I should have the Yelp reviews before we even decided to look around at this dealership. There are more than 5 bad reviews within the span of a month for this place. When we first got there, we were greeted by one of the salesmen named Ross. He was great. Very knowledgeable. Very friendly. Not pushy at all. He answered all our questions truthfully and you can tell that he really went the extra step. I respect people who go above and beyond regarding customer service. He should get a raise or a bonus. He was a pleasure. BUT... When it came to pricing and laying out a deal, thats when management got involved. The manager Mag/Maj (whatever his name was), is the most arrogant, smug, incompetent manager I have ever met in my life. This guy should not be allowed to interact with customers. There is another review on Yelp regarding his unprofessionalism. And he HAS NOT changed at all. He is so pushy. We made it clear to him that we were only looking and that we were not buying the car that same day. He kept on pushing and did not even take our concerns into consideration. He kept saying "I'm not pressuring you, I'm not pressuring you." But actions speak louder than words. He was disrespectful to me, my mother, and my husband. His tone when speaking to us made us feel like we were inferior. His only concern was selling the car. There were a couple moments when talking to him that we almost walked out the door. Poor Ross was trying to do some damage control too. First off, the manager tried to tell us that LED lights came in stock for all Mazdas.... If thats the case, why dont all the cars on the lot have LEDs? Incompetent. My husband had to correct him. If the customer knows more basic information regarding the product you are trying to sell..... How is the customer supposed to trust you? He also made a comment about my mother being divorced and asked her "oh, is that why you think you cant buy a car.... Its because you're divorced..." He made that comment in his "holier than thou" attitude and smug tone. He also kept saying "let me earn your business." He might as well have been reciting that from a script because he didnt act like he wanted to earn it. We gave him a reasonable price range that we were comfortable with and he still kept pushing for a number outside our comfort zone. Only when we walked out the door did he opt to go for a number in our price range. Why only when we were out the door did he agree to our price range? We also made it crystal clear to the point of saying "we are not buying a car today; we just wanted to get pricing." BUT he kept on being pushy and disrespectful. Good Lord! You work for the customer! If it weren't for the customer, you business wouldn't exist! We left so frustrated! Maj/Mag (whatever his name is) needs to undergo retraining regarding what is good customer service, maybe he needs to do some yoga, maybe he needs a Snickers bar, I dont know. JUST BEWARE when you go to this dealership. My car buying experiences include buying at Toyota and Honda dealerships in LA county, and they were good experiences. This Mazda dealership however was one of the worst experiences I have ever had when buying a car. I hope upper management does something quick. First off let me say, I have nothing against Mazda. They have terrific cars. However, MAZDA RIVERSIDE IS NOT THE DEALERSHIP YOU WANT TO BUY THOSE CARS FROM. Mazda Riverside gives dealerships and car salesmen a bad name. Read on below if you wish to hear about my experience: So I'd been interested in the Mazda3. In particular one with the color Red Soul Metallic. Unfortunately none of the dealerships in my area had that particular trim in that color. So I did my homework and found a good quote for a Mazda3 off of the Edmunds website. Soon after I got a call from internet sales rep Tiffany from Mazda Riverside. Since I live far away, I didn't want to waste time driving to their dealership to fill out paperwork, so Tiffany had me submit a Finance Application online. My application went through (I have good credit). Next step, Tiffany referred me to sales rep Ricardo so we could negotiate over the phone. I spoke with Ricardo over the phone about exploring lease options for the Mazda3. I'm pretty diligent about analyzing the numbers to make sure I'm getting a favorable deal. Ricardo seemed very accommodating and we agreed on some numbers. Ricardo specifically gave me numbers that would factor in taxes and registration fees. I specifically repeated back all the numbers (lease term, monthly payment amount, residual cost) to confirm. I told him that based on these numbers, we would have a deal but they better not try to pull a fast one on me because I didn't want to waste my time driving to Riverside. Ricardo assured me that this deal would go through. Later (one hour drive later), I'm at the Mazda Riverside. My prospective car looked beautiful. I enjoyed the test drive a lot. Everything's looking good and Ricardo sat me down, said that his Sales Manager would come over soon to have me sign the paperwork. Great. About fifteen minutes later, Tony the Sales Manager met me with us with a piece of paper with his own hand written notes and figures. All of sudden, the numbers were all different from what Ricardo had promised over the phone. 1) There was now a DMV registration fee or $598 (Ricardo gave me final numbers that should have factored in all registration fees). 2) There was also a "Customer Loyalty Rebate" of $750 that was removed because I've never owned a Mazda (I had NEVER mentioned anything about having previously owned a Mazda). 3) The monthly payments were higher (Ricardo said it would be about $17 lower). Tony was trying to get me to sign this handwritten paper with the higher amounts and vague details. I'm not dumb. I could tell the car was going to cost me at least $1500 higher than what I was assured I would have to pay. And keep in mind, I didn't get to the point of finding out if the residual cost would stay the same or if there would be other hidden fees and taxes. I'm guessing the overall vehicle cost would have skyrocketed. I asked Tony to bring back over our sales rep Ricardo so I could verify what he had told us over the phone. He refused to bring his employee over. What the heck?! By this point, Tony knew that I wasn't going to fall for this bait and switch routine. He could hardly look me in the eye. He knew he wouldn't get the sale he wanted. So he left. Wow. That was a big waste of time. Please save your time (and money), DO NOT GO TO MAZDA RIVERSIDE. If you're still considering shopping at that dealership, don't fall for the quotes the sales rep gives you over the phone. Make them put it in writing (fax or email). I bought my CX5 at Riverside Mazda in May and came in yesterday because I had low tire pressure they told me I needed three new tires that my front two had low tire tread and my back one had 2 nails and one on the side wall so needed new tire. Keep in mind I only have about 6,000 miles on my car. I have low pros so they had to special order my tires and they quoted me about $265 per tire. First they never called me back to give me a correct quote. So I called around and a different shop and I prepaid ordered my tires for $175 a tire much cheaper. Then I get there and they said my front two tires are fine not low on tread at all and that my back tire with the nails is repairable and only costing me $25. Thankfully they happily refunded my money for the prepaid tires. Mazda is a joke they took advantage that I was a young woman and tried getting me to replace three tires when all I needed was a patch in one tire. read more

I had almost the same experience as JeffM did with Ciara and RIverside Mazda. After soliciting quotes for a CX-5 from several dealerships, I received a competitive quote from Riverside Mazda. I was very specific about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing and most dealerships were saying that nothing was available so I was surprised that they had one available. I emailed back to confirm that the vehicle had everything I wanted and set up an appointment to come in. I drove 120 miles from San Diego because this was the exact vehicle I wanted at a really good price. When I arrived, the vehicle was AWD (I had not specified that I wanted FWD so I was willing to go along with the deal because the quoted price was extremely competitive). Then the Internet manager tells me that the price will actually be $1,000 higher because I don't qualify for the military or loyalty rebates (It was my fault for not reading the fine print on the quote). In addition, the vehicle had a LoJack installed that was not indicated on the original quote either which they insisted added another $900 to the purchase price. When I asked them to remove it, they said it was not possible. Then, the Internet Manager has the audacity to tell me that they know people won't drive out from Orange County or San Diego if they give them a quote that doesn't include all the possible rebates (even if they don't qualify for them) and that most people end up paying the adjusted price. I was absolutely flabbergasted by this response. Needless to say, my wife and I got up and left without any regrets. I have completed several Internet based automobile transactions and each has been a very straightforward experience. This was a completely unacceptable way to do business and I will now special order the CX-5 I want from another dealership. read more

This place is the epitome of why car salesmen have a bad reputation. Classic, transparent bait and switch and they lost a sale because of it. The car we were looking at is listed on their website for X dollars. I go in to look at the car, Maj tells me they will sell it to me for that same exact amount. I give them my contact info and tell them I will be back in the morning to test drive (it was late, kids were with me). Test drive it in the morning and we then go talk to Maj to talk numbers. He comes back and says "sorry guys, I JUST NOW found out that the price I gave you last night was a mistake" and then gives us a price 4k higher. But your website also has that price, we say. "Yeah, they accidentally put that price online. It's supposed to be 4k higher", he replied. We say no thanks, he says let me talk to my manager. Comes back and tells us they can drop 2k off that price but no more since they are taking a negative deal on this (which I highly doubt). He also wants us to use Mazda's 2.5% financing instead of our own better financing and that after a couple months to just switch back to our financing. Why on Earth would anyone want to do the dealer a favor like that? We say no again. Offers another 1.4k off but at this time we're too skeptical and angry about it and leave. Still not a bad price but you start to wonder, how else could I be getting screwed here? He lost my trust. The car was still listed online for the same, original price as before, several days later. They never corrected their supposed "mistake". And since this is a used vehicle, any other dealer there (Honda, Nissan) is able to sell the car. So we spoke directly to the internet rep and they told us that the car's price is indeed what is stated online, not the extra 4k that Maj told us. He just lied right to our faces. Yeah, that's classic bait and switch. Get possible customers in with a great deal, take away that great deal for something more expensive. That's shady and I'll be filing a complaint to the BBB. Avoid Maj and that dealership. On the plus side, the other guys there were helpful. Too bad they have a sales manager who treats customers poorly. I've seen Maj's name listed several times here in poor reviews. I assume he's still there because his sales tactics make the owner more money than they lose and all his concern about others poor experiences are less than sincere when responding to a 1 star review. Pros: Our sales rep was Ivan, who was very friendly and helpful during our test drive process. Cons: When it came to the price negotiation process, it was a total switch and bait. We have a TrueCar quote from their internet manager, Nancy, and have been in touch with her regarding our interest in coming in to make a deal. Well, Nancy was nowhere to be seen today and they had this manager, Maj, handled the negotiation (fellow Yelpers also expressed the same horrible experience with him). He pretty much told us he will not honor the TrueCar price and kept asking how did we "qualify" for that TrueCar price? Are you kidding me!!? Go ask Nancy, she's the one that sent us the TrueCar price for the exact vehicle that we were negotiating (the VIN number matched to the teeth), we didn't make it up. After 2+ hours there, we left, and will never come back. Should have read Yelp reviews beforehand and listened to our friends about not wasting time with this dealer. They just advertise low prices to lure you in and then add a bunch of optional fees to hike the prices up. Bottom line: Don't ever go here, not worth it. read more

Wow, Richard Michaelson, the General Manager, sure does a lot of apologizing on this site! The reason is all the same. I too, had the worst car buying experience of my life here. I have purchased 10 new cars in my life, and this dealership is the epitome of sleazy, bait & switch, creepy sales people. To be fair, Ross, the 'greeter' who takes you for the test drive, and lures you in with his sweet Southern charm, was very nice. Unfortunately, you are then handed over to the 'boiler room team'. The worst and most offensive member of this group was 'Nash/Hash', I believe this is the same low-life guy that others are referring to as Maj. He was soooooooooo sleazy, obnoxious and offensive, as others have stated. He too, played the $1200 Lojack game, I somehow didn't qualify for the Truecar.com price and discounts and guaranteed price promised by 'Tiffany', which I have to believe is an alias, so that the sales people know that you have been sucked in with the Truecar.com bait and switch. I was leaving, when they promised me a lower price. I stupidly, went into the sales manager's office and somehow they convinced me that they would honor the price...if they pulled up a stripped down version from the back lot. I agreed, and was waiting for the car to be cleaned and brought up and was feeling a little better about falling for a classic creepy car dealership, knowing that I was going to escape semi-intact. However, that short little bubble of happiness was shattered when Nash/Hash/Maj sat down with me and asked me if "Just between you and me" that I might give up my private financing of .9% and just sign up for his Mazda financing for 2.7%...just for a couple of months so that HE could make a little money on this deal, since he "wasn't making a dime" on the sale because they gave me such a great deal!!!!! I was IN SHOCK! I almost walked out again. I told him that I was not in any way comfortable with that-in-ANY-WAY. He left in a huff. WOW! For some reason, mostly because of Ross, I still bought my car here. Then, when setting me up and showing me all of the features of my car, there was Nash again...smoking his cigarette and blowing the smoke into my new car! How disrespectful and gross is this guy? I could not wait to get out of this place and take a long hot shower. NEVER, NEVER go here. I am so sad that these disgusting people got my money. P.S. We received a very poor experience here....We used TrueCar to get a price quote, and Riverside Mazda came in over $1000 lower than any other dealership. Well, we should have known that if something seems too good to be true, it probably is. We trekked ALL the way out from South Orange County to pick up our new car. We were so excited. Sadly, when we arrived, the service was horrible. As we were completing the paperwork, it became clear that they added additional options to the car, which were not part of the quote; and the final price ended up being nearly $1500 MORE than the TrueCar quote. Our impression of TrueCar quotes is that they are final offers...no additional charges...no funny business. So when we dared to question the additional options and increased price, the manager on duty began using bad language, treated us like we were stupid and started provocatively pacing back and forth, like a tiger tracking its prey. We got up and left. The next day we tried Huntington Beach Mazda; and every person we encountered, from the initial email to the point we drove off the lot, treated us with respect. I took my Mazda into Riverside Mazda for the first time for an oil change and to repair a recall. After about an hour, I received a phone call regarding a laundry list of "recommended services" needed for the car. I asked what the most crucial services are and agreed to replace a motor mount, trans mount, and spark plugs. $800 dollars later, I picked up the car and looked at the paperwork once I got home. I noticed that all of the safety checks were marked green, meaning good. I then remembered that I brought the car in with a headlight out. I went out to check to see if they went above and beyond to replace the burnt out headlight to accurately make the headlight safety check and was shocked to see that the headlight was STILL out. So, now I'm concerned with the safety and thoroughness of their checks and if my car actually needed the major repairs that I paid for. I spoke with the service rep who called me to follow up after my visit and expressed my concerns. She said she would talk to the service manager about my concern with the safety checks. I have yet to receive a phone call. I will not be bringing my car there ever again. read more

Came to Riverside Mazda yesterday 3/12/17 to get some more info on the Mazda Miata for my sister and had the opportunity to meet the sales manager by the name of Maj who was one of the friendliest most informative sales managers that I have ever dealt with. I told him that I really wasn't in the market to purchase at this time but I wanted to get as much information for my sister as I possibly was considering this car will be her graduation gift from my wife and I. Not only did he not pressure me into purchasing but he had me go out with one of his sales associates and go over each and every detail of the car and then come in and he was able to give me a rough estimate of monthly payments based on the proposed down payment I was planning on putting down. I can't express the gratitude that I have towards Maj and his sales staff. If anyone is looking for a beautiful Mazda please do not hesitate to go see Maj at Riverside Mazda. Although I did not purchase at this time but I know for sure where it is and who it is I am purchasing from in the next couple of months. read more

Put one star because there was nothing lower. Went to purchase a Mazda 3 a few months ago. The test drive went great so I decided to purchase the car that I had my heart set on. The deal had almost been set. I HAD THE KEYS IN MY HAND & was told the car was going to get cleaned for me to take it home. The guys helping us out came out of the office suddenly telling us that "the banks were closed". It was 7pm on a Sunday (& the credit I was using was excellent). I had to return the keys like an idiot. I never got a good explanation. It was so bizarre. When I was walking out of Riverside Mazda, a Nissan salesman stopped me & I told him what happened. He laughed, gave me his card & said, "Our banks are never closed". The following week I purchased my Mazda 3 in Redlands where their customer service was super. The Riverside guys called me over & over within the next few days but they didn't deserve my business. I don't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Had a pretty good experience with Mazda. We had the most helpful salesperson Diego helping us out with our test drives. We had just come from Toyota where we had a horrible experience with the laziest salesperson I've ever encountered. Luckily, Diego was on his game. He is extremely knowledgeable about every car we test drove and had an answer for every question we had and was not pushy at all. When it came down to brass tacks, the sales manager Matthew was accommodating but as with most salespeople you had to dig in your heels and not take less than what you want. Once he learned that we were no nonsense it was smooth sailing. We drove off with our CPO Mazda CX-5 that night and have been incredibly happy with it since then. We just received a letter today from Mazda Capital Services telling us our APR has since been lowered so I definitely have to give it up to the accounting person that helped us that day as well. (Unfortunately I forgot his name) Definitely recommend paying a visit to Diego. read more

Guess I should have read reviews ahead of time. Especially before driving up from San Diego county. Got a Truecar quote with a specific VIN. Went in to buy it, and they start telling me the fine print in Truecar about dealer options. They say all their cars have crap like Lojack, cloth stain protectent, and window tinting. They then quote me a price of $2700 more than the Truecar price. Basically they are saying this fine print covers a 15% required markup on the car, this is even before tax, title, and license. This makes no sense as the Truecar is for a particular VIN, so they know exactly what was on the car to give a "True" quote. What is even more disturbing is the statement on Truecar about this dealer: No Surprises: As a Certified Dealer, Mazda Riverside is committed to total price transparency. This means Mazda Riverside discloses its dealer fees and commonly installed dealer accessories in its pricing estimates. Call 1-888-878-3227 if you have questions or concerns. I will be calling Truecar on Monday to file a complaint about Riverside Mazda's practices. Hopefully our opinion of Mazda will not be permanently damaged by this horrible dealership. read more

I had a great experience here last Saturday buying my new 2016 Mazda 3! I did not think I would walk away with a brand new car but the employees here especially Ricardo went above and beyond in finding a car that I loved but that also was in my price range. There was a moment where I did not think I was going to be able to leave with a car but their team went above and beyond to find me a car that was affordable for me especially as a college student. Their employee Kirk that helped me with the finances and paperwork was so funny and gave me great advice as a first car buyer. My family member was the person who told me to come and check out their dealership who had the same experience as I did she loved it. I came here on a whim that we do not regret we both consider ourselves as a Mazda car family. She recommended me to come and check it out and thank you to her. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND future car buyers to come and buy or lease a car through Riverside Mazda. You will have the best experience here and the employees make the experience less stressful. The employees at this location were friendly and hardworking and they go above and beyond for their Mazda buyers. Went to Riverside Mazda because they were close to home. I needed an upgrade from my old Jetta and was welcomed by salesman Diego. He was young friendly guy who offered his help and showed us the car, went on a test drive and told him you know if you don't BS us we won't you. We made it clear if the deal didn't seem right we would explore more options and weigh out our choices. We sat down talked numbers, and they gave us the "best option", lease to own, when clearly I wanted to purchase not lease. Called four family/friends who were very knowledgeable in car sales and work in the business and right off the bat all said no don't do it. We explained to Diego and Majdey, the assistant sales manager, the situation and that Redlands Mazda (from referral) potentially had a better offer and that we would go over to them and whoever had the best deal, we will buy from. As soon as we said that, professionalism from Diego and assistant manager went out the door, Diego stood up said "alright" turned around went outside, no handshake or anything and my boyfriend had to stick his hand out to shake the managers hand. If Riverside had the best deal we really would have been back to purchase but because of the lack of professionalism, I wouldn't have gone back to give them a sale. I have had the worst experience with a car in my entire life. This place sold me a TOTAL LEMON. I have had this car for 7 years, and started having issues with it the day I bought it. I purchased a CX7 in 2007, the car only had 14K miles on it. Within a month a fuel sensor went out - which originally wasn't covered under warranty but I screamed and yelled and they covered it since I had JUST bought the car. At 80K miles, the timing chain broke (which is supposed to NEVER break as opposed to a timing belt which requires replacement). THANK GOD I bought the 100K mile warranty - or I would have been out $15K for a new engine. I've had to replace the air conditioning unit THREE TIMES. That seems rather excessive for a car only a few years old at the first instance, and two times since then. About every two-three years I have to replace the AC unit?? !!! I could list about a hundred other things that I've had go wrong with this car but I will focus on how this company screwed up. First, when they replaced the engine a couple of years ago - it took about a month for me to get it back. When I did get it back, I had it only a day or two when I was driving the car and smelled gasoline. I pulled over immediately and left the car running, looked under the car and there was gas pouring from the engine. They hadn't secured the fuel lines properly when they replaced the engine. I literally could have died driving that car if someone had thrown a cigarette out their car window. I had to have the car towed 50 miles from where I was at the time back to Riverside - I didn't get home until 3am because of how long it took to get the tow truck there and get the car back to Riverside (I called the tow truck at 11:30PM). Just this past Monday, I brought my car in for radiator service. They replaced the radiator and did a coolant flush. The very next day, I had to go to San Diego for meetings and noticed on my way home the car was lurching. Then I get home, go back out to my car a few hours later and there is a huge puddle of transmission fluid under my car. Apparently they did not put the radiator in right because I never had a transmission issue prior to taking it in on Monday. Seriously, I have never had more bad experiences with a car or a service department in my entire life - and I've owned about 5 cars prior to this one. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The service people are nice, but they can't help if their service techs are completely incompetent. I am now waiting for a tow truck to tow my car over to Mazda, to get this issue fixed so I can drive my car. I have a feeling I may be going to look for a new car this weekend, because I don't think I can take it anymore! DO NOT BUY MAZDA !!!!!! read more

Would not recommend this dealership. We found the salesman to be friendly at first, but when it came time to negotiate on a sale price, things changed. They quoted a good price for the car which we accepted. When the guy returned the price had jumped $6000! When asked why he stated that they charged for lo-jack, some kind of paint treatment, window tint, extended warranty, and a maintenance package! As soon as I told him I did not want any of those "options" and would only pay the original price quoted he said he could no longer sell us the car. Apparently they would take too huge of a hit by selling the car for the price they quoted so we would have to buy the additional add-ons. I explained to the guy that options are just that "options" and that I was in no way obligated to purchase them. His attitude turned nasty and told us we could leave if we would like and they would sell the car to someone else. Hopefully nobody was foolish enough to fall for their games. We went to another dealership and purchased the car for the price we wanted, with no additional add-ons, no problem! My husband called to complain and was told by the manager that they have to keep the lights on somehow. Dumb! Would never recommend this dealership, what a joke. read more

I wish I could give a "0" or a negative scores. They list used cars for low prices that do not exist in order to bait customers to get into their store. I called to verify that they still had a car in possession before driving down their. They said yes so I drove 45 miles to get their. Once I was their they COINCIDENTALLY "sold it that morning". The salesman said their system was not updated yet so that is why they said it was still their. I had them look at their system and the salesman actually opened up their own website to check stock. He said they don't have an inventory software to reference. WTH. They tried to show me other cars that are were higher priced. I said no and left. That was in December. Just 3 weeks later that same car is still listed on their website and the listed price was lowered by $200. How can you lower the price of a car that you don't have. Talk about unethical baiting. I will never buy anything from this dealer chain, ever. read more

Purchased a newer used car; got there at 8PM and was done by 10:30PM. Austin and Ben in sales were great. Nick in finance was really great as well. Service Dept is okay but sales.... In 2014 when I was looking for a small suv I became interested in the CX-5 but my experience test driving at this dealer drove me away. I ended up going with the new 2014 CX-5 Grand Touring but I bought from Ontario. I bring my car here for service and so far it's been fine over the years. I like my CX-5 so much that with my boyfriend now looking for a new car I suggested we come test a few models. However I was super sorry I suggested this when the sales guy approached. From the minute we met he acted like we were wasting his time. We told him we wanted to test the Mazda3 hatch, CX-3, and Mazda CX-5. Right away he told us no one liked the CX3 and basically refused to show us it to us rather than point at it. He told us the Hatchback was too small for what we wanted. He finally got us keys to look at a CX5 but then acted surprised we wanted to drive it. Thankfully when it was over he didn't offer us his card cause we didn't want it. Whole experience rather soured the boyfriend to Mazda so not even sure he was able to properly get a sense if he liked the car. Especially cause he'd just driven the Nissans next door and really liked them. Jokes on them too because I've been considering if I want to upgrade to a new CX5 or even 9 and my mom has also been thinking of trading in her Highlander for a Mazda, if we do we won't be buying here. read more

After several hours at this dealership and after showing a documented offer from Spreen, I was told there was no way I could buy a 2017 Mazda 3 Sport with the Popular Equipment Package at that price and was offered to look at a 2016. Matthew get a bit agitated when I asked for his best price which was several thousand above Spreen. I had a very interesting but also great experience at Mazda! We worked out a great deal, they were willing to work with us even though we were tough customers. There was a slight issue with finding out if the car I had purchased had certain capabilities with the XM radio, so I began to get frustrated with the lack of a clear answer and let the management know this (and I had already bought my car and took it home). They contacted me right away and were not happy to find that I was upset, so they worked everything out and helped me find a clear answer to whether or not I could install XM on my new car. They really went that extra mile for me so I am very thankful, especially to Francisco! They seem to really care about working on their customer service at this dealership, and I appreciate that a lot. read more

After going to a mechanic by my house and spending thousands trying to fix this awful shaking on my car(which they still did not fix), I decided it was time to take it to the dealer. I took it in on Monday and they looked it over and realized that the previous mechanic put in crappy motor mounts and transmission mounts that were causing the shaking. I just bought my Mazda 3 a few weeks ago and all I can say is that I wish I would have bought it sooner. Ross my salesman was the sweetest man, showed me every feature on the car and explained everything to me in regards to its functions. He also went over everything I needed to do in regards to getting my car serviced and it's actually simple I know I can call him to help me handle anything. I was very pleased with the interest rate I received and management was constantly checking in on me to make sure all my questions were answered and that the transaction ran smoothly. I love my new car it is sporty, luxurious and great on gas. I can put $30.00 of gas in it and I can drive EVERYWHERE for a WEEK! I don't know about the sales staff because I haven't had to buy a new car in 7 years, and hope to wait a couple more. But I have always had my car serviced here and think Wendy and Eric are the best service advisors I have ever encountered. Since I now have about 190k miles on my car you know I am a frequent visitor to the service department but I have never needed anything other than routine maintenance.
