So after days of anger and frustration of someone slashing my tires at the gym...I finally was able to venture over here to get my new tire for my Yamaha R6. Quickly they took my bike in after seeing me pull up to the front. Immediately I was like wow,they don't mess around. I like that, quick, customer service. While waiting for my tire to be replaced...I lingered around and checked out the store. They have varieties motorcycles, gears, and accessories. It's almost like motorcycle heaven. With all different brands of helmets to gear. It's like I wanted to buy so many stuff but as all us riders know, gear isn't cheap! With one leather padded jacket I could buy 4 shirts from Armani! The place is rather big and well organized though which is great especially to have bikes parked in there at the same time. The staff was friendly, they answered all my questions I had to ask and didn't look at me like I was a piece of meat and trying to make a sell. Which I do love not getting pestered at dealerships. In the end my tire replacement came out great. Fresh new tire, they even added some oil into my bike too since they said it was lower than normal. I thought that was very nice of them. If solid service is important to you, steer your vehicles clear of RideNow. In fact, it was actually RideInAMonthAndAHalf Powersports Ina. A warranty fix that took over six weeks with all of the usual tactics from a place with poor service. Parts are on order. Parts will arrive in a week. Now two weeks, but once we get them in we can repair it in a day. All parts received except for one part. It will be ready next week. No updates, phone calls... information. No returned phone calls. It will now be ready next week, tomorrow... day after tomorrow... Seriously would NEVER buy anything from this place due to the horrible service. Perhaps it was because it was a warranty fix and they made no money. All about the almighty buck and not the customer who hasn't had their bike in over a month. A month and a half for a warranty fix, with all of the BS about parts, when it would be ready, no communication as to why it's not ready. NO THANKS! Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. read more

If you're looking for customer service, helpful salesmen or a feeling of "What can we do for you. We appreciate your business!" Well, this is not the place for you. Took my motorcycle in for maintenance service this morning. The guys in the shop told me they had no record of my appointment and that they weren't doing any work today because the computer was down. Huh? They were just hanging out and I felt like I was spoiling there coffee break. No apologies were offered for my inconvenience or my wife's, who had driven half an hour to take me home. . No smiles. Clipped responses to simple questions. Couldn't even suggest a good product for a modification. Didn't even know his stock. Didn't want to take the time to help. Told me to look some thing up in the catalog. Felt totally ignored. Not like a valued customer. I bought the motorcycle there, they screwed up my appointment with no apologies and the 170 dollar service I was scheduled for was basically an oil change and a peek a boo at the belt and tires but I was glad to do it. I have a good feeling that this shop has been through much management change. These guys don't want to be there. To top it all off as I climb on my bike to leave for my 30 min ride home in traffic, an employee parks a big off roader directly behind me so I cant get out. I'm waiting for him to notice I'm leaving, he knows I'm leaving because he was there for my whole conversation. Finally, I have to ask him to please move it. No apologies, no smile, no thank you's. Ride Now is actually RIDE AFTER YOU PAY us. (or rather after you buy the thing) Walked in with a cash deal, and was told I couldn't get a test ride on what I wanted to buy (a new bike). Tech was less than kind informing me of this. He whined and said "it's too much to get this ready for a ride if you won't buy it", and he said "hey I wont get this ready for a test ride unless you are ready to buy now, that's not worth our time". Yep, I was really amazed as well. Hey, no ride no buy. And I advise you all to do the same. If they wont let you ride it first, then no ride is no buy. I Was never asked to try anything else, though I had expressed a strong interest in other bikes, one of which was used and ready to test ride! Was never asked for my contact info if what I may want the best did become available. A sale is NOT what they want, and as such I wonder what it IS they want? Unemployment? I have to warn you about this place. First of all everyone that I came into contact with were very nice and seemed helpful. But, I had just bought a Yamaha V Star 650 classic from a private party in Apache Junction. The rear tire had some checking on the sidewall, so I set up an appointment for the next morning at 9:30. I drove the bike from Apache Junction to Oro Valley, than the next morning drove to the Ride Now Shop. The bike felt very nice. I know that bike because I have another one exactly the same up north. The two distances were approximately 60 miles. It ran fine. When I got there they said my appointment was for the next day. OK, I know they were wrong, but I let it go and came back the next day. When I got there, I asked if they could change the oil and throw in a fresh set of plugs. They said they would try to find time. A couple of hours later I heard a motorcycle leaving the shop. It was obviously a troubled bike. It was popping and backfiring while excelorating between gears. It was my bike!!. I went to the service department to see what the problem was. There were both the mechanic and the service manager there to explain that there were several problems with the bike that the new spark plugs exposed. There was a conflict because of the fresh plugs power. That was a head twister for me. They advised me to leave it there and they think they could clean the Carburetor and change the air filter assemble. They were hopeful they could fix it for about $600.00 I felt hopeless, but I decided to get out of there. So I struggled to get it back to Oro Valley. Popping and backfiring all the way. Embarrassing ride!!! When I got home I figured the only thing that I authorized them to do that could have caused this problem was the spark plugs. So I went to O Reilly's auto to get a fresh set of plugs and replace what they put in. When I removed the plugs I noticed they were the right plugs. I checked the gap to find that one plug was set at .018, and the other was at .025 I set the gap at .033, put them back in and the bike purred like a Kitten. I have to think that this is way too suspicious. I should never have told them that my primary home was out of town. I made and offer on a motorcycle. They said no. Okay, that is there right. Then my husband made a slightly higher offer the Internet sales manager said "okay I can do that. I have left for the day, I will write it up in the morning." So we go online, do the credit app. Then we call to follow up Since no one called me. I ask what is going on they say well we got u approved. Then they say we can't sell you the bike at the price we told you we could. This is the 3rd time I have stopped here to take a look at a motorcycle. Each and every time, I get the exact same treatment. I was completely ignored for 10 minutes while browsing while I was able to count 8 employees that were visible somewhere on the sales floor or an office. I never even got an acknowledgement of me entering the building, let alone asking if I needed any help. It apparently takes 2 employees to help one customer and 1 female employee being hit on by 2 male customers. If they do not know you personally, the employees will just ignore you every time. These guys are shady with their pricing. A $1600 scooter was $2400 out the door. So, they wanted me to pay 50% of the price of the scooter, $800, in fees. I laughed at them and walked away. I have heard from many people that the RideNow group always tries to gouge their customers with fees. Ever time I buy parts from this location I get the wrong part. I always have to call them back and give part numbers so I can get the right part number. Every time I go to this place they seem more concerned with talk amongst each other then help people out, unless they want to buy a bike. Good Job Service Dept !! I brought my 2002 Midnight Star in for a small glitch I was having and routine checks. Moses checked in my bike and called with what they found. I had signed a routine service agreement that would've cost me $130. But when he called me back, everything checked out fine w/only a small adjustment needed on the clutch handle. Then they did what no one does - - - - they lowered my bill that's right . . . . . Lowered it to $50!! No one does the right thing anymore. Moses did. Bravo Ridenow Service Guys ! Bought FZ1 with Allen`s help. Finance officer tried to get me to buy more warranty, lowering the amount each time. Seem unhappy that I would not agree. Took my FZ6R there 10 of May for new tires. Thought I could trust their workmanship, so rode home. I notice a few days later because of riding other bike, that the chain adjustment plate at end of swingarm right side was missing, so I assume either they forgot to put it on or they never tighten up locknut enough. Called service writer, he said he would try to find plate and call me back. Never happen, so they lost a customer who would have let them work on my two bikes. Learned a lesson, trust in yourself to check your bike if they work on it. Liked Allen, he treated me well. read more

I wouldn't use them again. I brought my bike in over a week ago to check and see if it was a starter or starter clutch going bad on my vstar. It was the starter. I decided to leave it alone for now and said just put it together. Over a week now and they say they are still waiting for Yamaha to send the crank case gasket and oil filter cap. Now they are saying over a week later. We don't know for sure when the gasket will arrive and when it will be ready. Yamaha is not to blame I can get the part over night. We were looking for a new two-up atv and had a specific budget to stay at. We found models that fit our needs at other RideNow dealers in the Phoenix area but they were not willing to work with our budget or didn't bother to try. We found a machine at RideNow Ina in Tucson and sent a request for quote. Dori responded to our request and answered all our questions. She was able to work with our budget to get us the 2018 CanAm Outlander Max we were looking at. We made the trip to pick it up and upon arrival had the paperwork completed in no more than 15 minutes. Even though I had made all the arrangements days prior, I assumed they would have the atv ready to go when we arrived or at least assembled. Nope - it was still in a crate and unassembled - we were not too happy... and had to wait in their showroom over three hours for them to assemble and do their pre-delivery checks. The staff was very apologetic, but we still had to make the long drive back home and return a rented trailer. I would have given 5-stars but had to knock one off for frustration. After my husband called all day long and leaving many messages at 5 minutes before closing he finally got a hold of the Finance Manager MIKE. Not happy at all. This guy proceeded to want to argue with my husband as to why we wanted to cancel our extended warranty. One he doesn't need to know why just that we want it done. Two he wanted us to buy our new purchase there after having the worst experience ever with the current purchase. The service department could not even fix a simple Solenoid issue. We took our Polaris back and forth a few times to a not fixed machine and was told everything was fine. How can Ride Now say that they even looked at it when there was dust on the cover and there were NO finger prints removing the cover. LIARS!!!! And now they want for us to be stupid by purchasing something from them a second time HELL NO!!! We will take all of our business to Iron City. Still he wants us to come in and fill out paperwork to cancel extended warranty when we found that you can cancel it online. 100% will never step foot in that place and will make sure to tell all of my friends that they do NOT treat their customers well in the least. Worst purchase experience we every had and to make things worse when trying to cancel contract he wants to fight with my husband over the phone.... Why would anyone ever do business again with them? Adrian is a top-notch sales consultant who is both knowledgeable and friendly. He is also not at all like your stereotypical salesman. He doesn't push a product on you that you don't want/need. He helps you find the best product for you and your wants and needs. The service department is nothing shy of amazing! Scott (service manager) is a guy who genuinely believes in exceptional customer service and helping you with whatever your concerns are. I bought my bike ('06 Honda VTX1800N) and it had a broken taillight. Scott arranged a same-day replacement and had my bike ready and repaired within an hour. ALL of the service guys deserve a raise!! Chris, the manager, is a no-b.s. kind of guy. He wants to give you exactly what you want at a fair price point and is friendly, knowledgeable, and without pretense or schtick. He's a great guy to just shoot the shit with or to arrange a product that you may not have thought of that just might serve your needs. I bought a RZR from the Ride Now on Ina (Tucson) on the 16th of March. The purchase itself started a few days before physically buying as I am from Phoenix and the unit I saw was in Tucson. The first person I spoke to was Young whom helped out in getting me pre-approved and answering most of my questions on whether this unit would fit my needs or not. the following day I started speaking to Myles whom is the salesperson I spoke to throughout the remainder of the purchase. Myles was good as he always answered my phone calls and questions. After getting a chance from work to look at the RZR I went down to the Tucson facility and got an opportunity to see the unit as well as getting a chance to turn it on. Myles had already sent me several pictures of the unit prior to me visiting and some of the pictures were very specific to my requests which was nice of him to do. As any time, the finance section is always a bit of a headache however the paperwork is pretty straightforward and there aren't a lot of numbers that you don't understand on it. Overall I feel like Brad the Sales manager has really gone out of his way to help me out during the latter end of the process. read more

My first experience with RideNow on Ina and I doubt I'll be back. I am a multiple bike owner, RiderCoach, and have been riding for almost 20 years. I needed a new rear sprocket for my DRZ. I was going to order it online, but I decided to see if RideNow might have one in stock. They didn't, but told me they could order it and it would be in the next day, which would have been Friday. I wanted to ride that weekend, so I ordered it. Friday rolls around, and I hadn't heard from them, so I stopped in, and was told that they hadn't placed the order in time, and the sprocket would be in by Monday, or maybe Tuesday, or maybe Wednesday. No apology, no explanation, not even sorry. One young lady actually said sorry as I was leaving, but no one else seemed to care. Well, I didn't hear from them Monday, or Tuesday, but I was out and near the shop, so I stopped by. They had the sprocket, and hadn't bothered to call me. All in all it seemed a little unprofessional. This was a test run for me, something small and simple, because if you can't get the simple stuff right, then I have no faith you can get the larger stuff right too. Parts Dept. I had gone in trying to but a battery it has taken me three weeks I still can't ride my Bike duo to the battery. Fisrt time after calling they said they had a battery. I go in buy a battery I bring it home wrong battery. I go back I have to order the battery. I had to pay 7.80 dollar more for their mistake. I went the following Sat. to pick up my ordered battery.. I bring it home no hardware in box, Each time it is 55 miles one way. Now they tell me they have hardware, another 110 miles. I could have ordered here and paid 156.00 and would have come out head. I thought this store was better then the old Chandler store. guess not all the same.VERY VERY DISAPPOINTMENT. guess I will get part on line read more

I took my quad in for repair. After 3 weeks with no word I called and they said they had forgot to order my part, and would do so immediately. The repair then took another week. They had my quad for a month and when i got it back it still wasnt fixed. Stay away from this place! There are other quad repair places that will do a good job and faster/cheaper.
