Parking is available on-site, but note there's a fee; budget for that or factor in rideshare costs instead. The modular warehouse features varying floor plans and layouts with a large main room floor, upstairs mezzanine, two outdoor patios, and an adjacent field. The set was held inside, on the large main room floor. Two opening DJs got the crowd warmed up before Amelie Lens came on closer to midnight. The pacing felt right. I always wear hearing protection to music events. Keeping this in mind, the sound system was clean and powerful. Parallel screens running the length of the room, front to back, added a whole visual layer to the night. They clearly invested in getting the audio and visuals right. A detail worth mentioning for anyone planning to go is that there are free water dispensers set up in the back, which is a small thing that makes a big difference throughout the night. Staff were friendly and attentive all night. Service was smooth, and I never felt like the venue was understaffed or overwhelmed despite the crowd. Overall, this is a well-run venue with solid production value, thoughtful amenities, and a lineup that delivered. This is a room that respects the music. This place has also been rated the third best club in Austin several years in a row. They always manage everything so well despite the number of crowds they get. I've never waited longer than five minutes to get a drink at the bar. The Security staff is always so attentive and on top of everything. The staff checking everybody in is always happy polite and very pleasant to be around. I just can't wait for them to increase the height of their screen because as an avg girl who is 5.7" I never get to see any visuals or anything that happens on the stage or the screen. I recently went to silo and Dallas and did not have that problem at all because the screen was significantly higher. Concourse however really is home to the entire rave community not just in Austin, but in all of texas. This place will forever hold a special place in all of our hearts. They have an insanely delicious food truck that operates in the space outside that always delivers the best quality food. The only thing I would say about that specific food truck is that they seems scam me by taking advantage of intoxicated people through their tip system. The last time I went to pay, my suggested tip was defaulted at 25%, the next option was 30%, and the one after that was 35%. With how poor the rave community is, it is highly unfortunate to see that specific establishment, taking advantage of people who are under the influence and cannot make coherent decisions. This is of course, not a concourse problem, but a problem of that specific food truck operating in the backyard of Concourse.

From asking for help to an ADA accessible elevator to the incredible sound system to the amazing ushers and staff. When we asked for the ADA accessible entrance and elevator, one the staff walked us to the entrance and made sure we were on our way. Texas hospitality! Then taking the elevator to the top was easy, but slow (some elevators are that way). The only issue was the the stair to our seats were a steep grade. UGH! My fear of heights kicked in and it was a little unnerving even though every one around me was fine! When my daughter brought our merch and drinks, the usher helped her. And when I got up to use the restroom, a fellow customer and the usher helped me. The usher then suggested as the seats at the top were empty to sit there. He even went to tell my daughter that we were moving. Texas hospitality again! This is a beautiful venue and we hope to be BACK!!!

The higher balcony seats can suck, especially on the far right side of the stage since you're above the speakers and the sound sucks. You'd think they would do better sound design and care about the people that but tickets on the top too (and add a few smaller speakers up in front of those music fans that paid for tickets too. Drinks are a bit pricey but if you tip you can get a heavy pour from the bartenders. Just be nice to them and they usually do the same back.

It's not a huge club but they also don't pack folks in so badly that you can't move about. Free water station and most times employees will hand it out to patrons. Bar prices are fair and on par with other similar venues. Bathrooms are ok, meaning clean and not gross. Like most places in Austin, parking can be a challenge. They've got a pay lot (I think it's pay by the hour) that fills up super fast. Best bet is to use a car service.
