Located inside the Westin hotel. This place has a happy hour that runs from Mon-Thu 5:30 to 7:00 PM. It's outdoors-only, so definitely bring a jacket along since the patio can get chilly once the sun goes down. They have TVs set up right at the outdoor bar if you want to catch a game, and the patio offers a great, clear view looking out toward the Disneyland fireworks.

My mom and I came here again 7/3/26. We had reservations and were seated right away. The houses who brought us to our table was so kind and offered us blankets because it's cold. Sammie the busier was a lifesaver. He put our much needed heat lamp on right away. I ordered a strawberry virgin martini, but it came in a tall glass and was not good at all. Then our server disappeared so we had to give the manager my hot tea order. It's beautiful up there. However our server was a let down. He didn't come close to the amazing service from McKenzie who is still amazing in our eyes.

The queso fundido was supposed to have chorizo, I think we got about two clumps of chorizo. The first mojito was all syrup. After two sips we sent it back. The second one came and it was better, but we still had to pay for the first one even though the waitress told us the bar tender was new. We were excited about the fireworks and had a great seat but when the show started people stood in front of our table. They should make people sit down. We had reservations because we knew it would be packed and they seated us right away. The live music was great. This is our second time trying Rise and the food both times was not good. It's also expensive. So if you truly want to pay for a good view of Disney and have not so good food then this is the place.

The view at this rooftop is beautiful! Nice view of DCA and you can see Disney fireworks perfectly from here too. Their menu is not extensive but all the food items we tried were delicious. The drinks were amazing, had a few mango margaritas, perfect level of sweetness. Our server was super friendly and attentive! Definitely must check out this place for a date night or girls night!

We came in for a late lunch on a Saturday and it was not crowded. There are great views of the Disney parks from this rooftop. The background music sets a nice mood. It was kind of a windy day so we had to hold on to the menus and napkins because they were blowing around. I ordered a cocktail off the menu and it was refreshing and delicious. I also had the nachos, which were large and filling. The breakfast/brunch menu had great options and the bacon on the waffle was a highlight. A credit at the hotel doesn't work at Puesto which is why we came here to the rooftop for lunch.

This is a very cool restaurant on the roof of the Hyatt next to Disneyland. The view is amazing and it's a great place for drinks and to chat with friends. The food, on the other hand, is just ok. And the parking sucks -- it's $25 per hour! And they validate for only 2 hours. For whatever reason, the menu is pretty much appetizers only. The are 4 pizzas, I guess, if you consider that real food. But a number of us wanted to have a real meal. No can do. The pizza was good, but nothing amazing. Truffle French fries also good. The potatoes were quite good. The pork was just ok. Why can't they just offer a burger or a couple of pasta dishes? It's that so hard?

Beautiful rooftop restaurant at The Westin Hotel. Cocktails and food were delicious and service outstanding. Great view of Disneyland across the street. recommend!

Finally tried this rooftop spot and wow -- everything hit. The view alone sets the vibe, but the service made it feel next-level. Staff was super attentive without hovering, always checking in at the perfect time. The food was honestly impressive -- fresh, flavorful, and plated beautifully. Every dish tasted like it was made with intention, not just thrown together for looks. And the drinks... perfectly balanced and actually strong (not watered down like most places with a view ). Between the music, lighting, breeze, and city scenery, the atmosphere made it easy to lose track of time. Definitely one of those places you go for dinner and end up staying all night. 10/10 -- great for date night, birthdays, or just treating yourself.

What is there not to like about this place? Rooftop restaurant on top of the Westin Hotel in Anaheim overlooking the city and of course Disneyland. Spacious and beautiful layout for bite size food and drinks to enjoy with friends n family. We ordered two different pizzas, truffle fries, pork bites, and two churros à la mode for dessert. Did I mention everyone had their choice of drink as well? Everything was delicious and the view was just fabulous! Great friendly customer service all around! Highly recommend. I believe 2 hours of parking can be validated for eating here. Will return again...would love to catch the fireworks one day while eating!

Rise Rooftop has amazing vibes every time I come here. Not only is the staff incredibly nice and make for a good experience, every dish I've had here is immaculate. I originally visited Rise because of their yearly New Year's Eve event, which I have been going to for the past three years. Since then I have had the opportunity to come for both their brunch and dinner. I tried a variety of dishes and drinks at dinner and they were all absolutely delicious! ALSO, views are great. You can see a lot of California Adventure and if you're there at the right hour you can see Disneyland's fireworks show.

Needing a new rooftop that's nearby and great views of Disneyland fireworks? This is your spot I actually like this rooftop more than the other surrounding rooftops. It just more spacious and has a certain vibe. Maybe it's the umbrellas and fireplaces. Great for large groups and in the summer time for an outting. Enjoyed the wings and fun drinks they had. They also validated parking just bring your ticket. Also the parking is super easy to find spacious. Love it here in the summer time

Something always changes when we visit Rise, some good some not so good! This is our 4th year of hosting a Christmas get together for friends and family, so we usually reach out about 2 months ahead to make a reservation. This last time I didn't hear back from anyone for a couple of weeks, I emailed two more times, and finally got a response and secured our date/time. I did request a table near the DJ, and we did get a great location. BUT, now when they have a private party, they rope off the lounge area near the DJ. They didn't do this before, so in the past, we were allowed (and others) to dance near the DJ and get close to see fireworks. There weren't any fireworks the night we went, so nothing lost there! Parking is validated for only 2 hours. We had our same server from last year, she's so great!! Always checked on us, made sure we had drinks, food, etc. The hostess girls at the check-in were also great, very nice and talkative. They didn't let us sit until we had half of our party there. The food - always excellent. We usually get the pizzas, sushi, charcuterie board, sashimi, fries, etc. Drinks - strong and tasty but the cost did go up. Our bill was a couple hundred more than usual, even with 2 of our party not drinking that night. DJ music was so fun, played a mix of decades and different type of music. We were seated at a high top table, and so the heaters were too close to our faces, when we tried to light them it was so bright and so we just did without them. Best rooftop bar among the surrounding hotels.

    Elizabeth R.

Solid choice for a conference event to have a break from the indoors. The food was average. The drinks were better. Appreciate the live DJ and the lighting. Service was standard.

Do you guys close if it rains?

Hi Anna, Thank you for reaching out. Please note that we may need to close due to inclement…

Does Rise have an age limit/hours for certain ages? I have a future reservation at 8:30pm and 2 of my guests are only 20 years old. Would they be able to get in?

no one under 21 after 10! 8:30 is fine

    Is this kids friendly?

When I went there was kids. Don't know how it is later at night. Like after 8pm. I was there between 6-7ish.

For How long is my parking validated while dining at rise rooftop?

First 2 hours free, $12 per hour after

So i just made a reservation for june 3rd and i chose the standard option, i want to make sure that means we still get seated on the rooftop?

Rise is only has rooftop seating. So you're good.

To the host/hostess...Going there for a graduation pre-dinner..wondering if they play music when it's a private party... just curious?

Thank you for contacting us and we look forward to your graduation pre-dinner. The live music is scheduled Thursday - Saturday nights starting at 7pm, and will play as long as there isn't a full buy out. Thank you,

    Is there free parking?

Yes! Park in the hotel structure and have them validate for you :)

Hi Mario, Does the private outside section have a view?

Hi Yvette, Our rooftop lounge is all outdoor and hosts views directly into Disney California Adventure® Park.

What kind of music do they play here?

Hi Andrea, Thank you for reaching out. We typically will have a solo musician playing Wednesday and Thursday and a DJ playing Friday and Saturday.

On a Wednesday is there live music?

Hi Margarita, yes we have live music Wednesday through Saturday. Be sure to check out our Instagram @riserooftoplounge for weekly updates on who is performing. We look forward to welcoming you in!

How cold does it get in the winter? Are there ample heat lamps?

They do have plenty of heat lamps, I would still take a sweater or light jacket (it can get pretty windy) beautiful views and great staff.

How is parking on a Saturday night?

There is usually plenty of parking in the Westin parking lot. There is also the option of Valet parking but self parking was plentiful and easy

There's a group of about 20 of us that are looking for a nice bar to gather. Do we need reservations on a weekday night? We don't need to all sit as we'll mostly want to chat and move about. Are some nights better to come than others for large groups

Hi Trina, We would be happy to welcome your group, all parties require a seated reservation. Specifically, large groups require a booking through our sales coordinator. Please…

Do you need a reservation for the bar?

Hi Veronika, The bar top seating does not need a reservation and is on a first come first serve basis.

I was wondering how parking worked? Is there parking available near if so how much and do you validate?

Hi Kianne, We do provide 2 hours validation for self-parking at the hotel.

What day do they have the fireworks so we can dine in as well for our anniversary date?

Hi Ruk, During holiday months, the fireworks are nightly, however the best place to check for the fireworks' schedule is the theme park's website.

Hello, if we have reservations at 9:15pm for dinner and one person is under 21 years old, do we have to leave?

Hi there, We are 21+ after 10PM.

Does all your party need to be with you at the time of reservation or can they come a little after and meet us there?

Hi Mayra, The entire party is not required to be there at the time of the reservation. They are more than welcome to join you later on.

Are we able to reserve a table to watch the fireworks only?

Hi Samantha, All reservations are for dining guests only.

    Are children allowed?

    Yes they are

I didn't realize I was at the wrong place until I looked at the menu. The two spots are right next to each other, have similar aesthetics, and are easy to mix up. Since I was already there (and starving), I decided to stay. The spooky decor is totally my vibe, so I was happy to give it a shot. The food was decent not bad by any means, but it didn't have that wow factor. I've definitely had better steaks and mac & cheese, but everything was cooked fine and tasted good. The drinks were solid, and I liked the cocktail selection. What really impressed me was the happy hour. BOGO drinks plus two free sides with the steak is a pretty great deal these days. The steak was a little pricey for the quality, but honestly, what isn't expensive anymore.... Service was good. My waitress was attentive, though to be fair I was the only customer there at the time. My only real complaint is that the place felt a little quiet. With the spooky theme, some music would really help set the mood and elevate the atmosphere. Overall, this ended up being a pleasant surprise. I'd recommend it for food and drinks, and I personally enjoyed it much more than Villains Brewery (you can read my review on that one... no bueno). Not sure if the two businesses are connected, but I had a good experience at one and a bad experience at the other. ‍

We stopped by on a Monday around 4:30 p.m. just before happy hour ended. It was nice & relaxed when we arrived. It only started getting a little busier as we were leaving. We took advantage of happy hour & ordered a few favorites. The potato taquitos have been one of my go-to menu items for years & are just as delicious as I remembered. Crispy on the outside, flavorful inside & served over a generous bed of fresh guacamole that makes every bite even better. We also tried one of the newer happy hour items the short rib mini burrito served with a green sauce. Both my husband & I really enjoyed it. The short rib was tender & the sauce added the perfect amount of brightness. I was happily snacking on the chips with the molcajete salsa. It's one of my favorite restaurant salsas. I also love the chips with Puesto Perfect guacamole. It makes it hard to stop eating. Since it was my birthday I treated myself to a Tropical Candy Shot. If you like bold flavors definitely order one. It reminded me of a Mexican street candy in shot form with a Tajín rim & a pineapple garnish. It was festive, flavorful & the perfect birthday treat. The sweetest surprise of the evening was the complimentary birthday dessert. A slice of pistachio tres leches cake. I love tres leches but I've never had a pistachio version before. It was incredibly moist & rich without being too heavy. The pistachios added the perfect crunch & nutty flavor. It was one of the highlights of the meal. One small detail I always appreciate is that they bring a pitcher of water to the table. This makes it easy to refill your glass throughout the meal without waiting. It's a thoughtful touch that makes the dining experience feel more comfortable. I'm so glad we came back after not visiting for quite a while. I love the consistently amazing margaritas, delicious happy hour menu, & warm hospitality. The thoughtful birthday surprise made it even better. It was a wonderful way to celebrate. I'll definitely be back! If you're visiting for the first time do yourself a favor & order the Puesto Perfect Margarita & potato taquitos. Also save room for the pistachio tres leches if it's available.

This is a lovely Sleeping Beauty forrested theme lounge, and while it is small, we had no issue in waiting for a table both times we visited this Lounge. We went to the Broken Spell on our day of arrival, and David was an excellent server! I already knew I was going to order the charcuterie pizza, and asked David for a recommendation on cocktails. David recommended the Raven's Wing, and the presentation and smokey flavor did NOT disappoint. The charcuterie pizza was delicious and large enough to satisfy the appetite of two people with leftovers. I also tried the Benevolent Fairy drink which comes in three seperate potion glasses and was so much fun. While it was a great drink, I preferred the Raven's Wing! Server David was very kind and very attentive, checking on us regularly to ensure a great experience. On our last day, we stopped in on our way to the airport so we had our luggage. We were immediately seated, and greeted by a server named Gloria. When she saw our bags, she thought we were just arriving, and gave a very detailed rundown of the cocktails and food. We were only there for one last round of the Raven's Wing cocktail, and were promptly served given our time constraints. I look forward to returning to The Broken Spell Lounge!

It was 5 o'clock somewhere lol…read more This bar has prime real estate inside the great, Anaheim packing district. (The Anaheim packing district has private parking and it's easy to find a spot during the week. On the weekend, it's another story) You basically run right into the hammer bar when you enter from the main entrance. It's nothing fancy, gives off hipster vibes and is cool without trying to be cool. The two bartenders Josh and Xavier were amazing I came here around prime lunch time. I went and asked one of the bartenders, since they do not serve food if it was ok to bring some pastries inside and eat them with my drink. (There's a pastry place right next to the hammer bar) They said since it was a weekday and not busy I could bring something in. So I went and grabbed some food and sat there while drinking my drinks. They have bar seating and then they have hightop tables as well I asked them for some recommendations. Josh and Xavier both recommended The zombie (kept warning me that it was extremely strong. So I stayed away from that. Even though I'm confident I could handle it) The banana clip The pool noodle (I told them I needed it to be pretty / cool looking too, lol) I went with the pool noodle -Plantaray Pineapple Rum, Rhum J.M. Agricole, guava, apricot, lime and cava. AND, let me tell you, this was delicious AND looked amazing 10/10 Then I went with the banana clip- Old Forester 100 Proof Bourbon, banana, mandarine, cinnamon, pineapple and lemon. 10/10, I loved it To be honest all the drinks sounded great. If I wasn't planning on going to other places and walking around the packing district, I would have just stayed at this bar and had a few more lol. Prices were extremely reasonable as well The service that Josh and Xavier provided was phenomenal 10/10. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all the questions I had They also have mocktails, beer and wine. I highly recommend coming here for a drink if you are coming to the Anaheim Packing district. Or stay here for a while. I could have definitely stayed longer and tried more. I'll definitely be back next time I am in the area (On the menu it says they offer gift cards. So it would be perfect for any friends that live by this place and appreciate a cool bar)

They were playing some great 90s tunes and watching them make drinks, talk a little shit, and have fun was great to watch! I only had a single beer (local lager that the bartender recommended) as I was waiting for a reservation at another spot, but I'll definitely stop here again the next time I'm in the area.
