Who came out to my house and went over a repair plan and helped me to set up a very nice system. I had a very unique situation in my yard due to a deck and a concrete patio covering my septic system that had been installed before I moved in and I had a lot of things I wanted to add to the system to make it that much better because I did not want to dig up my yard twice. Not only did they come out in a timely fashion, but it only took them three days to get the entire thing done. I was worried that my yard would be all torn up by the end of this. However, their efficiency, experience and care for what they do shows well in the two pictures I have included. The first picture is Tuesday when I got home from work the second picture is Wednesday. Not only did they get the entire job done in three days. They put my yard back together completely as though they had not been there. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs septic services, including pumping. Because of the kindness and professionalism of their employees and of the people who run the company. I paid to have this done but to the owners Paul and Jenny and the foreman James the drill operator Rusty and the rest of their crew thank you for a great job done in a very timely manner and a sense of humanity with your care for what you do and how you do it. Thats what was in my bathroom when he finished. Doesn't look clear to me, now I am no plumber or septic pro, but come on. They offered a good faith refund of 100. I'm confused they said if it didn't work it would be a 250 refund not 100. Do not use! Do not recommend! Rip off!!! Zero stars.If you are not a plumber then you should not say I will clear the line for an additional 250 and if it doesn't work I won't charge you. The right thing to do would be to say you need a regular plumber if you couldn't do what I needed. Not charge me almost 1000 dollars to not fix the problem I wanted addressed. They also discovered some minor damage to the outflow fitting on the septic tank and are going to repair it after I have the tank pumped. They put a cleanout on the line to the leach field too.
