One of my toilets that was occasionally running was on the agenda. The plumber took a look at it and said, "Ugh. How attached are you to this toilet? They're annoying to work on," and simply refused to work on it. Well, I wasn't going to replace an entire toilet for such a trivial thing, so I waited. But after a year, it was running more frequently. I had another Ridgefield plumber come out, and they fixed it within the week. I say the week because they did have to order a part that was not common size. So Mulvaney may be good depending on who you get, but they apparently employ some lazy fellas. Be warned.

We had a very shaky toilet that another plumber "fixed" 5 months prior. Mike got down to the bottom of the problem and gave me updates on what he was finding every step of the way. There were some major issues that needed to be fixed and Mike did not take any shortcuts, he was very transparent from start to finish.
