We had water leaking in our garage. Warm floor tiles in our kitchen etc. Had to call someone immediately. Called about four different plumbing companies that morning. Aaron with Righty Tighty Plumbing was the first to respond. He was able to come out within a hour to assess the damage. Immediately he was able to determine the issue, a slab leak. Capped off the hot water pipes. Stopped the leak, etc.. And let us know how we would proceed from there, calling our insurance company, a restoration company. Getting a leak detection. Very informative. He definitely knows his stuff. This has been an very unfortunate ordeal. But Aaron has been very friendly and helpful throughout this whole process. Very patient, as we had to wait for an approval to complete the repairs. Once we got that approval, Aaron and his assistant Joe were able to come back out to complete a reroute. Even though the work ended up being more tedious than expected, they did an awesome job. And on top of that was able to stay within the estimate. Omg! I've never been more happy to have our hot water running. Thank goodness! I pray we NEVER have to deal with something to that extent again in our home. I called Righty Tighty plumbing when I discovered a kitchen sink clog this morning. They were able to get me into their schedule same day and gave me a blocked time of the expected time of arrival. Not only were they EARLY (which I love), they were also professional & reasonably priced. Aaron and Joe went out of their way to make sure they returned my home to it's original condition. They put the screen back on the window, shut blinds- they were cautious not to track dirt/mud thru the kitchen even when I told them not to stress out (i honestly planned to mop after they left). I spent most of yesterday raking through Yelp to find a plumber. I had a clogged kitchen sink and dripping bathtub faucet in my back house. I narrowed it down to 4 different places and chose Righty Tighty because of the other excellent reviews. I'm here to add to them! I was unable to be home when the repairs were made, but my Mom lives in the back house, so she was there. All I keep hearing is "I can't believe how nice this young man was!" and "The sink drains perfectly and the faucet stopped dripping!" Funny story...I had another plumber out just before Christmas because of the drip and at the time the kitchen sink was just slow draining. He made two trips out and by the time he left, I was told that I needed my whole house re-piped, and needed a new water heater and needed it moved outside. To re-pipe: they would need to break up the cement around my house or take the flooring out from inside the house. He verbally quoted $8 - 12k and said that he would leave a written quote in my mailbox. I spent a few days in a state of panic and the quote never came. The sink didn't clear because I was told the pipes would burst if he snaked it. He said that he couldn't fix the leak because we had too much water pressure and he made it WORSE. Weird, that was the ONLY faucet out of 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens that leaked. FFW to 01/19: Righty Tighty shows up. We are told the pipes are like new. The sink is draining perfectly and the faucet is no longer dripping. I'm saving the phone number in my phone, I've finally found an HONEST plumber!! I was refered to Righty Tighty Plumbing during a plumbing crisis and not only did Aron respond to my request immediately, but he also did not charge me for his honest, thorough assessment. He was advised that all I needed was a second opinion before the previous home owner came to my house to assess/fix problem and yet he prioritized my service call and was at the property within 24 hours. Aron provided a detailed assessment, not to mention that he also pointed out inaccurate observations documented by a plumber who had already been here a few days prior and to whom I paid for the service call even though nothing was repaired.
