It ruined our experience as we were clearly there for HH and had ordered them (it was 4:30pm, come on, no one's at this wine bar for an ultra exclusive wine experience at this hour but ok!!). We got our checks and left, it wasn't worth sticking around for more. (Ps no one cares but the guy proceeded to order mezcal neat and the female ordered a martini- both of whom asked for things to doctor their drinks up bc the ordered were attempts to impress each other.. not bc they had "elevated taste" but ok!!!).

These were also excellent, so much so we ordered another batch, Then we tried the Albondigas which were Pork and beef meatballs, with manchego,tomate sauce. These were good but proved to be our least favorite of everything we tried. Next was the datiles rellenos which were bacon wrapped dates with a small salad. These were very good Lastly we ordered the Serrano ham croquettes which came with a wonderful fig jam. These proved to steal the show. Hands down 5 stars! Because it was happy hour until 7pm, I got a Spanish beer (Mahou) and a wonderful glass of Malbec for $6 each. Ended with their famous and arguably one of the most delicious churros in town and it was all washed down with their refreshing red sangria.

This place is truly a staple in my list of places. Always delectable and always great service. The owner and the chef always greet you with a smile there is always great music on, the wine is always wonderful, the octopus tapas is absolutely my favorite. This little hiding spot on US1 is a miss when driving by but when you find it and you walk in you feel like you're somewhere else in the world. This hidden gem has the best paella in town. Great restaurant overall, one of my favorites in Miami. The food is great, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices are very fair and even cheap. If you want to have the paella, order it with a day in advance or at least 6 hours. It's worth it. They cook their paella exclusively when you order it (not like those other places that just cook one big paella in the morning that just sits there).
