We got there pretty close to noon. Parking lot and dining rooms were pretty full, so that's a good sign. My wife had the app,e salad. Chicken was warm, which she likes and raspberry vinaigrette was good. She wished apples were cut into chunks instead of thinly sliced. I had the smoked turkey cheddar melt. I git it without lettuce and tomato so it was kind of dried. Added some mayo and that helped. For a grilled sandwich it wasn't greasy. I got the house made chips as a side and didn't care for them . They were overdone, I think, bit that did make them thin and crispy. They weren't very warm. Our server must have had too many tables, didn't see much of her. It seems like a nice place and I'd definitely try it again.

I have an office in Bettendorf that I work from a few times a month. Riverside Grille is super convenient -- just minutes from work and also on the way to the interstate home. (SCORE) Riverside Grille looks like a bank... because it was a bank. I adore that they repurposed it. When you come in you totally don't even realize it was anything but a sports bar-- but on the outside, goodness does it still give off bank vibes. ** OH AND THEY HAVE A PATIO, YA'LL -- a repurposed drive through! Super creative and well placed. I've been here a handful of times for lunch-- a few takeaways: - It's a happening place, it's always comfortably busy but never a wait. - The staff is super attentive and professional. - Pricing is on point. - Parking is a non-issue. - Beer selection is legit. - Come here to catch a game there are LOADS of tvs. I really, really like their buffalo chicken wrap. Get the hot sauce! Additionally, the onion tanglers are something to write home about. Overall, Riverside Grille isn't trying too hard. It checks all the boxes and serves up some delicious options. Pop in for lunch!

Absolutely amazing food, and service. Visited my sister who lived right there in Bettendorf, had to stop by. Since I was with family (family who don't drink) I skipped out on scoping their whiskey selection, looked pretty good at a glance. But man, great food. Trying to remember exactly what I ordered, some kind of pork sandwich and a steak sandwich. "Onos!" I'll be coming back next time I'm up there. Much Aloha!

One word to describe this place: mediocre. The looks of the place from the outside suggest otherwise. Burger Patties taste frozen not fresh. The shape of them are perfectly round and thick. Wendy's burger beef taste better. Wife's cottage cheese had a weird mold-like taste. The side of fries was a fairly small portion and just meh. Service was unenthusiastic. Overall seems like someone had some cash to invest in a restaurant and spend their wad on the way the place looks from the outside but has no clue how to run a restaurant. Don't be fooled.

This was the last stop before I leave out in the morning. Although it was raining hard I still came out to eat. The menu was pretty simple to understand. After looking the menu over I order the Ahi tuna sandwich. The ahi tuna sandwich was a bit too salty and had a fishy taste. Overall it was ok. The waitress service was really good though. Thinking of the trip home I also ordered a veggie wrap for the next day. Review on that coming tomorrow so stay tuned. I would recommend this place to eat but if you get the ahi tuna sandwich let them know to lay off the salt.

We came here about an hour before closing so it wasn't busy at all. They seated us quickly and our waitress Katie was very friendly and polite. Per our request she gave us her suggestion of ordering the crab cakes and they were delicious! I love crab cakes and they can be pretty dry but these were soo tasty! The sauce they put on top was delicious it's wasn't spicy but it did have a little kick. When I first saw them though I thought it was pretty small but they filled me up! They came with cole slaw but I substituted for French fries instead. My husband ordered the Ruben sandwich and he really enjoyed it ! It was very flavorful without being too greasy. The portions were good, the staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable.

    Crispy, juicy, meaty, yummy wings!

Me and my daughter stopped by, first time, and we got wings and fried cheese curds. Both were very good, came out hot and fresh. We really, really liked the wings. They were large, meaty, crispy, and just yummy. Our waitress was very attentive to us as well. Early afternoon in a Sunday. Will come back again.

After a long trip/day Alana suggested the Santa Fe Wrap. Great stop and food. I will be back if my path crosses Riverside again.

It located across from the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds on W. Lotus Street. They have a mixed menu of American and Thai dishes they offer. The Gypsy Highway's vibe is a cross between nostalgic late 70's, early 80's biker bar, live indoor/outdoor music venue, while being a full service restaurant and bar. They also have a small arcade in the back a few what look to be video poker or slot machines by the bar, 3 very large LED displays strategically placed around the bar and a massive projection screen TV on the indoor stage when nobody's playing. Sorry I didn't get to look outside at the wood fenced in area, where the wooden outdoor stage is. There is lots of seating and they even have dance nights, local bands perform regularly, and other events. Like when I went there was Trivia Night. This place has been a long time local scene in the West End of Davenport, IA for decades. Couple of the downsides about the atmosphere is the noise. It's Loud. For off hours and a Trivia Night, but not loud enough that you can't hear the person talking across a large round table ment for a party of 8-10 people. The amount of flashing lights in the place. If you have any issues with flashing lights you might not want to visit. There is not a single sight line place inside that does have some sort of constantly flashing light. Even lights that would have been of at any other venue or palace that host bands at their establishments wouldn't run strong stage color ambient lights on, especially those sitting behind a massive screen. Anyone sitting in the back and looking towards the stage (even though those seats not that many but unlucky) are in for a painful night out, if not there for a band. The food is 50/50 depending on what you get. Presentation wise I would give it 80 to 100%. I was with my family and got to try 4/5 dishes. They I had the Yellow Curry w/ Shrimp. I have to say it was really good. It was sweet and savory the Jasmine rice was delicious with it. My only complaint with the dish was it should have been served in served in a bowl of some kind and w/ some Naan bread to help clean the bowl at the end. Serving on a plate made the dish hard to eat. Next up Chicken Tinders and an order of Onion Rings. This should be avoided at all costs!! They look great, but have absolutely zero flavor and taste. That's hard to do when the batter is supposed to be Bear Batter. Same with the french fries. Next is a Cheese Burger w/ (+) Bacon and Onion Rings instead of the Fries. Well the burger was well made and delicious. The Bacon was thick crisp and 4 slices which was good. The replaced Onion Rings well that part gets worse. The count was a measly 5 and not even large ones at that! Last one I got to try was the blackens grilled fish. It was a fillet of haddock covered with some sort of white gravy served with a few pieces of zucchini and a couple of red potatoes halved. I didn't get to try the veg. The fish I did. By itself it was pretty good, but with the gravy it was not noticeably, not as good to almost being tasteless. The gravy overwhelms the fish and doesn't complement, nor enhance the flavor. The waitress we had was nice and answered our questions promptly. She did check in with us from time to time. Overall she gets a 9/10. Hope y'all like my review and read next time. Sorry no pics this time forgot my phone.

The buffet was also a limited number of items. They were a few minutes late starting it after they opened and everything on it was basically cold. I'll give them barely warm, but that's a far as I will go. I thought maybe the idea was to let the warmers under the pans warm the food to a more edible temp but no that didn't work either. We were there over half an hour and I got another plate just to try a small sampling and nope, the food was no warmer than it first was. One other note anything to drink is NOT included in the buffet price. Expect to pay $2.99 for an iced tea or whatever. I guess in a way it didn't matter because the food served really wouldn't have been any better if it was warmer‍Not in my opinion. Slices of French Toast and mostly cut into 1/4 strips, cold and dried out. Warmed syrup (a plus) no butter to be found, you have to ask for it. Some sort of funky tasting seasoned potatoes. Neither my wife or I cared for the flavor. The biscuits weren't too bad. Some sort of milk gravy with cut up sausage links thrown into it. I say that because it doesn't appear that the gravy is made "from" the sausage as the gravy itself has no flavor, just bland. The sausage patties had an odd flavor. The sausage links were not bad. There was some bacon but we didn't try it. That's about all the buffet is, saw some cut up fruit off to the side. We decided to give it one more try for lunch. Thought it was somewhat unusual for a Saturday that we were the only two people there at 11:30 - 12:30. It still took half an hour to get our food! And ours were not difficult selections. The roast beef for the dip sandwich was well seasoned, I'll give them that. The curly fries though, those were a fail. Mostly over-fried, too hard. I will give them some credit for opening another choice for food selection here because Keller's Express is the only thing they've had for several years now for breakfast or lunch during the day. Unfortunately, this isn't much to solve that problem. It's nothing even close to 22 & Vine at Riverside Casino. Not to me it isn't. I wish the would bring back the full buffet for during the day that they once had. Or just open Keller's full restaurant for during the day.
