    Tornado Alley IPA

Really the only sit down, full service restaurant in the airport. I debated between giving them two or three stars, but I've gotten carryout food here before, and it was better than this visit. I had the fish and chips and the only thing worthwhile were the fries. The fish had a funky looking batter and it tasted like it was fried in old grease. The coleslaw couldn't have been more devoid of flavor, I mean it was an absolute zero. The save came from the one beer I had, the Tornado Alley IPA. This was a flavorful West Coast style; I'll definitely give it props and it saved this review from getting two stars.

Great and quick service while waiting for a flight! Super easy to order, able to sit where you want, and great tasting food! All food was fresh and the restaurant and tables were clean. They had sports and movies playing.

    Fish tacos are great!

Plenty of food and drink options - apps, meals, beer, wine, full bar. Service is good. Best option for sit-down food at ICT. We begin every flight here!

This remains one of our favorite airport restaurants for breakfast if we're taking a late morning or early afternoon flight. One of the most reasonably priced airport restaurants as well

Servers were super helpful and one had beautiful blue eyes. Beer was delish. God diverted here unexpectedly and they took care of us

Another trip home another beer Boy am I happy sitting right here. Looking forward to getting back home and love that I can have a taste of my old home before takeoff. Dim wit is my drink of choice this go-round. They used to always make Dim-Wit with oranges, but for a few years switched to blood oranges....bleh. Thrilled to have (closer to) the original recipe back. Tastes a little less "full" than back in the day, but it's the perfect summer drink. Well, it's heavier than the standard hot day beer, but for me it's just the way I like it. Great balance. Service is friendly and I love the old town atmosphere whilst waiting for my flight.

Had a pretty long amount of time to kill before my flight back home so I came in here. I wasn't too hungry so opted for soup and salad and the ranch was homemade. There was two wait staff and both were attentive to anything needed. It was a good place to chill Out and wait for my flight. Probably should have gotten a beer to try it. Maybe next time.

The wings here definitely did not taste like airport wings. I could tell they were flash fried which does give them that extra crisp. Our server kept checking on us. He was very good and multitasking. Although the restaurant was loud, it was still a very good spot to eat at. I ordered the Chipotle BBQ Wings, and my buddy ordered the Buffalo Wings.

Let's just say an unexpected stop at the airport and Teresa from the bar at Rice City Brewery was just not what you call best customer service lady. It's mid morning by now, a full flight from MKE to LAS was diverted to Kansas do to an emergency. A full flight of people and everyone was reasonably calm. Hungry and with limited options, I picked River City Brewery over the golden arches. The food was ok for an airport bar type breakfast. Crispy bacon, scramble eggs, heavily season potatoes and toast. More than the over season potatos the downer here was the service, in particular server Teresa. It's not good to see an employee giving others employees a hard time or simply been rude. At one point I thought John Quinones will come out with the camera crew. I'll say, If I ever happen to be here again, this might be the last option to try. It's not a quiet nor peaceful ambiance. If the staff had better/nicer demeanor and more "happy" or "friendly" the total experience could have improved. There is definitely room to sore to a higher rating.

The staff was friendly but they can only do so much. Their only competition on this side of security are fast food and one other bar. They give you plastic utensils which doesn't fit the vibe at all. The decor and atmosphere make it feel like a nicer place than it truly is. The menu seems to have a lot of options but once the food arrives, the quality level quickly drops. They use terms like "famous" throughout the menu when it's clearly not. They also act like their fries are something special when they were as basic as frozen fries can get. I had the turkey wrap which wasn't horrible but it was anything but special. The meal held me over until I landed at my destination but I wasn't excited to be eating it. Overall, I'd probably try to eat somewhere before arriving at the airport next time.

    Chicken noodle soup

The service was mediocre. It was fairly busy, as the bar across the way shut down early. I had a bowl of the chicken noodle soup, it was okay but nothing to write home about. The restaurant was clean. They only have house wine by the glass. For anything else, you have to buy the half bottle. The waitress said that equates to 2 1/2 glasses.

My fish tacos were great! When I'm traveling, the last thing I want is fast food. Good job RCB. Service was good too, my server always had a smile and was happy to be doing her job!

If you're big into mixed drinks this is your place. This is mine and my husband's favorite date…read morespot. We love getting a good cocktail and listening to live music. Dockum has both great cocktails, and great entertainment. I really like the atmosphere here every single time. It's dim, it's romantic, it's lively. Our waitress every time has been the same girl and she's fabulous and attentive. Her name is Elvia, shoutout to her! We have our favorite drinks here, but always try something new each time. Never had a bad drink here. Our favorites are: The Last Word, Dizzy Dame, Cinder and Smoke. You can't go wrong with anything you order honestly. We could sit here for a few hours. It's also a speakeasy. It's under ground, you have to knock to get in. Overall it's just a cool vibe for something downtown in Wichita. It is my favorite spot to go. If you are in town visiting or a local, I recommend this place 1000%.

When our waitress came by, we told her it was our first visit and that we needed a little time with the menu. We ordered drinks, but they came out at odd times--two arrived quickly, while the other two took noticeably longer. My husband ordered a Bijou, which is a unique cocktail, and it seemed to take a while for the bar to figure out how to make it. Still, the drinks were good once they arrived. For food, we tried the burnt ends and the JoJos. The JoJos were excellent--crispy and flavorful--but the burnt ends were disappointing, served a bit cold and lacking in flavor. Things really unraveled with our second round of drinks. Service slowed to a crawl, and we eventually learned that our waitress had been sent home by the manager even though the bar was packed on a Friday night. A young server, only two weeks into the job, was left to take over, and unfortunately, he had no idea what he was doing. Another waitress stopped by to help but admitted she usually works upstairs in the restaurant and didn't know the cocktail menu either. The shift in service quality from the first round of drinks to the second was very jarring. There was live music, but the sound system wasn't great, so it didn't add much to the atmosphere. We did order desserts from the upstairs restaurant, which were a nice finish, but by the end of the night it was clear the staff was overwhelmed. As we left, we even saw the manager outside looking exhausted, which made us feel bad for the whole team. Overall, while the drinks were solid and the JoJos worth trying, the experience was inconsistent and stressful. Maybe we just got caught up in an off night of drama, but I wouldn't recommend Dockum for more than one drink.
