Moved here over a year ago and the Rinaldis sub was legit the shit! At the end of the day it's a little pricey but who cares when it's amazing. Well just got one tonight and the quality has taken a deep dive. Way less meat and just not the same. This sucks cause I'm right down the road and we'll let's face it, not a lot of options in Marne. I had this issue once but it was by one get one and yeah that makes sense, lower quality a bit for the deal. But this was full price. So sometime after leaving my first review, my waiter contacted me and let me know that he had made a mistake on my order and given me less broccoli and cheese bites than what I was supposed to have. It would have been better if I was offered a coupon to come back to make up for the oops but the fact that he did reach out to me says a lot about his integrity and the integrity of his employer. Got delivery a couple times. The first and second time were not very good. The first time we got delivery they forgot things, food was lukewarm, and driver did not leave the food at the door like we asked. The second time we got some pizzas and nachos. The pizza crust was so hard and we could barely bite into it. The nachos looked like they were burnt and it was soggy when arrived. I don't know if I will eat here again :( read more

For $28.62 for my 18 inch 3 item pizza, I really expected this pizza to be good. I'm all for supporting local businesses, and that's why I ordered pizza for my community, but it is obvious by the subpar pie they served up, they care not for community standards. If you're going to build a pizza business, don't start with canned pizza sauce, just don't do it, The cheese taste like maybe a Parmesan blend, not sure what it has to do with Pizza, but it's the wrong choice. At least the crust fits in with the rest of the pizza, it's not very good either, flavorless and lacking any character. The wet burrito is Spectacular... When asking the difference between the 'wet' and 'dry' burrito, I was informed that one was wet and one was dry, but after some delving it turns out that the wet burrito is full of meat (with a little tomato and lettuce), covered in cheese, onions, & sauce and beset on both sides with beans (if you choose the meat & bean option, which you must) and it is as 'Spectacular' now as it has been for the last 40 years!!! No frills pizza shop... I split a 14" pepperoni with someone and I thought it was a very good pizza. The crust was not too firm or soft and had good flavor. Thought I detected Romano cheese flavor in the cheese or sauce - not sure - but it was quite good. Good sauce, good cheese, good crust. I will eat there again and I do recommend, especially if Pizza is "your thing". It is definitely my thing! :) read more

I had a great Bruce Me Up sub. The food is your traditional family style pizza place. Its not that factory, picture perfect and boring stuff you get at a chain place. Late night headed to the airport to pick my husband up and stopped and had a turkey sandwich and was pleasantly surprised. Very nice ladies and wonderful turkey sandwich with pineapple Sriracha sauce, highly recommend. read more

Great homemade pizza! Tons of menu choices: Pizza, subs, burritos, chicken, fish and chips, and lots more. I had the barbecue chicken pizza. It was tasty was just the right zing to the sauce and big chunks of chicken with lots of cheese. Give them a call when you leave work in Grand Rapids and it should be ready when you get to Marne. It will still be warm when you get home to the Lakeshore. The shop is a very easy off and on I-96. There are daily specials too so be sure to check those out. Pop, beer and candy in the big self serve cooler are reasonably priced. Prices are what you expect for a hand made pizza so don't expect a $5 round cardboard meal. The specials are a great value. I heard the Wednesday special of free spaghetti with a pizza purchase may not last much longer. Perhaps if we frequent the shop and ask for it to stay we can influence the decision :-). I'm taking the spaghetti to work tomorrow for lunch. Winner winner! Four stars for great value, taste and happy friendly staff. I got my boyfriend their roast beef dip and extra meat. When I got there they forgot the extra meat and I had to wait so they could warm the meat up to give it to me. Not that I care about that but what really had me going was get I got home he opened his sub and there was barely any meat on the sub. So the extra meat was used so he could at least eat a sub that had a sufficient amount of meat on it. Not happy. read more
