Travis always pulls through for me. Whenever I try to look for an item, he always goes out of his way to check in the back room stock for me. Some other employees don't help me and just tell me that "if it's not on the shelf, we're out of stock." After posting the following, this is the generic response i received from Rite Aid. They want me to call a generic complaint line or talk to a generic chat person. I'm sure I will get the same corporate response I received when I was in the store! I've already filed a complaint with the state Attorney General's office about their illegal pricing! We are sorry to hear this." Deceptive illegal pricing! Clueless employees. They post prices on the shelf and add "as advertised". In other retail stores, "As Advertised" is used to catch your attention. At Rite Aid, it is being used to say there is fine print that is not posted with price on the shelf, but in their ad. This is not only deceptive to you, but illegal in the state of California. Stores are required by law to charge the price that is posted on the shelf! All language around exceptions must be posted with the price. They might as well have posted "per the flyer locked in the store manager's office." Stay away! Check the price with your insurer before you use their pharmacy. Count your pills before you leave the pharmacy. Beware of 'bait and switch'. Who knows what other practices they are using to take your money illegally! Don't buy any of their crap at the counter. Insist on the posted price. read more

Three stars because if you compare prices to other drugstores to Walgreens or CVS or Target, Rite Aid charges a lot. The staffing is ok as I see a lot of them stocking items and not as many customers. I've been in here a couple of months beforehand, and nice older lady as cashier. And the same as last time, this lady is also coughing up a lung in front of me. At least she coughed into her hand. But too late. She already handled my items, took my money which is all covered with germs. She asked, "Would you like your receipt?" "No thanks" I answered. Not like it mattered. So Rite Aid use to be pleasant to go to until Royce or Roy wants to start questioning and lying about my prescription it's been two months in a row he talks to me so disrespectful and acts like he is doing me a favor when really he's doing his job isn't that what you get paid for? Always had stellar service here at this Rite Aide, especially at the pharmacy. At least 2 other (Walgreen's) pharmacists treated me suspiciously when I was getting a prescription filled and was in my grubbies. Sorry, I don't wear nice clothes when I am cleaning the garage or doing yard work, and I am not going to dress up and shave early in the morning on a weekend so the (Walgreen's) pharmacist is cooperative. Here at Rite Aide they recognize me (and often say hi by name) and I notice do the same with a lot of other customers. read more

Rite-aid gets the job done. Even though they're overpriced and the staff takes their time ringing people up, they provide what I need. If I'm too lazy to go to office depot to buy a poster board, they have it. Same goes for laundry detergent or tupperware. They also have a pharmacy- which is a plus. read more

Stop in here about once a week. I am always greeted by the employees and they are very helpful. I usually pick up a few things. But I always stop to grab a thriftys ice cream cone. As a patron of this location for many years, i was shocked and appalled at what happenes to me recently. I was browsing thru the store and as i was leaving. This employee told me to never come back. I asked why and she proceeded to accuse me of stealing. I was like i have nothing and she said i probaly dumped it. Are you serious? I left upset then i came back asked for her name Martha Martinez #5891 and she was the manager. I asked for the evidence and she had no proof. She came to the front with another gentleman as if to intimidate me. They both proceed to laugh when i left. The absolute worst experience anyone could be put through. It's true, the workers here are very nice and you become friends with them throughout the years. But the Photocenter sucks. In no way should the Fairmont Center Rite Aid be responsible with this issue, it's the Rite Aid Photocenter that deserves a 1-star rating. They have a poor online photo center, and whenever there is a promotion, it always short-circuits or something because I never get my photos on time. For Christmas I wanted to send pictures to family, but it came around a week after new years. Then I wanted to pick up picks for a graduation, but it seems to have happened again. Both times they were promotions, don't online, but this time it was only one 8x10. The cashier did give me the wrong photo, but the funny thing is that I knew the people in that 8x10. Anyway, Don't ever develop valuable pictures from here. It's apparent that this Rite Aid relies on the central photocenter and the photocenter is not delivering. read more

I love shopping at Rite Aid Stores because several generations of my family have worked as pharmacists at Rite Aid ever since they were named Thrifty. This is why I drive out of San Francisco where I live to shop at nearby Rite Aid Stores. On February 11, 2017 I visited Rite Aid store located at Pacifica's Fairmont shopping Center to purchase an over the counter medication. After picking the medication, I went to stand in line to pay. While in line, I was shocked to watch and overhear a female cashier rudely yelling at a female customer who had a problem with a product she purchased. The female cashier was very rude with the customer and basically kicked her out of the store after refusing to help her. When my turn came to pay, I ended up with the same cashier who yelled at the previous female customer. As I was making the payment, the agitated cashier did not pay attention to the ongoing transaction, but discussed loudly the problem the previous customer had with another store employee. She interrupted her loud ranting once, to snap rudely at me to insert my credit card into the payment pad. I inserted my credit card (which has a chip), waited for the pad until it "read approved; please remove your card", before removing my card. However the agitated cashier insisted that I insert my card again because the payment did not go through! When I told her that the payment pad provided a confirmation message that the payment went through, she responded using vulgar, low and derogatory language. I insisted on not making another payment and left the store without purchasing the product I came for. The cashier name is Martha and she alleged to be the Store Manager. It is unfortunate that Rite Aid Company employs such a low mentally disturbed individual. This low individual should serve the store customers in a more appropriate manner because that is what she is being for, and should pay more attention to ongoing transactions while customers are making their payments. read more

I have been going to this pharmacy for many years and it has not disappointed me in the least. My medicines are always filled on time and I never have to stand in a long line to pick up my prescriptions. Dr. Clark is great as he's been with the pharmacy dating back to when it was Payless. He really exhibits great customer service and makes sure customers are aware of side effects and the important tips of a new prescription. A nice perk is your purchase of medication also counts towards accruing points on your Wellness card. read more
