My wife made an appointment with this dealership to scope out an issue we have with our vehicles' stereo screen that has been shutting off every now and then. Prior to driving to this location my wife mentioned that two different reps said two different things. One said that it was under warranty and another said that it wasn't. I figured I would keep our appointment and ask in person. I thought the worst case scenario would be I would get my oil change done now that I am here. I wasn't completely shocked when the service rep said it wasn't under warranty. I just wanted to verify since one rep said it was and another said it wasn't. My negative review finally comes here. The rep mentions I cannot get my oil change because the technicians leave at 5:00pm. I arrived around 3:45pm, for my 4:00pm appointment. Aside from this I was also told that if I get my vehicle checked out I would have to leave my car overnight. This is something the rep never mentioned before over the phone when booking the appointment. They're are going through some sort of remodel I believe. I hope it's not just the walls that get fixed, but also the service...who knows? read more

Everyone is friendly. As for quality of service: they don't give call backs in a timely manner and whether or not they can actually fix the issue remains to be seen. The 2024 Tuscan has been in 8 times for the same check engine code. While they provide a rental, the process of dropping the car off takes at minimum an hour. It's understandable that getting a shuttle to the rental office and getting paperwork done takes time, but after several visits, it definitely feels inconvenient They have tried certainly but on several of these occasions the vehicle has remained at the shop for a week with the only service being done : change the coolant or run tests. On all occasions the service department hasn't called with a time estimate- we had to call to see when the car would be ready. Also, a comment was made that implied because it's "warranty work" it's not a priority. My confidence in their mechanics is low at this point. If the computer doesn't tell them what part needs changing, they seem to have little ability to diagnose a problem. Possibly a different dealership would be a better choice. Thank goodness the warranty is extended as thousands of dollars of work must have been put in by this point with no solution. read more

They claim to "offer" you additional items: Warranty $2,495 Maintennce $1,995 Paint protection $1,495 "It's already on the car" (claims the salesman who didn't even know what it was when I asked what is it and where is it) These are literally mark ups that you never asked for but they just insert them into your purchase agreement without disclosing it. it just goes beyond trying to steal from someone in so many ways.
