Garbage. I've tried on about 3-4 occasions over the last year to set service up with these clowns and I've always been given the runaround so inevitably it doesn't fall through. It's the closest dealership to where I'm at but I'd rather just drive the extra 10 miles to Munday Chevrolet for a lot better service. read more

Buyers need to beware in dealing with Robbins Chevrolet as our experience with them was terrible as they were misleading and dis-honest on the paperwork. I was to co-sign for my daughter as this was her first vehicle to purchase but they switched the paperwork around so it was in my name. They asked me to co-sign and it was very clear to everyone. We will never purchase another vehicle from them as they were very tricky. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! 0 STARS!!!!!!! Left my car at 9 am. Only call from Ms Connie from Service was at noon. She said they could find the problem with my vehicle. She said she was going to call in five minutes which I never received. At 4:40 pm I called Connie to ask about my car and she said they did not know what was wrong with my car. Dealer had all day to work on my car and did not notified me. When I arrived at the Dealer Manager Chris from Service said Connie contacted me as per notes which were lies. I asked for the Director and General Manager and he said they left for the day. Zero STARS as my ratings. read more

I went to this dealership to see about purchasing a Colorado pickup. I was recommended by Chevrolet that they had the best prices and met my requirements. I met with one of the salesman, and they ensured me that the price was the "Robbins's pricing with bonus tag". He then asked for my keys to do the trade estimate and asked me to do a credit application to get approved for the special financing (which I knew I would get approved due to my good credit score). He gave me a quote of the same truck that I saw the website stating Robbins price of 26501-27570 range. Then I got the quote from Robbins, it was about 30k, 3-4k more than the website. I received a copy of the quote with the VIN and took a photo from the website to verify the pricing matching the VIN. It was truly a bait and switch, which is illegal. Sad. I walked out after demanding my keys back. It was truly a horrendous experience. I would not recommend going there and to ensure if you do purchase a vehicle, to do your homework before signing paperwork. Waste of my time. read more

The dealership was supposed to cover the work after GM HQ referred to the part to replace as covered by the GM warranty instead they wasted my time and resources. Multiple phone calls, voicemails, and no resolution after few days. Had to drive there myself to get information. After all they did not have the part in stock and would take weeks for them to order it and get it in stock. They wanted me to pay $1200+ for the repair and wait weeks for my C6 corvette to be ready. Instead I paid $125 for the OEM part on RockAuto.Com got it in two days and replaced it within few hours. I was back on the road in no time. Thanks RockAuto. Robbins Chevrolet, I will never do any of my business with you nor will I say anything positive about my experience there. Applied online for financing and I was repeatedly contacted by Robbins. Took off work to go in and look for a used vehicle to purchase. Although Darren the car salesman was very nice after waiting for 1 hour I was told I was denied and needed a cosigner even though all this was discussed over the phone. I would not recommend this lot to anyone because they like to play with your time. read more

Well it wouldn't be right to only report the bad and not the good. Robbins has definitely improved. I took my Corvette back because of a whining ad rattling noise. This time they had a rental car. They put me in a 2016 Nissan Altima which was brand new. Actually I almost let them have that Corvette (just kidding). I received a phone call the next day from Jose Quezada letting me know what was wrong with my car and the corrective actions they were taking. Like clock work my car was repaired. I am one satisfied customer. I can now say that my car is back to normal. High fives to Robbins Collision Center or should I say Jose. Thank you for a job well done! read more

I was told a part was being ordered for my vehicle in Dec of 2016. Then in February of 2017 I was told the part was never ordered and the dealership would not order it because the latest diagnostic test showed it worked. If something doesn't work one day and works the next, it does not mean it works. During this last visit a technian serving my car spit tobacco dip in my back passenger door compartment. I have pictures of this disgusting act. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I would give this dealership zero stars if I could. read more

Brung my car in Monday 6:59 am because my check engine light was on. Didnt hear from NOBODY about an update. I had to call them to get the status of my car. Didnt hear nothing from them until tuesday later in the day. They stated they had to recalibrate a sensor so the check engine light can go off and its going to cost $250. Okay cool, gets my car Wednesday parked it. Thursday comes i start my car pull out my driveway and the check engine light BACK ON!!! So yall basically charged me 250 to reset my check engine light and now its back on. NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH ROBBINS CHEVY AGAIN! In February 2017, my 2009 Chevrolet Silverado broke down. I had not been to Robbins Chevrolet before, but they were in close proximity to my work (where I broke down), so I had the vehicle towed to them. The service representative that was assisting me was Alex Fierro. The truck was delivered without me present, and Alex took good care to ensure it was received and kept me updated. I had purchased an extended warranty, and Alex contacted them directly to open a claim. After teardown and diagnosis, it was determined that the lifters and camshaft needed to be replaced. My extended warranty company denied the claim, stating the contract excludes repairs that have a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) from the manufacturer on the issue (a fine-print in the contract). The cost of both options (repair vs. new engine) were both very high. Extremely frustrated and feeling deceived by the warranty company, Alex advised that GM might be able to assist in the repair. Being a 2009 with 113,000 miles I understood I was out of basic warranty, but was hopeful GM would help me considering I've had multiple issues with this vehicle in the past (at 20000 miles due to throttle body failure, at 40000 miles with same issue discussed here, and some aftermath effects of having a sub-par engine rebuild that occurred at a different Chevrolet dealership). Over the years, I had taken extremely good care of my Silverado, and it is very frustrating to have failures occur that are out of your control, and that are known defects. After a few correspondences with GM, they reached out to Robbins Chevrolet to discuss the repair and goodwill assistance. I spoke with Robbins Service Director Geoff Ondrus and with the Service Manager Chris Schuller regarding the case. In parallel, they directed me to work with Don Thompson in Sales, and were willing to help work a fair deal with a potential trade-in. A few days later, they had worked some magic with GM in the background, and I received the good news from Alex stating that GM approved paying a very significant portion of the repair. My truck was on the lift with engine completely torn apart on the floor for several weeks, and the staff at Robbins was not only patient with me trying to seek outside assistance, they were very supportive. Wednesday evening 1/27/2016 Walked the entire lot looking to buy a new truck, looked for a sales rep nobody was available in the lot. Walked in the showroom there was a sales rep standing by himself didn't even acknowledged us another group of salesmen were in a group talking with each other. I spent 2 days emailing back and forth with a sales manager and a sales person about trading in my truck and purchasing a specific truck. I was sent details on the truck with all of the options it had and it was posted on their website. After I drove from Baytown to humble to see and drive this truck they not only did not have it, it sold a few days before that. I should have been told by them that they no longer had it and I should have received better service when I was there. I arrived and went to the used part of the dealership as o wanted to look at a used truck. I was rudely told to go to the new part and speak to them. I the. Stood inside of the new part waiting for the person that had been emailing me for 15 or so minutes for her to pass me off to someone more "knowledgeable" on trucks. My service did not change any after that. I'm glad I wasted my time and fuel to drive all the way up there for poor service and to not even get to see the $38k truck I had hoped to see. Avoid this dealer they will do anything to get you in the door! After over a month of attempting to speak with the gentleman who replied to my review asking me to contact him I still have not been able to work anything out. I sent him 3 emails before he replied once and asked me to send my number so we could work together to resolve the problems I had and I never heard back, so I emailed him again and 2 weeks later I still have not received a phone call or email reply. Don't shop here for your vehicle. They are untrustworthy and want to appear like they are doing the right thing but don't actually care to do the right thing in my experience. read more

I had a bad experience turned into a good - this is what happen - I had my oil changed and and was told that i needed to change out the air filter - i was driving my car and all of a sudden i get an engine light - i called and spoke to Lazina Holiday - by this time i had already research the error code and checked the corvette forums and all indicated that it was a faulty air filter - i explain to Mrs Holiday and she said bring it in and we will check - found out that there was a missing part - she is in the process of getting it ordered and hopefully everything is ok - i really appreciate the fact that this department owned up to the mistake and are working to resolve the issue - Thank you read more

Quick and professional service. They diagnosed the problem, as and when promised. They also must have done some repairs, as my car is doing much better now. It was a great bargain relative to how little they charged and how much they did. They are great! I had taken my car to Driver's Automotive and after 3 visits and $3500 in charges, they still had not fixed it. For less than $200, Robbins Chevrolet fixed it. Worst sales experience ever. I had a pre-approved Capital One offer, they ran my credit over 12 times and even running it as my maiden name with punctuation and my full middle name. Never once coming and saying I had a great deal already from Cap One but actually saying it wasn't real. You can believe that I was educated as to the numbers I wanted but never expected to be handled as we were or was a prepared for the plays they were throwing at us but it took us walking away and going to another dealership to truly see the fraud and scam they were playing. Don't buy into the "manager" calling to check on you, it's a ploy to get the final sales pitch in with promises. Don't buy into all their shiny deals and free stuff they push when they see you ask to many questions on the hard numbers. Demand black and white and when they won't show it, leave. When I asked I was made to feel stupid and told they just didn't have they spaces on the paper to show our GM Family discount or rebates. Sad to have been a GM family customer too and be treated as such. I have only began my voice on this because now after working so hard to keep my credit clean they have bombarded it. Save you money and your respect and go outside our city limits. We went to Conroe, Buckalew Chevrolet and drove out with a brand new 2017 Tahoe with only 2 miles on it, in less than 3 hours ...nothing like the 216 mile one they were pushing on us that they drove around town, but hey they "promised" us free leather, not, even then it wasn't free. Be smart and if you are feeling disrespected trust your gut, walk away, and really evaluate. They may do this to everyone and maybe not but being that so many walk through their door, it's nothing to lose a few if they can't make a large profit. Horrible way to handle anybody and ruined my new car buying experience but it made me appreciate the buy from Buckalew even more so I guess I can thank them for that. Brought my 2015 Equinox in for front end damage and warranty claim on 7/15/15. Worked completed from body shop 7/24/15. I was contacted by the service shop that they would look at my warranty issue on Monday 7/27/15 and that I might need to go up to the dealership Monday if they cannot locate the noise. Tuesday 7/28/15, I called he service center at 4:00PM. At 5:30PM I received a call back saying they have yet to get to my issue but will Wednesday. Called at 8:30AM Thursday 7/30/15 still have yet to get to the warranty issue. I am done with this. I spend six days on a rental car for nothing. What the real underlying issue is, since its warranty they push it back do to paying jobs. Oh I forgot, we paid the $2,400 for the front end damage up front "before" they started work but cant seem to handle a small warranty issue. read more

Can't say enough good things about him. Matrix was very knowledgeable and didn't waste my time. The positive customer reviews were spot on. No hard sell, did not pressure me. STAY AWAY !!!! LIARS..VERY UNETHICAL " I BELIEVE IT WAS BECAUSE I WAS WOMAN!" This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I took my vehicle in for a simply oil change, 30 minutes later I was advised that I needed a new motor(Ive NEVER had ANY issues with this vehicle 2012 Camero. I had to plead with the director for a rental he was very rude and but finally realized that providing a rental was the right thing to do. When I picked up my vehicle (post) new engine I had to bring it immediately back to have the air extracted out of the steering , 1 week later I had to bring it back once again for a loose hose that service forgot to hook back up, 7 days later the car started dying on dangerous roadways along with many other problems. I brought it back and explained that I should not be experiencing all of these issues (after all a new engine was just put in 4 weeks ago). The advisor stated that the vehicle could not be looked at for at least 10 days (????) REALLY??? I was almost killed on 249 when the engine THAT YOU "JUST" PUT IN DIED while I was on the road way!!!!! And you want me to wait 10 days????? that's when I requested to talk to the (supervisor) he advised me that it was not their fault of the engine and it would only be worked on if I payed for service and transportation CERTAINLY would not be provided while the vehicle was being serviced (all of these issues within a month of a new $6,800 engine) (UN ACCEPTABLE!!) THEN after all of this the crew commented that I should not be upset because I didn't have to pay for it. (Warranty) REALLY DID THEY JUST SAY THAT????? I called Ricky Bishop (the General Manger )to let him know about the issues and about accountability -he was very obnoxious and a liar, he said that his service dept. told him the there were other issues and actually hug up in my face and told me he is refusing to see the car at his dealership PERIOD! I then called Mr. Robbins , one of the owners , he would not even talk to me- he had Ricky Bishop call me back, all of a sudden Bishop offered to see the vehicle (if I pay) again he informed me that the dealership would not provide transportation(previous conversation) I told him that I had missed work he said that's not his problem....After this experience I was curious about what others had to say about their experiences. And WOW several had some of the same issues!!!!!. They are horrible, unethical liars, BE AWARE AND PLEASE , PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

This establishment is nothing short of a bunch of criminals. I will also take action on this as it really is fraud. I brought my car in for 3 items to be fixed. They in turn did an inspection and agreed with the 3 items I already knew about. Due to their outrageous pricing, I had them only fix one item. I took care of the other two items myself at a $1,500 savings and only about an hour of my time. However, they also said I needed new front rotors and front breaks. I just laughed and said I don't think so. You see, I just had new breaks put on. Just to be safe and make sure there wasn't something faulty with the new breaks I had put on, I took it to a completely different establishment (NTB) to have my breaks checked out. NTB checked the breaks out and asked why I would even have them looked at as they looked new. I said they are new. I explained to them what had just happened. They were in shock just as I was. This is the first time with any Chevrolet dealership that this has happened. I do NOT want to crucify all Chevrolet dealerships as I have had good experiences with most of them. Like a lot of us, we've been dissatisfied with car sales and service experiences at new and used car dealerships. Much easier to complain but I wanted to take the time to thank Chris and Richard in the Robbins Chevy service department for making the effort to try and get it right on my Corvette. Since I purchased the vehicle at another Chevy dealer a year ago, I've had trouble with the tape stripes. The back ones have been replaced three times - they pucker and wrinkle due to flexing of the body and rear wing. My point is, they've made every effort to get this right. What I like is they don't make me feel like I'm a pain in the... Corvette owners have an expectation, take extreme pride in their cars and want them to be treated with respect (as all cars should be). Chris understands that I expect the stripes to be perfect and wants to get them to be that way. I appreciate the efforts! read more

I received a letter from Robbins dealership regarding an opportunity to trade my Chevy Cruze and possibility of getting into a newer model. This letter was sent by Mel. I visited the dealership and met Mel who asked Ariel to work with me regarding a new Chevrolet. I also got to work with Magid who took me on a test drive. All three men provided Outstanding Customer Service. The finance manager, Patrick was awesome as well. The final finance employee that finished all the paperwork was very nice and made the paperwork process painless all due to Mel as I was told.
