    Contract where the dealer added options were not removed & we were charged $3959 for them because Tom Saleh lied about having them removed !

    Riverside Hyundai is a HORRIBLE dealer !!!! On 06/22/2026 my wife & I went to Riverside Hyundai looking for a car we were met by a salesman Tom Saleh, he showed us the Hyundai Santa Fe limited Hybrid & we test drove it and liked the car. We sat down to talk over the price & I noticed that Riverside Hyundai had added a bunch of useless dealer options so, right away I told Tom that I didn't want Their added options & he stated that he would have them removed from the paperwork. We came to an agreement on price & went to the finance office where we signed a bunch of paperwork & made the purchase. While at home four days later I was reading the contract & seen that Tom had not kept his word & we paid $4,000 for the useless dealer options that he said he had removed !!!!! After seeing that I was pissed, so I contacted him & he said that it was a misunderstanding that he would make it right.....Boy was that BS !!!!! So here it is 12 days later & I'm still out that $4,000 he lied about ! I have contacted my attorney, wrote Hyundai & I will be leaving them appropriate feedback on all the major platforms. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS AT RIVERSIDE HYUNDAI.....Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere or take a chance on being ripped off by them !!!!

    Ask for Ray / Raymond Block. He will find you the car even if not in his current inventory and he will get it to you! No one can complain about Inventory availability. This dude literally delivered!!! Got me the trim and color I wanted. Which is 1 of 1 in the state! Get this, he sent me numbers from the get-go. That kind of transparency wins every-time. 10/10

    The team that helped me buy my Ioniq 5 was amazing, Clemente and Big B were very knowledgeable and instrumental in getting to the price I wanted. Going through their finance department was also expedient as well. I recommend going there soon before all the rebates end.

I was never in the dark about anything.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was in and out of there in about 2 hours give or take. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Big B was just as helpful as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Even though I live quite some ways from Riverside. I will definitely be back there to upgrade.

    5-Star Experience at Riverside Hyundai Dealership! My husband, Mom, and I recently purchased a used car from this dealership and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. We first saw the vehicle online and called to inquire--Ferass worked with us and was honest, professional, and incredibly helpful. There were no sales gimmicks or pressure tactics--just straightforward communication, which we really appreciated. When we came in to pick up the car, Armani greeted us with a warm welcome and guided us through the rest of the process. She was friendly and attentive while we waited for the car to be detailed and filled with gas. During the paperwork portion, Monica from finance took the time to thoroughly explain every document. We never felt rushed or overwhelmed--just well taken care of. From the initial phone call to driving off the lot, everything was smooth, professional, and honest. If you're in the market for a new/used car and value integrity and great customer service, we highly recommend this dealership.     What can I say--the team at Riverside Hyundai truly knocked it out of the park. My initial car-buying experience was great, even though there was a slight miscommunication between me, my bank, and the finance department that almost led me to walk out. Thankfully, Mr. Mike Khoury stepped in and took excellent care of me, making sure everything was handled smoothly. A few days after delivery, my car became locked in valet mode, and even Hyundai Support couldn't figure out how to resolve the issue. I went back and forth with the support team with no solution in sight. Every time I visited Riverside Hyundai, the team was hands-on and determined--trying everything under the sun to help me. I also want to give Mr. Alfredo "Freddy" Saavedra a huge shout-out. Every time I walked into the building, he was right there, doing everything he could to assist me. He was the one who ultimately called me with the great news that they had solved the issue and that I could finally enjoy my vehicle. I can't thank the team at Riverside Hyundai enough. Their patience, professionalism, and dedication to customer service were outstanding. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

    David, Big B and Ray helped me get into my new 2025 Elantra N on the Easter Sunday! I was in and out with the new car in less than 3 hours. Prior to today I personally never really had good experience with these mainstream brands (Honda Toyota Hyundai) dealerships but these guys went above and beyond my expectations as well as justify my decision to drive all the way out to them in Riverside (from OC) instead of going to 4 diffent Hyundai dealers near me. Happy with the purchase and I would definitely recommend this dealership if you are in a market for a new or used Hyundai vehicle!

However, compared to Walters Mercedes-Benz of Riverside, which frequently offers complimentary diagnostic coupons and service promotions, the overall value was not as attractive. I am not certain whether this shop uses genuine Mercedes-Benz OEM parts. In my opinion, aftermarket parts or parts represented as "OEM equivalent" do not match the quality and reliability of genuine Mercedes-Benz dealership parts. I recommend that customers verify exactly what parts are being installed and compare pricing with the dealership before authorizing repairs. The biggest issue that caused this shop to lose my business involved my son's vehicle being diagnosed by Jojo as having flood damage. We filed an insurance claim, and after speaking with the insurance adjuster, I learned that a request had been made for the insurance company to send payment directly to the shop. Because the vehicle was fully paid off, I expected any insurance payment arrangements to be discussed with me first. I was upset because I never authorized direct payment to the shop. After arranging for the insurance payment to be sent directly to me instead, I later contacted Anita regarding repairs to my vehicle. The repair quote I received was significantly higher than I expected, which caused me concern about the overall cost of the repairs. Another issue that negatively affected my experience was a comment Anita made to me: "You are lucky you got part of the adjuster money; you would have gotten NOTHING elsewhere lol." I found that statement unprofessional, inappropriate, and disrespectful. Overall, I strongly encourage customers to compare repair estimates directly with the dealership before authorizing work. In my experience, independent shops are not always less expensive than dealerships. While some shops advertise lower hourly labor rates, the final estimate may increase through additional labor hours or other charges. Customers should also consider transportation costs. Unlike Walters Mercedes-Benz, which provided transportation assistance and a loaner vehicle, Prestige Automotive did not offer me a ride, rideshare service, or a loaner vehicle. As a result, customers may need to pay for rental vehicles or arrange their own transportation, which can significantly increase the overall cost and inconvenience of the repair. You will end up paying more than a dealership for less quality than a dealership . Based on my experience, careful comparison shopping is essential before deciding where to service your vehicle.

In some ways, I feel like the quality of work was even better than what I've experienced at a Tesla service center. They fixed the AC blower motor on my 2017 Tesla Model S and it made a huge difference right away. Everything was done efficiently and professionally, and they kept me informed the entire time. I also really appreciated that they use OEM Tesla parts because it gave me peace of mind knowing the repair was done the right way. What I loved most was how transparent they are. They use a system that texts you updates and actually shows you the parts that need attention, so you can see exactly what's going on with your car. It made me feel comfortable and confident that they were being honest and not trying to get over on me. On top of that, they took the time to provide me with a maintenance plan so I can keep my car in the best shape possible. That meant a lot because it shows they really care about helping you take care of your vehicle long term. If you have a Tesla or hybrid, I definitely recommend going to King of Hybrid Auto Repair. They do quality work and really take care of their customers.
