They are always super busy but still find time to get us in quickly and provide excellent service without attempting to overcharge or add on additional costs. Recently, I got a flat tire over on Bainbridge but live in Kingston. I happened to be in a dead zone on Bainbridge so I couldn't get cell service. It was pouring down rain. I was able to get a tow truck after walking several blocks to get signal. It took the tow truck a while to get to me and my tire was shot. I was soaked and tired and the tow guy got my spare on and told me to go directly to get a new tire. I drove straight to Kitsap Tire at 430pm. (They close at 5 pm). They checked my tire, it wasn't repairable but instead of making me come back and order a new tire. They had a used tire and put it on right away and I was out the door in 15 minutes for only $50.00! I can't recommend Kitsap Tire enough!

The process was fine, CJ was our salesman and he was easy to deal with. We paid cash so didn't have any experience with the financing department. A week later the AC quit working, and the check engine light came on. It was running rough and jerking. We took it to our mechanic who said the code indicated a misfiring ignition coil. We were really frustrated and reached out to them. Yes, we knew we had bought a used vehicle and yes we declined the extended warranty. But to have this happen in one week didn't seem right. Jarret from their service department replied and asked us to bring it in. We did, they recharged the AC system and replaced the ignition coil at no charge. So far so good, the AC is working and the truck is running smoothly with no warning lights even after pulling a travel trailer to Ocean Shores and back. So I can recommend this dealer, they stood behind what they sold.

On multiple occasions, I was turned away because the shop claimed they were "too booked." What makes this even more frustrating is that two people I know came in as walk-ins shortly after I left (not even 30 mins later) and were taken in within 10 minutes. This has now happened to me twice, and it leaves me wondering why I was refused service while others were accommodated. To make matters worse, I was also told that I would need to go to another store and purchase my own parts for a routine oil change before they could perform the service. Customers should not be expected to source basic maintenance parts themselves. That suggests poor inventory management and a lack of preparation. Overall, the service has become inconsistent, disorganized, and disappointing. After years of being a loyal customer, this experience has completely changed my opinion of this part of this business. I can no longer recommend it and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Had oil dripping on my driveway for a week due to oil that got on frame while driving. Brought in motorhome for oil change. Drove about 300 miles and went to check oil level. Where is the oil cap? Oh, there it is, sitting on the coolant overflow tank. Luckily, it sat there the whole trip. That's the last time I go to this Walmart for an oil change.

Well this is the right place for you! I took my vehicle here to get a valve replaced in my Jeep Wrangler and received it with my paint peeling and bare metal in most places on the hood. When I received my car I spoke with Rick and asked him what might have caused it and he immediately took offense assuming that I was blaming him. I hadn't thought to until that moment. I did leave disrespectfully, I will admit however, when my vehicle was dropped off there was one part of clear coat pealing off, the only part that is untouched, and it came back to me as seen in the attached picture. When Rick was speaking over me and I was trying to get clarification on what could've happened, or if it truly wasn't a negligence issue, if they had noticed it, without putting the blame on him, the mechanic that actually worked on my car came up behind me with his hands up. As a 5'4 130lb person, amongst other things, I was obviously intimidated and told him to not touch me. This seemed to strike something in both of them. Whether it was done here or not, from negligence or not, is still unclear considering my questions were being spoken over and dismissed. And again, whether it happened here the car was paid for at 1pm that day and there was no mention of the paint issues when it was paid for. Today, trying to figure out a solution to my paint problem without going through these people again, my oil gauge shot up to high and then dropped and stopped my car. Luckily, I was stopped at the toll both and hadn't gotten onto the bridge, yet. If I had, this would be a slightly different story. So if you want a surprise and free paint job, and have a not so relaxing get away to the side of the Tacoma Narrows fixing a paint issue after getting your transmission worked on? This is the place for you!

There was one major issue. I told the owner that I was going to be taking my car on a long road…read moretrip and I needed all the safety checks done, tires checked, oil changed etc etc. When I went to pick up the car I specifically asked him about the tires and he said they looked good. Part way on my trip the sidewall of one of the tires gave out. The tire repair shop was flabbergasted to find that my tires were 25 years old. I had absolutely no idea they were that old (I did not put the tires on the car, I bought it second hand). I was relying on Blue Canary to do the paid for safety checks for me. When I returned to Blue Canary and told the owner (manager?) what I had discovered he definitely did not act surprised, dismayed, or even apologetic. He said he doesn't typically check the age of the tires. Something that several tire experts I spoke to said should be one of the first things done! It is extremely fortunate that I did not end up in a serious accident. I definitely would never rely on his assurance that things were taken care of and safe. In addition to the subpar service related to tire safety I also paid a considerable sum of money to have my engine cleaned. It definitely was not cleaned (didn't look like it had been cleaned at all). A rodent deterrent pack had been put inside the hood.... A very EXPENSIVE rodent pack since it appears that was all my expensive "engine cleaning" involved. He did offer to re-clean it when I got back to town and he was willing to do so when I brought it back in. However when I started talking with him about the situation with the tires I got totally disgusted with his attitude and left. I will not be back. And if you are concerned about anything that could be related to safety I would be cautious having it serviced by Bainbridge Blue Canary.

I was told that i…read moreneeded a $900 cutch job, Plus timing belt replacement for $700, a brake pad replace on 2 wheels etc. The estimate totaled $2000. We declined having that work done there. Instead we headed to another mechanic who fixed the cutch by a simple adjustment for free. The only recommendation from the second mechanic was to replace the timing belt for the cost of $200. It appears that we were charged $54 by Suquamish Auto Service for an evaluation that was not accurate or when correct the quote for repair was 3 times too high. I will never go back to Suquamish auto.
