These guys are literally the best…read more So anyone who has renovated a house or apartment in NYC has a horror story or two. We are no exception, and the guy who has been working on our apartment, as nice as it's coming out, is an absolute monster of a human being. We of course, didn't know this until well into the process, and yes he was referred by a family friend who is in the business. So when further work was needed on the the boiler and pipes in the basement, and the old washer and dryer in the basement needed to be removed and new ones installed we knew we needed someone else to do it. Enter Evgenii, Yevgeniy and ProfisLine. OMG they saved our life. Not only were they responsive, they came quickly, were professional (breath of fresh air), and so so nice overall. Like seriously, I can't begin to thank them all enough. The boiler and vents were not only fixed, they were made better, safer, and the whole property now has much more regulated heat. As for appliances, the washer and dryer wouldn't have fit through the door as it was configured. Yevgeniy said, "no sweat, happens all the time in NYC", and disassembled the old ones, removed them, then disassembled the new ones, installed them and reassembled as if they were fresh from the factory. They did all of this at very very reasonable prices. The last bit of fun was the new unit's thermostat. The contractor moved it, as per my instructions, to a more centralized location so the unit could be more regulated. NBD, right? oh very wrong, and its become a big deal. The Rockstar that he is, he found a wire in the studs (we went down to the studs on this unit, full gut reno job) and assumed it was a thermostat line to the boiler. He then built new walls, and did a hugely expensive paint job on the whole house. this was when it was still warm out.....he also threw the old thermostat down on the ground still plugged in. This became important when it got cold. He was going to charge me to install a nest thermostat. These can be installed by literally anyone, and as I had already given this guy a couple of hundred thousand dollars, I was a bit insulted that he was even asking (I not so nicely let him know where he could stick it). The install took me around 10 min, and when I went to attach the unit to the plate, I was surprised it didn't get power. I mean, the power line was in R, so whats the deal.....after around 2 days and 2 electricians later, we realized he had used the friggin doorbell line as the thermostat line. So my thermostat could ring my door, but it certainly couldn't control the heat. Yevgeniy to the rescue again. he gave me the option of a wireless solution, or running a new line. As I like a smart home, and I am team google, I asked him to run a new line, which he will be doing next week, again for a reasonable cost. if you need literally anything in your house done, call these guys. They are truly incredible, efficient, and will invoice you via email so you can pay with a card easily. Cliché as it is, I would give them 100 stars if I could, I owe them so so much.

I live in the gentrified portion of Newark, right next to Harrison. There are families walking their dogs every other days and events in the park. I live right next to Rutgers and NJIT, and am covered by their campus police forces. I don't buy him feeling unsafe, since Elizabeth has the potential to be as rough as some parts of Newark (which again, I don't live in). Regardless, if he felt unsafe, he could have told us earlier instead of wasting our time and now we have to find another HVAC in the middle of a heat wave. Do not use this service, they are unprofessional.

I thought they would never come from that far away, Nathan from Right Way assured me they come up my way a couple of times a week. I asked for a call from the driver when he was about 30 minutes away, and he did. My husband went home to meet them and was very impressed with their timing, experience and respect for our home. They fixed my dishwasher and ordered a part to be put on in the future to make it run more efficiently. I would recommend them and give them 5 Right way ordered the part for my dishwasher, kept in contact with me as to when they could install it. I told them to schedule the appointment for when it's convenient for them because my dishwasher still worked so it wasn't urgent. They texted me, called me and emailed me to set up an appointment that fit my schedule. Before They installed the part they showed me what the problem was. They were very quick with the installation but made sure everything was working properly before the left.

I'm…read moreglad this company has gotten some reviews on Yelp recently as I was looking at their services in October of last year and there were no Yelp reviews at that point. My experience with them was a little mixed, as I will explain below. First off, the woman who answered the phone and did the initial coordination was nice and professional. I can't remember her name unfortunately, but that was appreciated. Seems like this company is willing to send someone to do a free quote for a job, which is good and how it should be IMO. I found that some other companies still charge for this though. She set me up for an appointment in the near future. The day of the appointment for a quote arrived. The person who was coming was not on time. I called them and they said that the guy was running about 20 minutes late. I waited 20 minutes, no guy. I waited for a while longer after that but he was very late at this point so I called them and left a message that I was leaving at this point as he was late and I wasn't going to wait any longer to eat dinner. As I was walking out, I saw this disheveled looking kid walking around my apartment complex. Turns out he was the guy who they sent. I told him that I didn't want to get the estimate anymore because he was very late. He looked angry, wasn't apologetic at all, and gave me a bit of an attitude. I'd rather not put the name of this kid in my review for the purposes of being merciful. Needless to say, I pretty much crossed All in One off my list after this incident. They did follow up with me afterwards to offer an apology and offered to send someone else. I hadn't decided on a company yet so I thought I'd give them another chance. The next person who came was plumber named Christina. Christina was very friendly, professional, and communicated excellently the whole time I dealt with her. She arrived right on time and did the estimate. The estimate she gave me was, by far, the best price I was offered after checking with like 3-4 other companies. She also let me know that I could buy my own shower kit for her to install (instead of the company themselves providing everything and there possibly being more room for upcharges as a result). I was able to text with her for feedback and she was very responsive. So I decided to pull the trigger on having her do the job. I live in a co-op apartment complex and there were a few more hoops to jump through than if I was having work done in my own private house. My co-op requires a licensed and insured plumber to do work on my apartment. All in One is licensed and insured FYI. I would have preferred to hire someone who was more underground in order to save money, but I couldn't in this situation unfortunately. Christina arrived on the day of the job and did the work. She let me know that the job was done and that my shower was no longer leaking. However, when I got back, my shower was still leaking. I was understandably upset that my problem wasn't solved, but I was able to talk to Christina and she let me know that another component (the shower cartridge) was to blame. I was a bit skeptical as my super had already changed the cartridge a few times, but I was appreciative that she was willing to come back that weekend to do the cartridge fix. Thankfully, after she came back to do that, my shower no longer was leaking, and hasn't been leaking since. So overall, my problem ended up being solved for a much lower price than what most other companies in the area were charging. But it came with some hiccups. Getting plumbing work done is a very, very stressful and expensive project. There were companies that were charging more than double the price of what All in One offered. But I had a good experience with Christina and would definitely recommend working with her specifically. Hope my long review was helpful.
