Nicer and bigger than the other one I go to in Chino Hills. There seems to be way more staff and they all seem really nice and helpful. I did see one male employee literally chasing around a female employee...that was kinda funny but definitely unprofessional...and when i say chasing he was literally running after her...when he saw me he slowed his run to a quick fast paced walk..then seconds later i heard giggling..yikes! -_- but other than that i like the mini GNC and the clean atmosphere, most of the sale items i went for were already sold out on a thursday, so that was a bummer...keep more in stock if you know its on sale... read more

I started using Rite Aide, several years ago after using another pharmacy, the Pharmacists are great very helpful, had a issue with Mylan Lidocaine Patches which are junk, they refunded my money, after talking to Rite Aide corporate office, talked to a very nice representative. 90% of the time they have my RX the next day or same day service. I have a very important announcement to make I only come here for ice cream and they need to absolutely tip the ice cream tenders here I see that it's unfair that they are doing an additional Service to satisfy and make us happy. I've only used the pharmacy on a couple occasions. Each time I do (typically bc my doctor called in a Rx there on mistake) I find them to be very disorganized and slow. This WAS our pharmacy, for me and my family. But not anymore--- it's a hit or miss with whoever is working in the pharmacy but majority of the time, they are callous and insensitive and during the last time I tried to fill my prescription, they made me feel like I'm a drug seeking addict just because the prescription was filled wrong by my doctor. I love the convenience of the drive thru but it is worth feeling like shit every time you get your scripts filled? New flash for the pharmacists and techs that work there-- people get medication because they are sick or in pain and it's bad enough that we feel bad, did you have add salt to the wound? You guys need to take some classes on how to be NICE. I'm going to the pharmacy right across the street from now on and actually get some caring pharmacist that I know will take care of my needs. read more

What can I say....i use to go to Rite Aid when it was thrifty's for the ice cream! Does anybody really go there for any other reason? I luv their mint chip and pineapple coconut! My daughter luvs their strawberry! It's cheap and tasty! They even carry all the yummy flavors in half gallon and quart sizes in the back freezer section. The variety of stuff in the store is pretty good cosmetics and essentials....kind of pricey though. Some of the stuff looks like it just sits or something. I think this store is in a quiet, nice area of Chino Hills... Workers are nice, and directed me to what I was looking for when I asked.

How come it takes 45min plus another 10 of wait to get my meds???? The store is empty and i don't get why it takes soo long to get my medication. Other then the pharmacy being shady having to wait an hour, the store is amazing . The manager is great and staff is very friendly! read more

This is my favorite Rite Aid in Chino Hills. The staff is extremely friendly; greet you as you walk in to the store, and one staff member, Donna, remembers my name. I find it very convenient to shop there right after I pick my son up from Chino Hills High School. The store is kept in clean condition; I highly recommend this Rite Aid. Another bit of advice; if you shop at Rite Aid you should get the wellness card; I have used mine for two years and I get 20% off of most items. It truly comes in handy. read more

Took my daughter for a booster shot and was told it would be ten minutes. After 20 minutes I was told it would be another 10-15 minutes because the pharmacist was on the phone. After that 15 minutes I still wasn't helped. read more

Went in to get ice cream, but the guy did not know how to use the iconic Thriftys ice cream scoop. He tried to use it like a traditional ice cream scoop and was only able to get out about half a scoop. I kept trying to explain to him how it is supposed to work, but he didn't get it. I don't usually post reviews but this has happened for the third time. My doctor sends my prescription electronically to them so I don't have to wait. He told me they'll have the meds ready in 15 minutes. But for the third time coming here, they don't prepare the meds until I arrived. It's not like I came directly after my doctor. I went to lunch first in case 15 minutes wasn't enough time. The previous time was worse. Same thing, Doctor sent prescription electronically. When I got there after work (4 hours later after doctor's visit), they told me they have to order the meds. So I have to go back the next day. Really!? What's the point in providing this service if you're not going to process the prescription until I the customer arrives. I've had it with this store. Like the other reviewer I'm going to the Sav-on in the Albertsons across the street from now on. read more

Came in today just to pick up a snack and notebook and when I went to the cashier to pay for everything, she was on a personal phone call and didn't even attempt to hang up. There was no greeting or even a smile. This is not the first time this has happened either. Multiple time I have come in to find cashiers on the phone, which should not be allowed in the workplace. read more

Been going here for over 15 years I think or at least since its been built. Staff never leaves. Nice people so management must treat people well. I like that. Anyway, pharmacy staff knows me and my family and also has worked here a long time. They are all very kind and I appreciate them having little to no staff turnover at the pharmacy level either. No complaints at all about this store. Customer service is excellent, it's convenient, if there's a line they call another person. That's 15 years of consistently good observations from my perspective. read more
