A good place to stop for quick cheap lunch if you're in the area. They have specials (although they've been increasing in price over the years) such as 3 taco plate and burger w fries. It's not unlike other taco shops. Order at the counter & they prep your food & you pick it up at the counter. You can also call in your order and pick it up. They offer traditional taco shop fare such as carne asada, chicken, lengua etc. Menu Items include burritos, tacos, tortas, rolled tacos, carne asada fries and oddly enough cheeseburgers. I really like their pickled carrots & red salsa & the food is better than a nearby taco shops on Sahara. Due to location, the clientele include mostly blue collar guys. After a long night working the graveyard shift , I decided to go to my favorite taco and burrito spot in Vegas ,Rigos. I bring All my traveling family and friends here. I'm originally from Cali and I feel I can speak for all Californians when I say we have the best Hispanic food in the nation. Rigos is one of the main spots I frequent since it reminds me of home. Kinda a nostalgic feeling every bite. When I arrived at Rigos it was about 8:05. I entered the establishment expecting to get my usual, but I was stopped and told "we are closed until 8:30". I was confused and shocked since the door shows the hours and it says they open at 8am, I checked the website and google and it all said 8am. Now I know this is not a huge time gap. But, had to take my kids to school around the same time. So I ended up going to a McDonalds near by. To whom it may concern, Please update your hours or have your staff ready to take orders on time. This is false advertising. The rating is not for the quality of food or customer service. We went here again recently. A couple days ago. It was our 1st time here in quite awhile. I'll just say that the quality, and customer service of this place has gone way down!!!! It took approximately 20 min to get our food after ordering. There was no one else in there eating. The 2 gentleman that were working looked so unhappy. They weren't rude to us, but they weren't that nice either. The salsas they put out for customers was horrible! Everything in the condiment bar looked so old and dryed out! It's hard to believe that I come here for the cheeseburgers, but I do. They aren't the best burgers in the world, but they are reasonably priced and taste good. The patties are pretty thin, so I usually get a double. They take a sesame bun, grill it, and slather their version of thousand island on both sides. Then they add fresh shredded lettuce, sliced tomato and onions. I don't know why the burger is so delicious, but it keeps me coming back. I sometimes get their burger special, which comes with fries and a fountain drink for around $5. I think it's extra to make the burger a double, but it is still a good deal. Not into burgers? They have other food as well. Tacos, burritos, taquitos and nachos are the mains. The nachos come with your choice of meat, beans and liquid cheese, but I don't like liquid cheese on my nachos. I do like to get the cheese on the side to dip my fries into though. Speaking of fries, they come very well seasoned and it is a bit overpowering, so I order my fries sans salt. Many of the dishes come with tortilla chips, so load up on some fresh made salsas at the salsa bar. They also have a hot bar with pinto beans and grilled jalapenos. Its cheap and quick, basically. Similar to Tacos Mexico (which is just down the street), if you live in the area its a good place to go but I wouldn't go out of my way to get here. For a small hole in the wall restaurant, the food was mediocre. Nothing really blew my mind except for the guacamole that tasted like more than just a mashed avocado. I ordered fries w/ nacho cheese & a chicken Taquito meal that came with 4 taquitos, beans, chips, rice, and guacamole. The fries were nice and crispy although the nacho cheese made them soggy. The chicken was relatively bland and didn't provide much flavor. I'm glad they gave guacamole had the most flavor out of everything; you could taste the onion and lime they put into it. The rice wasn't dry which is always refreshing! The combined total was $14 which wasn't too bad, I'm not sure what the prices were separately. It's more comparable to a Roberto's than an authentic sit-down, Hispanic restaurant. I might go back, I haven't made up my mind just yet. read more

I walked in late at night. Seemed like your average taco shop. I got the 5 taco meal with horchata. The horchata was great, delicious! Flavor was amazing compared to other places who serve it watered down. The carne asada tacos were pretty phenomenal, with a side bar full of salsa, limes, onions, cilantro, and much more. I work by here and go pretty often. The service is pretty slow and they always mess up my order. The other day I called in an order (my go to ) nacho fries with carne al pastor. Not only did they give me chips instead of fries but they also gave me carne asada. I called to let them know and they kept telling me they know what they gave me and I was wrong. I told them I would not eat it, save them and show them after I got off work. They then told me they couldn't do anything without a receipt. I told them I'd bring them the whole meal as proof and they I would log onto my account to show them I purchased an item and they still told me they wouldn't do anything about it. It's sad because I always support local businesses and I now will no longer be a customer. All my coworkers go all the time and they now do not as well. Used to be awesome until they decided that people that begs for food deserves better device than their usual customers who normally spend about $50 dlls every time they come. They decided it was best to give away tacos to a lady bothering her customers and allow her to eat and keep bothering people that just spent money on their business.
