Their menu consists largely of Mac & Cheese, wraps, paninis and frozen custard. Being a Wisconsinite it really resonates with me. I get the classic "original" mac and cheese every time. It's always consistently good and it's still warm after my 20 minute drive home. They use a less common noodle that is quite large and the portion is generous too. The other menu item I'm always to is the shake of the week. They always have a different one and they're always good. Oh, and I have to mention their salads. Not for me, but my mother likes them as much a salad she gets anywhere else. Another thing I appreciate is the fact they have an app. An app for a local place isn't common in my experience. This makes it easy to order in advance so you can skip the line, skip the phone call and better still earn rewards. Finally, I have to commend a few of the guys who work here. Two gentlemen in particular who both are always pleasant and personable, which alone is commendable, but they've also both been there a few years. They both seem to be managers, but I'm not sure, though I wanted to recognize them. Both are older than the general staff and both are there various weekdays.

Unfortunately, both of our Eggs Benedict flights were lukewarm at best, from the first bite. My date made a comment to the server and she offered to reheat. We initially declined but within a minute changed our mind. Our server was understanding and quickly brought over an extra flight (which I saw her bring from the heating lamps). This plate was also the same temperature. I really don't like to leave neutral or negative reviews, but it's unfortunate to spend money and have a less than par experience on the food we were looking forward to eating. We did take a small box to go and the crab cake heated up later was very delicious, but just not the same as if we had been given a hot meal to start at the restaurant. The order was for during a working meeting and I left clear instructions to deliver to the third floor, where my office is, and if the door was locked, to leave it on the table outside of the door. Not only was it not delivered to the third floor, but it was left on the ground. Food should never be on the ground, really, even if it is in a bag. And with this being an office building with many other businesses, leaving this at the main entrance, unattended under the Christmas tree, it had many opportunities to be taken, stepped on, or become cold as this was left right outside the main entrance to the building. At lunchtime. Food was good, though they gave us four spoons for one mac & cheese and one broccoli cheddar. The bag even said "2 spoons" on it...
