Even after this dealership completed the update to prevent people from stealing cars (after Hyundai cheaped out on not installing immobilizers in their cars), my car still got stolen. Found the car abandoned and my insurance had to total it in the end. I will never buy another Hyundai again. Not the dealerships fault, however Hyundai/Kia should have done something more for those affected by this. Instead, they ask me after having to total out my car to write a review on the service they provided. On another note, my Elantra was affected by yet another "defect" (most likely another cost-saving measure), where the paint was peeling off in multiple spots of the car. Mind you it was a 2015 and this started happening in 2020, not even five years after the car was made. Hyundai didn't do anything to fix paint except to offer to fix it if I paid out of pocket for the whole thing, which would've been thousands of dollars. HYUNDAI/KIA, DO BETTER!!! read more

i called this location a couple days prior to ask if i needed an appointment for an oil change i was told i didnt need one and oil changes are walk ins 9am-1pm. at 8am day of service i called to double check on this again i was told just come in it will take 1-1.30 hours i told them are you sure? it is an hour drive for me they told me yes. Truly the absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had. Despite calling in advance to confirm they had the car I wanted, they lied and lured me to Riverside from West LA. They lied for hours after arrival, falsified a VIN on a Costco pricing form, and then told me they couldn't get me the car because of "lot damage." He didn't try to sell me anything extra, was completely transparent about the entire process, and made the car-buying process feel trustworthy and easy. What else can you ask for? The longer story: I was working with a dealer in San Diego who wouldn't call me back and was offering crappy deals, so I decided to look farther afield. This is one of the two best in the region, and when I reached out, I started texting with Feras. I had already decided on the model, and I didn't want to just "drop by" since I'm down in San Diego. We did ALMOST EVERYTHING by text. That includes the offer, the detailing of the model, even the trade-in of my old clunker (which they gave me a fair price for). Their service department is very disappointing. Not sure why they bother having the appointment system because you'll still be waiting for 3 hours for a basic oil change every single time no matter if you go 1st thing in the morning or in the afternoon. This last time I also needed to get an active abs software recall fixed and the service advisor told me they were told to not do it until the seatbelt recall part is available. Why should that matter? An abs software update has nothing to do with a seatbelt part. Sounds to me like they are just blowing off the customers. Lazy and shady. I want my recall fixed! I took my car in for a 15,000 mile check up. I was told the estimate would be $281. Maybe I am confused, but last time I checked oil changes, tire rotations, fluid levels checked and top offs were part of the 36,000 mile maintenance package. I was told that the technician washed out something twice( but don't worry we only charged you once.) Otherwise everything looked good on the car. I was charged $281.30. On the receipt I was charged for oil, wash fluid, cleaner? And two charges for an air filter. When I got home I got a receipt showing the my charges were only $102.63. This showed the same services that were performed that I was charged $281 for. Then it is says quote is good until 8/22/25. Why would I get the same services done a month from now, that were performed today. Am I missing something here????? read more

I didn't bother to look at my tires so when I finally returned home I had some negative feelings with how my car was presented back to me. Every other day a random sales person would call me and if I already made a purchase and if I wanted to come for a test drive. I would tell them no and give me a quote.
