We did the same thing last year here as well and unfortunately I was disappointed with my service both times. I got one of the older women both times (I didn't ask her name as I was unhappy and just wanted to get out of there). The paint job is nice, nothing wrong with that. But this is a huge treat and part of the service they offer is a 4 minute massage. Both times this woman just rubbed my legs the entire time (after she wasted almost a minute drying my gel). I work on my feet and looked forward to get my feet rubbed even if it was just a couple minutes but unfortunately after paying $106 for both pedicures I didn't even get to enjoy the full service. It felt extremely rushed even with absolutely no one else in there and having to say something about not getting the full service. Everyone else was very nice and the atmosphere is clean enough. A lady (assuming she's the female owner) and he took turns removing my gel nail polish as she was already working on another customer's set. I didn't mind this. They talked me into a gel pedi - "its cold outside, so regular polish won't dry as quick, get gel". I caved. I went back for my builder gel fill on my natural nail and was satisfied with this set. Shape is on point , almond and I like more slender and the tech did that for me. This time around they did have new colors that caught my eye like the cat eye chrome and a client next to me was having some airbrush art work, which is something I never saw before so I will be back to try some funner creative sets. Full transparency my builder gel fill was 60$. My nail tech was swift, and detailed. For this experience I had - well worth it!

Sadly, I will not be coming back to this place. I came to do my nails (French tip) with Lisa. Barely a week in my tips were turning brown, and the paint was cracking! I had to wear it like this to the event I was going to And TO My job. The last time I addressed this problem Christina said it was the heat from flat ironing my hair. This time it's my fault bc of "chemicals I'm using". (No I did not use any heat or hair dye in my hair and I don't tan!) when I texted Christina how can I fix it she said come in and so I did. When I got there I can tell the atmosphere was different. They were asking if I dyed my hair, did I go tanning, and I told them again NO. they kept talking in between questions in their native tongue I started getting uncomfortable at that point. At the end I got charged with another fee of $30 after I spent over $100 the last time I did my nails. I will not be back. Thank you but no thank you.
