If i could give this place 0 stars, I would. I've never been so frustrated with a dealership in my life. I brought my truck in for an oil leak, and after a whole week, they returned the truck still leaking. No rental car was offered, and I had to miss work because of this. My job requires me to transport heavy equipment, so I ended up losing wages. The worst part? The staff was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. They even accused me of lying, saying that they offered me a rental car when they didn't. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and brought the truck back for them to "fix" it. They kept it for TWO more weeks, trying to diagnose the issue. I went to pick it up, and after a quick test drive, guess what? Still leaking. They misdiagnosed the problem twice. Twice! I'm at my wit's end. Not only did I lose time and money, but they couldn't even fix a simple oil leak after over a month of back and forth. I wouldn't trust these guys with a toy car, let alone my truck. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. This place is a joke. read more

Most people do not have great experiences when purchasing a new car. However, I had a great experience worth sharing... My wife did an extensive search to find the exact 2023 Chevy Corvette 3LT Convertible that I wanted. From there, we contacted the dealership and were able to negotiate the entire purchase price over the phone. Once we agreed, all we had to do was go to the dealership and sign the papers which were already waiting for us. Instead of haggling on price and being bothered by the "game" most dealerships play, they honored our agreement. We were out of the dealership within 30 minutes. Even though we live in Orange County and this drive was not fun to say the least... it was definitely worth it. As we get older, our toys seemingly get more expensive!! Teach your advisors on how to properly attempt to upsale or if they are to attempt to do so to come uo with excuses that at least won't throw them under the bus. First of all when you setup an appointment to get service on your vehicle, the app asks you which service and it will give you the available offers. For instance in an oil change, when I setup my appointment it gave me the option to choose the offers available at this specific location. Tell your service advisors not to BS and to stop requesting for a coupon or to threaten that next time you will have to take a printed copy. We live in a digital world you morons and if on the website itself it asks to just show you the email or coupon that's more than enough for you to hit the enter and apply the service that I've requested at the price it was advertised. Otherwise, Chevrolet will be false advertising based on your request to print a "coupon". Learn how to BS at least. read more

My first few trips to the Chevy service department were great, with minimal complaints other than the turn around time right now with transmissions. However, James was always up front with how long it is going to take to look at my truck. He was always extremely kind and friendly. I brought my truck in for the 3rd a couple months ago for the same issue (check engine light code with a sensor in the transmission). When I was quoted for $2335 to replace an indirect injector and a down pipe I took it somewhere else for a 2nd opinion. Turns out that mechanic was able to fix one of the issues with a $96 part he bought from Chevy. The other issue was brought to the attention of the service manager Dion. Who has gone over and beyond to make this situation right, and who has been nothing other than extremely kind and helpful to us. We ended up having to bring the truck back for a 4th time when the same issue arose again 2 weeks after getting the truck back. Again, dion continued to go over and beyond with his customer service and again, make it right I gave 4 stars strictly based off the customer service received in the service department, and not based off the ability to actually fix the problem. We are about to get our truck back for the 4th time today, so there's no guarantees on it being fixed yet. However, the customer service and transparency from Dion is definitely 5 stars whereas the repairs are 2.5 at best. read more

I took my 2019 Silverado truck on 5/19/2021 to get the ECU reprogrammed for my new GM/Chevy performance cold air intake that I installed and filmed a YouTube video for my channel a few days before. This is not a nice review! We found a Silverado 1500 truck ('23) on Cargurus and made an appointment with a salesperson at Riverside Chevy, proceed to drive 4hrs to see it. Nice truck at first glance, however it had severe rust underneath and an odd mismatched paint repair on the front. Looks like they get their vehicles from auctions/out of state. Looked at a Silverado 2500 ('23), nicer truck. Left and returned in the morning to see the 2500. Loved it, started paperwork. Cons: Red flags and dealbreakers: Mild rust underneath. Catcalled on the lot by a salesman. LOWBALL trade-in offer. No floor mats, wouldn't include them. FLOOR MATS! Undisclosed on the ad is $1800 they ADD to the price for a special coating they already put on that you can't refuse! What?? Then is it an option? As the red flags started to pile up, we left! The entire experience trying to buy from them was quite negative. Overall they were continuously disingenuous and full of sales pitches. Old-school car salesman experience, wrong on every level. Once we left, I called Rydell Chevrolet in Northridge and asked if they had/could find the same truck. They said they had a High Country listed at $6k more, but offered a holiday weekend promo of $5k off PLUS a $1k loyalty discount (since we've purchased from them before) PLUS a $500 rebate! All for a much better truck and a much better deal! They sent me pictures to my phone. Communicated clearly and enthusiastically.... I bought a truck over the phone! Inquired about a Camaro and they wanted $5k in markup and near $2k for dealer add-ons. Posting this as a warning to other consumers not to accept these practices from dealers. The above sentiment was relayed to Riverside Chevrolet on another platform, and in their response to my review, Riverside Chevrolet claimed the vehicle inquired about was a Zl1. It was not. The vehicle I inquired about was a 2SS with the SS1lE track package. Somewhat hard to find, sure, but not at the level of a ZL1. Even with that, I still find this practice of markups rather egregious. In the end, this dealership proved itself to be not only greedy, but also dishonest, or at the very least incompetent. I stand by my warning to other customers to look elsewhere. read more

A few days ago I had made an online service appointment due to my check engine light turning on and my temperature gauge not moving. When I drove up to the service center this morning, I was happily greeted by a gentleman from the service department. I informed him of my appointment at 830am for the issues I had mentioned and I was informed that I'd have to leave my car over night due to the back order of vehicles needing to be serviced. I had no problem of leaving my car, because I was granted a loaner vehicle in the past, I had no problem. The service tech informed me that they no longer had loaner vehicles and referred me to a car rental company across the street. This made me very disappointed because knowing I have to pay for the service of my vehicle and pay for a rental on top of that. Who knows how long my car could be kept at the dealership depending on if they had they had the part or if it needed to be ordered.This was very disappointing and frustrating because I bought my vehicle from this place and it was such a great experience. Plus when I had problems with my gear shifter, I brought it back to Chevy of riverside and I was granted a loaner vehicle because they didn't have the part in stock and it needed to be ordered. I'm a mother of 2 young children who go to school, and I do as well. I only have one vehicle for transportation. Being told that I have to leave my car, not be granted a vehicle and be told I have to rental a car is very disappointing. There's no extra money for a rental vehicle especially if there's a high possibility that my vehicle will be at the dealership for more than 3 days, that's an extra $150-$180 extra I don't have for a rental car. Went in for an oil change. I was able to drop my vehicle off with a promise to call when finished. They called within in the hour to tell me my truck was done! They were done before I could even eat breakfast! Craig was great, he was very friendly and helpful. I live in Moreno Valley and had been taking my vehicles to Moss Bros., but they have absolutely horrible service and try to rip you off for things you don't need.
