His customer service was exceptional--he was knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly patient while I took my time deciding. He never rushed me and genuinely made the whole experience enjoyable. Employees like Bronson are the reason people come back to a store. My only complaint is that the store was extremely hot. It's honestly hard to believe employees are expected to work in those conditions. The owner really needs to address this as soon as possible--for both staff and customers.

Well here we are and there are problems. I bought a pueblo 20 bike for my son and it makes a noise in first gear, the chain slips off almost constantly and the brake line fell off too. I went to the store today to bring it back to exchange it and was told my the front end lead that bikes have 24 hours to be returned. I told her that was NOT what we were told when we bought it as it was a Christmas gift. She had no empathy or anything as my 7 year old son was with me and it was awful to have to tell him a big corporation lied and won't fix what's right. I am going to email corporate and bring this to social media. So good luck Dick's, wish I read the reviews before purchasing anything from this company. STAY AWAY!!!

Upon entry, you are greeted by staff but I can see they watch you like a hawk. I guess it has been because there were theft in the past months so they are careful. They follow you everywhere so it made my shopping experience uncomfortable. I tried on a few Nikes and Hoka but they just didn't fit well. Plus I've seen bettter prices at actual Hoka stores. I do give them credit for having a wheel spin for kids to see if they can win a pair of shoes.

I had to reference the law before they finally printed one. The toddler shoes I bought (quoted as $70 only when I reached the register) turned out to have a Velcro strap that would not stay closed. When I tried to return them about 20 minutes later, I was told the shoes were worn, even though the associate had encouraged my child to wear them out of the store -- and the strap issue was the entire reason for the return. Overall, the experience felt not transparent, manipulative, and deceptive and I personally would not go back.

I have explained the terrible experience to the representative every time I call in and yet no more help is offered . I got shot and can't walk and my feet swell up so all my old shoes don't work . My family bought me a pair that are a size to small and now I'm three months into trying to get a new shoe or new size or anything . Footlocker has beeen NO help and my problem is still is on going and footlocker is not helpful to people with disabilities in my experiences with them .
