steal from people like this. Please don't let people like this ruin it for the rest of us business owners. After everything was said and done I had to pay $560 they charged me for a compression test brake check electrical diag and check my power steering of which I did not give them authorization for. When we picked up the Polaris it would not start it would not jump off nothing would happen. It was in worse shape than when I brought it to them and so how is it that they did a compression test on something that did not start or crank? read more

Out of all the big bike shops in the area they are the best of the worst. I've used them 4 times in the past 3 years with mehhh service. After this last time I will not go back. 1st experience: Electrical issue. Told it would take a 2-3 buiness days to get the parts. Took a week and another 5 days or so to do the work. They lied about the time it would take up front. The cost was a bit more then told.. the work however was done correctly. 2nd experience: Tires, dropped the bike off for what I was told would take 1 day. Took 2 days, I had to call to check if it was ready.. reason for delay they were busy.... Work was done correctly. 3rd experience: Tires, I took them off the bike this time and brought just the rims/tires hoping it would be faster took 2 days and they chipped my rims. I had to call and check if it was ready.. they did not call me. They also tried to charge me the same price as if they were on the bike. I had to argue for 5 minutes, over 15 dollars it was ridiculous. 4th experience: Idleing/Running bad. I changed the plugs myself thinking it might help.. it did not so I dropped if off after they said they were not busy and could get me an answer with in a day (they bike was just slapped back together and brought to the shop once I figured out It was something I proly couldn't fix, I was told the air filter was not on correctly, but not the issue). Took 2 days to find out more and I had to call to follow up. They told me it needed a valve job, air filter and cleaning and it would run me about 1100-1200. I asked if that was all and I was told on the phone that was the only problem. I agreed and paid to get the parts shipped and work started. Was told 2-3 business days on parts and 1-2 day for the work. Took 7 days for them to call, I called the day before and they said parts are holding them up. When they called me on the 7th day I was told after the valve job was done that the spark plug caps were also bad and that was causing it to idle bad (this was my only concern and why i brought the bike to them in the first place). They tried to charge me 80ish dollars per part, which I could have gotten online from Yamaha for 55 dollars. It took 15 days and they charged me for a valve job that arguable did not need to be done right that moment. I feel the work was NOT done correctly. It now idles way to high. There is absolutely less power then before, even when it was running rough. They also did work on the sprocket which was a recall with out consulting me first. If they would have checked with me they would have known I had to modify it because the threads are screw up... which now I have to fix again. By they way I bought a nut from them 2 months prior to this and even asked if it was a warranty (They said NO and charged me for part and shipping). I had read on the internet there was a recall... I figure the poster was wrong and didnt worry about it. This is a very old recall on a very old bike. lack of integrity & DIShonest service! i discovered this the worst way when i picked my shadow up from a new front tire install by service dept. & while riding 70mph my front fender collapsed onto my new tire smoking & melting ! i got a tow back to the service center where the manager assumed all responsibility at first and had me leave my bike for 3 hrs to be fixed! 1 hour later the general manager calls me to say that they are not taking responsibility for the repairs on fender & new tire! he claimed they had not touched my front fender to replace new tire! so i am left without fender & burned new tire! awfull money suckers! read more

My Honda VFR1200F had a drive shaft recall/replacement which was mandated by the U.S. Department of Transportation National Highway Traffic Safety Administration because of the danger of having a rear tire lock up while riding. We called Central Texas Powersports to ask about bringing the bike in for the recall repair. We were told over the phone that the part is a "controlled part" (one per VIN) and it had to be ordered. It would take about a week and there was no charge. Fair enough. The next day we sent an online request to have the part ordered and set up a time to bring the bike in for the recall repair. The next day in the email reply from Ian Nickerson, they first wanted to make sure I did not already have this repair done and just wanted to get it done again. What? Are you serious? Next, Ian wanted me to make a deposit of a whopping $865.72 or bring the bike in and leave it there "before" they even order the part. Perfect example of a business where the right hand has no clue what the left foot is kicking. Needless to say they will never see a penny from us or our business or any of our MC riding friends. Way to go guys at Central Texas Powersports. I then called Kent Powersports in Kyle and the experience was straight and smooth. They ordered the part immediately, set up an appointment at my convenience and did the job today without a hitch and with smiles. That is how it is done. read more

No test drive for an FZ6R. "They're like Ferraris" That's what the salesman said. I told him other dealerships DO. Then he backed down and admitted they didn't have a demo bike. I had my helmet in the car and enough credit to buy a dozen bikes. My money will go to another place with better trained salesmen. Parts dept is very friendly tho. read more

I took my 2007 Brute Force knowing I had a serious problem, they charged me $150.00 to tell me it would cost an additional $960 to figure it out. Then handed me a box of parts they did reinstall on my quad when I picked it up. This took 2 weeks and several phone calls to get this response--terrible service, I asked what cost $150, they conveniently couldn't find the tech, they had no idea what he did!!! I need to buy a new Quad guess what place will never see another dime of my money--not even a consideration. read more

Last Saturday my husband and I went over there to look and buy a new jet ski. We were looking at what they had on the floor and a young man came to introduce himself and gave us info on the different options. Everything really seemed like it was going great and we were going to have a great experience until the guy told us the guy that helps him write up the deals stepped out and he would call or text my husband with the info cause we were going through USAA. Well we waited for a call and nothing! No call no text and no follow up. So we drove to Woods Fun Center in Austin and got all our answers there and purchased our first Jet Ski through them. I suggest you all learn to follow up with people or be able to provide information on spot or you lose business. read more

Don't waste your time, have dealt with them on multiple occasions and all were bad experiences. I took my 2017 polaris high lifter in to get checked for 3 different items brake check compression check and I was having a starting issue. The starting issue I had for about 6 months was a sluggish start and occasionly I would have to jump it off I was having my power steering light come on because this also has power steering and that meant that it had a voltage issue because it automatically cuts out the power steering when it's low on voltage. They called me about a week and a 1/2 later, And said all they had looked at was a starting issue said it started just fine after they charged it. Then I waited 4 days and I ended up calling them trying to figure out what was going on they said they hadn't touched it since they called me and so I told them I was coming to pick it up. When I got there they tried to bomb me with 4 Diagnostic fees equalling $560. Then quickly recanted the fact that all they had done was looked at the electrical issue they said that they had checked over everything and didn't have any diag or anything for me so far but wanted to charge me if I were taking it I told them I had too many bad experiences with them. They would not let me take it without paying $560 I was talking with the owner of the business I asked him if he thought that was fair he would not answer me I reminded him of some of his bad reviews and that I own a business and I take very good care of my customers and that is why I have 5 star reviews. Horrible integrity issues, i worked my way up to the owner Steve, he is a thief after a long discussion, i found he backed his own guys without speaking with them basically called me a liar when I told him that I had already talked with the service manager but that he was out so he didn't know if that was the truth or not, that he would have to talk with him and so now all of a sudden I'm a liar. I am sorry to say that it is very shameful that there are business owners out there that will thief and still from people like this please don't let people like this ruin it for the rest of us business owners. After everything was said and done I had to pay $560 they charged me for a compression test brake check electrical diag and check my power steering of which I did not give them authorization for. When we picked up the Polaris it would not start it would not jump off nothing would happen it was at worse shape than when I brought it to them and so how is it that they did a compression test on something that did not start or crank? read more

Started off good; our family bought 3 bikes through these guys and have some servicing there as well. Unfortunately, the used bike my son bought through these guys, blew an engine; major part failure. It is 3 months now and the bike is still there, with no loaner or rental.We have to call for updates and now keep being told not sure when it will be done. I don't know what kind of shop takes 3 months and more to rebuild an engine while the customer has to worry about how to get to work to pay for the bike while it sits in the shop. At this point we will not be buying nor servicing any bike through them, nor will we refer anyone. We are currently seeking alternate measures to get this bike back, hopefully repaired properly. read more

Do to my terrible experience with Woods Fun Center while being in the market for a new Seadoo ski, I drove over to CTPS to see if all dealers ran so incompetently and they very much impressed me. CTPS had humble & friendly management. Unlike Woods. They gave me a better deal also and didnt try to screw me over in the finance dept like the other guys were doing. The icing on the cake is every time I come in to get my Wake 155 serviced they un hitch it and hook it back up for me without asking. Super friendly bunch of guys and highly recommend to use them over any of their competitors! read more

After spending 20 minutes to find the place, I realized that it was closed (permanently?) at this N Austin Avenue, Georgetown address. It appeared to be out of business. There were no signs indicating that it was moved or closed. Wow. What a joke. I recommend that you do not waste your time at this place. Worst customer service ever. I was told to come in directly to purchase and have a new tire intstalled. After arriving I was told it would take 2 hours, which I reluctantly agreed to. Two and one half hours later they hadn't even moved the bike inside. No one even bothered to let me know what was going on. This is the second time I've had a bad experience with this dealership. I would not recommend them to anyone. read more
