But there are even more great qualities than this! 2025 in the spring we purchased a 2 mini split systems for our upstairs - it has a separate living area. An open area, 1 bedroom, and a full bathroom, and as you may know, the top floor gets the hot Sacramento County summer heat! We were so pleased with Absolute Comforts Heating and Air's outstanding service, installation, and Pricing that In the fall of 2025 we bought a central heat & air system from them for our downstairs. Their customer service & pricing far exceeded our expectations. Each experience has been OUTSTANDING! The office staff, field technicians, & owner wee wonderful to work with with. Now it is February 2026 and we have been using the systems for several months & love them! Like anything new we had a couple questions regarding the downstairs units ductwork & the fan speeds. I called hoping a technician could come look at it. I had been putting off the call because most companies would only provide phone answers or charge for a technician to come out. The day of the appointment Theresa called me the morning to let me know Jim was snowed in (he lives in the high foothills and there was a cold rain storm the night before - rain here, snow at his place. She apologized and said they really wanted to come today and asked if I was available in the afternoon James the service technician could come from 2-4 . I said yes. I was already home from work for this appointment - so yes this afternoon is Great! In the afternoon James texted to see if he could come earlier at 1:30. Yes again! When he arrived we talked about the duct work questions we had, then he put down a tarp explained that his ladder was went from all the rain, and the tarp would also keep the floor clean from attic insulation and dust. He went up in the attic and thoroughly checked the ductwork, plus took photos. Then showed them to us when he explained his findings and answered our questions. Turned out the duct work was doing great & we felt much better seeing the pictures and hearing what was going on. We asked about the system fan speeds which he answered and showed us on the system wall control. All at no charge! This exceptional service Absolute Comfort provided is why I am writing this updated review. We are sharing our knowledge and experience that we feel Absolute Comfort Heating and Air is the HVAC business to use.
