THIS IS FOR THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT ONLY! I bought my car here one year ago and had a great experience! I've done all the suggested maintenance, the oil changes, but they never suggested rotating my tires. So I went to another service center and tried to have my tires rotated, the only problem was that they never gave me the master wheel locks. So I called and dealt with David, not only was he rude and interrupted me at every turn, I had to take the car back to the dealer and was told we will rotate your tired at no charge. Okay fair enough! One week later I took my car in, and was told that the tires has been rotated but tha tI would need tires because the tread was low, which is odd because my tires only had 21K miles on them. So when I got home and checked my tires they were not rotated, although the service contract stated they were, and then when I called back I was told they didn't perform the rotation because it was a liability, but the problem is the back tires have good tread and the fronts are lower, so I wanted to wear them more evenly. It didn't matter, I was given the run around. I will find a more helpful dealer or take it to my private mechanic, who knows my car and wont hassle me! read more

It was unfortunate that it rained 2 days later so I didn't get to enjoy it for very long but it was great while it lasted. I was given a loaner for the day which was very convenient. Looking forward to my next service. 1 thing: David called me a few days later to follow up and make sure everything was ok. He left a contact # and direct email. I emailed him back on 1/28 because it is my preferred method of contact. It's been 6 days and no reply. I had a few questions that needed answers. Why include your email address if your not going to respond? I listened to the voicemail twice to make sure I heard the spelling of it correctly too. Hope to hear back soon. I bought my first Hyundai here around May '11 (I know this review is very late but I just wanted to share my experience). First contact with this dealer was through the internet. I've been asking quotes from dealers for a 2011 Hyunda Elantra Limited (Harbor Gray with Black Interior) using Hyundaiusa.com I was contacted by Wendy Barich from RH and we've emailed back and forth regarding the car. They didn't have the particular color combo I wanted but Wendy emailed me to check out what they had that weekend (Red LTD with Beige and Blue LTD with Gray Interior) Blue was my second choice. I had an appointment at 4pm that weekend, I was greeted by Ricardo one of the salesman while they paged Wendy but was busy with a customer. Wendy had told Ricardo upon my arrival and he helped me throughout the transaction. The Red LTD was parked outside while the Blue was inside the showroom. I test drove the Red one around the area, liked the car except the color so he showed me the Blue they had in the showroom and fell in love with it so we went on with the paperwork. During the financial part of the transaction, Ricardo and the finance guy (forgot his name) kept going back and forth to achieve a deal. It took a few counters here and there but we finally got to the correct purchase amount with no hassles from them. They gave me a deal I could not refuse. After everything was signed Ricardo personally moved the car out of the showroom to pump gas and get the car ready for delivery which took about 45mins. I was in and out of the dealership in under 3 hours which I think is pretty quick. I returned to the dealer the following weekend and got my tint done (paid for with the loan) and it was done in about 2 hours. Since Tint was done at the dealer I was able to choose the darkness I wanted. Would definitely recommend this dealership. read more

Purchasing the car was easy enough, Cedric was prompt and professional. He ensured we received the car we wanted, and not the car that paid him the most. He was professional throughout the entire ordeal, and ensured all of our questions were answered thoroughly and in plain english. The amenities of Riverside Hyundai are of the upmost quality. There is WiFi, beverages, and light snacks as well. We attempted to obtain service, however, we ran into traffic and were over 20mins late. David Ruiz, the service advisor in charge of our appointment, ensured we received the care we needed. It would have been very easy to for him to negate our appointment due to our untimeliness. However, he was not looking for his own advantage, but the advantage of his clients-my wife and I. David not only ensured my car received the recommended service, but also ensured that our needs and concerns were addressed as well. Just bought a Tucson here a month ago. The experience outside from Big B (who is the only reason I ended up buying the car) was horrible. Got 3 inquiries on my credit report even tho my credit is great. Said no to gap insurance to the finance lady and it went down hill from there was treated like trash for the rest of the transaction. By the way my brake light stopped working on the way home from the dealership. Took it back in they "fixed" it and now it's not working again. Will definitely never deal with this place again or recommend anyone else to read more

Great service and friendly staff. I drive 30 miles to get here and pass the San Bernardino Hyundai because they don't provide the same service and atmosphere. I recommend this place. The only complaint was that when I asked them when it will be done, they told me around 1pm. So my family and I decided to kill time and go somewhere for a few hours, when I returned the car wasn't even looked at until 3 pm. My wife dropped me off and I waited until 4:30pm until it was done, didn't get out of there until 5. I'm good with waiting in all, I would have just appreciated realism of when the car would be done. read more

Was looking to upgrade my 2017 Hyundai hybrid Ioniq to the 2018 Plugin model. I placed a call to the salesman "Mo" this morning and he clearly listened to what I was looking for, as well as the pricing, payment and options I required. He was very kind, thorough and physically walked the lot to ensure they had the model in stock I was looking for. Evidently the new plugin's are very hard to find and especially ones that are fully loaded "Limited model" I requested. He indeed found one exactly the color I was looking for (white) with all the features I requested, which made it worth driving 35 miles up from Temecula. The buying process was much like your typical back and forth with management once I got to the dealership. However I made it perfectly clear that I wanted the gap insurance, extended warranty to 125k miles with zero deductible and the prepaid maintenance plan to 75k miles, and at the monthly payment I needed to secure the deal. And I didn't want any of the usual dealer must buy accessories added. I didn't provide any credit information until they provided me a signed document listing the pricing and everything I requested was included. I have tier 1 credit, so once approved the financing & paper work went very quickly. Mo was very thorough after the sale, walking me through all the new features my shiny new car had that were different from my previous model. I am very very happy and fortunate that I was able to work with such a low pressure sales guy who did an excellent job communicating everything to me before and after I arrived. It's not often you feel good after buying a car, this was definitely the exception and that had a lot to do with the entire sales team, especially Mo. I will add, I tried several other dealerships via the True Car app, and none of them came close to the pricing Riverside Hyundai team pulled together. I even tried my local Temecula dealership, in fact I had been texting their finance manager all the specifics of this deal to see if he could beat it.. but eventually when he saw what they were offering, he stopped responding. I think this was a great sign, I got a very good deal! :) . Thanks again to the Riverside Hyundai team, this is the 2nd car in 2 years I have purchased from them! Highly recommend to all! We began our search for a Hyundai Tuscon with True Cars. We received a call from a female salesperson from Riverside Hyundai. We set up an appointment with her. She even called us the night before to confirm our appointment. When we got there on time, we were told she was not in that day and we were given another salesperson. When we wanted the car advertised from True Car, we were told that we could not get that price or even that particular color. We were told that the car was more money because of the Dealer Add-Ons. We told them that we didn't want the add-ons. They told us too late, so we tried to negotiate a fair price that included the not wanted add-ons. They would not budge in negotiating with us . So we walked out. And, they did not even try to contact us again. Obviously they didn't want the sales or our business. read more
