On 05/17/2025, my husband and i went into Riverside chevrolet to purchase a 2025 Chevy Silverado 5.3L. My husbands Active duty in the marine corps and with memorial day there's been a lot of incentives which to us was perfect due to wanting a new vehicle that fits our family's needs. Anyways, onlines price of the truck of $41,870 and $46.5k out the door which was perfect for our budget. When we called ahead the sales Rep Anthony let us know he can most likely get us at the door at $46 flat. We drove an hour with our 1 year old. Only to get told they attach an Edge protection plan that cost $3k plus $800 doc fee $3,300 in taxes and registration. Our total ended up being $49.5k for the truck. We were jerked back and forth they could lower it (for two hours) only for them to say we could NOT take of the edge protection (even though we wanted to purchase Gap). They totally bait and switch us, they are not honest. If you're looking to purchase a truck from this dealer just know. That protection plan they are forcing you to buy for $3k is only for 1 year. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER (EVEN THE SALES MANAGER IS A CROOK). two weeks later and the vehicles still for sale at the same price... Mind you- had a preapproval check with a 8k cash down payment IN HAND. I figured they were taking advantage of me, if they would have taken off the protection plan or lowered it 2k they would have had a deal. read more

Absolute crooks. Online sale price was stated at 52,330 for a RST Z71. I came in wanting the sale price and they shot up to 70,000 out the door. One sales man Mohamed stated 58,000 out the door and now the other sales man habib stated 70,000 out the door. Crooks people watch out don't come here. The manager was no help. I can over hear him rudely state that's what it is like it or not type of language. I'm not expert but I know a truck shouldn't jump from 52,330 to 70,000. Habib started off nice but once I didn't like his price he walked away and customer service went out the door. Don't come here be ware. read more

2023 Camaro ss Was the worse experience Ive ever had at a dealership I came in with an appointment for my front break pads when I got there they didn't have no body to change brakes nor the Brake pads to do the job. So they ordered the brake pads At this point my Car has been at the dealership for four days Just to do the front brake pads I finally had enough so I went back to the dealership To see what was going on because through out this whole time i was getting no updates about my car I tried calling nobody answered not even the employe that was incharge of my car. When I Went to go pick up my breaks and just pay for the break pads and install them myself They said they ordered the wrong ones Just horrible customer service no communication just don't go here save yourself the headache read more

I would never use Riverside Chevrolet's service Department! Save yourself the time and energy. Stay far away from advisor Brian Duncanson! He will not communicate with you and lies! 5 days my truck sat waiting for a tech to look at the transmission. It never happened each time I called Brian would have an excuse why it was not completed. After 5 days I had to finally contact. Chevrolet Corporate which they advised me to take it to another dealership and assigned me a case manager and are paying for a rental due to Riverside Chevrolet bad service. When I went to pick up my vehicle they left the OBIS for my power steps disabled left the service tag in the window. I was denied the ability to speak with service manager. Do yourself a favor run away from this dealership and don't buy or service your car here! read more

took in my 24 Chevy traverse last week on Wednesday for a transmission leak, a coolant leak and a check engine light concern. was told by my service writer, Maria , a loaner would not be available until the diagnosis is confirmed. a detailed diagnosis was never given and to get a loaner was a nightmare... when I would call Maria,(called multiple times throughout the week) it would ring to voicemail and my calls were never returned. she said she forgot ... when I finally got a hold of her I was told the transmission was repaired but with no explanation of what parts were replaced, coolant leak was repaired and check engine light is off now. Upon me checking my vehicle this morning for pick up, I found coolant leaking from the coolant bottle hose onto my electrical connectors, coolant bottle was overfilled past the max line, air and cabin filters were not checked ( tech laughed ) and my fluids were not topped off.no MPI inspection of my vehicle was provided showing the fouled parts. they did take it back Into the shop after I spoke with the tech, no additional leaks were found per the tech notes. filters were checked and fluids were topped off. this should be checked and verified before a customer receives their vehicle. No survey was sent to my email to give my feedback. I am very un satisfied with my experience here at riverside Chevy for the lack of communication read more

Called this dealership but they didn't answer. Called again, no answer. Called again, got voicemail. Recording said to leave a message and they would call back asap. They never called back. So, I drove there with my new to me Bolt EUV. Waited in the service lane with no one in front of me for 30 min. Finally, someone came out, nice guy. I told him my issue and he said to give him a min and he would talk to his tech. Came back to say the tech was at lunch, that I could leave the car, but they wouldn't be able to look at it for a week. I said I needed to come back, no problem and he would stilk talk to the tech then call me within the hour, never called back. THEN, I needed a part, called the parts department, they quoted $58.00 which seemed high but they would have it the next day. I asked if I could order online, nope, I had to drive in. So I did, no parking, parked 2 blocks away (I'm 70). Get to the parts department, guys ignore me at first, no one else there, finally they look up the part but now it's $178!!. I said no thanks, found the part online for $22 delivered the next day. Man, this place is the worst. I ended up going to a different dealer, Rolo, got right in for service, they said it might take a few days, but it was done the following day. I would skip Riverside Chevrolet, not sure how they stay in business. I have worked for several dealers in the past, this place has the worst customer service anywhere I've ever been. read more

The service started off ok. I was promptly checked in and they got to the service (oil change, tire rotation and inspection) right away. The problem with this visit and all of my others has been when they finish the service. My Tahoe was done and sitting for a while before I finally walked up and asked if it was done. I was told it was done 10 minutes ago, but it had been there for closer to 30 min. No one came to get me ( I was the only one there) and no text or calls. This is not the first time this has happened as it has happened with every visit. I'm going to look for a new dealership for services in the future. read more

Yesterday was the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever done. (I've purchased a few vehicles over my time) and working with Curtis, their internet sales manager, made it simple. I found exactly what I wanted online. Reached out to him and confirmed the reasonable numbers I was looking for. He didn't go back and forth with me as most sales people do, he was straight up with me and to the point. He definitely set the bar high for how transactions should be done. If i could give this place 0 stars, I would. I've never been so frustrated with a dealership in my life. I brought my truck in for an oil leak, and after a whole week, they returned the truck still leaking. No rental car was offered, and I had to miss work because of this. My job requires me to transport heavy equipment, so I ended up losing wages. The worst part? The staff was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. They even accused me of lying, saying that they offered me a rental car when they didn't. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and brought the truck back for them to "fix" it. They kept it for TWO more weeks, trying to diagnose the issue. I went to pick it up, and after a quick test drive, guess what? Still leaking. They misdiagnosed the problem twice. Twice! I'm at my wit's end. Not only did I lose time and money, but they couldn't even fix a simple oil leak after over a month of back and forth. I wouldn't trust these guys with a toy car, let alone my truck. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. This place is a joke. read more

Unfortunately, my attempt to conduct business with this dealer was unsuccessful, but perhaps it was a blessing in disguise. I own a rental car company and I had a lender prepared to finance units. One requirement for funding I'll admit is rather unconventional (Photo of the title. No copies) However, this requirement is 100% legitimate, as I have used this lender before. AFC, the lender in question, is one of the largest dealer floorplan providers in America. I have provided all proof and contacts for said lender but was still brushed off. The sales manager, Mike, displayed condescending and disrespectful behavior towards both myself and my business. He played the "I have X amount of years in this industry" card, which amounts to nothing nor any respect with such behavior. Also his lack of familiarity with AFC does not help the case. The arrogance and disregard for customer satisfaction, especially from a business claiming to prioritize it, is not what we need as a society right now.
