Mood - lunch Upon entering you walk up to the counter and place your order. The menu is above the front counter, and their specials are on the wall. You order at the counter, pay, find seating, and wait for your order to be called. I opted for the Carne Asada Fries. Wow & Wow again. It was truly loaded with so much meat that I was not disappointed in the slightest. The portion was alot. Enough to where I could share. Interior is several table and chair arrangements. Plus a salsa bar. The friendliness of the staff can be very hit or miss at this location.Today's experience however was pleasant. Would recommend- pricing is reasonable, portions are decent Location is Craig/ Nellis - ample parking

Open 24/7 in a sketchy strip mall. BUT don't, absolutely don't, let that fool you. This place is off the hook when it comes to good Mexican food. Want a delicious breakfast burrito? Then this place is where it's at...I love their carne asada, adobado, and chorizo. Pick your poison, they've got it. My go to place any time I'm at Nellis AFB or in Las Vegas!!!

Burnt carne asada and raw fries. Worst carne asada fries ever.

Our worst Roberto's experience ever! Roberto's is usually out go to late night dining experience and have had good experiences at many of the other locations so we have come to trust the quality of the chains food; that is except for this location. First off coming here late a night is a bad idea. The salsa bar was a buffet for local bums. While we were waiting for our food, we saw 2 different bums walk in and grab carrots and ice and then walk out . When we ordered there was no one else waiting for food so we thought naturally that we would get our food rather quickly. Not the case, 2 orders went out before we got our food an when we did it was sitting on the queuing rack. I must've been there for at least 10 minutes. When we finally got back to the room eat our food we were disappointed with what we got. First the carne asada fries were a disaster. The fries were undercooked and raw and the carne asada was nearly burnt to a crisp. There were tons of black burnt bits mixed into the fires as well. We had to fish though the entire box and pick out the burnt chunks. Every other piece of meat was burnt on one end so even the "safe pieces" weren't edible. See my pics of the dish if you don't believe me. The cantinas tacos had the same problem. The carnitas was old and hard like jerky an could not be eaten w/o breaking a tooth. The only thing that was "normal" was the rolled tacos. Another major mess up was there was guacamole on everything when I specifically asked for no guacamole since the GF is allergic. We hate to waste food but none of this was edible. If you dont believe me look at the pictures I uploaded... The place is not on par with the other Roberto's that we have eaten at. I don't want to thrash a business but there are many things that need to be taken care of at this location. I'm sure that this place would be a health inspectors dream... Shame on you Mr. Roberto for this place.

It was decent food. It is in a sketchy strip mall. My experience wasn't as bad as some of the reviews, I've had better.

Decent Mexican food. I like the variety but it was nothing out of the park. A pretty messed up part of town, but I would go again.

The interior is clean, welcoming, fun, and definitely photo-worthy. The staff and service were personable, friendly, and very accommodating. I ordered the dinner special, which included a shredded beef taco and a comforting bowl of albóndigas soup. We also shared the guacamole, which was delicious and featured a unique, seasonal flavor twist. To finish, we split a slice of tres leches cake, and it was easily one of the best I've ever had. I'll absolutely be returning to Hola to try more of their menu, especially since it's so conveniently close to home.

I really like the interior decor which is like a very contemporary and upscale Mexican. They have a variety of table and booth seating and a large bar. Our server, Hunter, was very friendly and attentive. He always ended every interaction with "have fun!" I tried the "el corazon" sangria which was delicious! It had a wonderful, warm flavor with a light hint of cinnamon yet it was still cold and refreshing! A cool tip - each drink comes with a little card with a symbol on it and the drink ingredients. Save this card! At each table is a game board of sorts that offers various prizes as you match the cards on the game board sort of like bingo. We really enjoyed the complimentary chips and salsa, and we tried the traditional guacamole with vegetables as well. The guacamole was wonderfully cool and creamy and flavorful. For my entree, I tried the chicken fajitas which is served on a steaming platter with various accompaniments. This was also very delicious, and the chicken was quite flavorful and juicy. A small side note - it was served with a cous cous of sort, but I think I would've preferred a simple Spanish rice. The chicken portion size also seemed a bit smaller than when we get fajitas at Chili's. I would recommend you get double meat if you want to share. We decided to try the chocolate flan and the fried ice cream sundae for dessert. I preferred the flavor of the flan and the unique textures of the flan which had the jiggly caramel flan part on top of a more cake like chocolate part below. I honestly think the fried ice cream was not too good. It did not taste freshly fried, and the coating was very dry and brittle and hard to eat. I prefer the places that serve the fried ice cream warm with a very bubbly crust that is both crunchy outside and a bit soft inside. This was not that. Overall, though, we really enjoyed the dining experience here! We will probably return and try their weekday "Fajitas and Ritas" special! I recommend Hola!

This place is not worth your money. You can get better quality food and larger portions for one-third of the price at Don Tortaco. Yes, this place is THAT bad. We ordered the carne asada nachos, a chorizo breakfast burrito, a bean and cheese burrito, and two strawberry churros. The breakfast burrito honestly wasn't bad. However, it was $20, and I still felt like I needed another burrito afterward. The carne asada nachos looked were made with a mix of ground beef and carne asada instead of just carne asada. The most disappointing item was the $15 bean and cheese burrito. I included a photo in this review because it was mostly tortilla, and the cheese wasn't even melted. As for the churros, we originally ordered regular churros, but they told us they didn't have plain churros available on a Friday night, so we were pushed into getting the strawberry ones instead. Despite being strawberry flavored, they were drenched in cinnamon and sugar. They were awful.

This is a place that you need to make reservations and come nicely dressed. No flip flops, no shorts for men, no baseball caps. They have a VIP Lounge for their Members, including a Hidden Menu for them. Ambiance is very romantic, low lights, music, performers staring at 8pm every night. Perfect for a romantic date, business dinner or celebrating something. Food is Mexican upscale an very exquisite. They have original drinks and each dish is beautifully decorated. We ordered a Matcha Martini (can't even describe how good it was). For food we had the Crispy Calamari and Chicken Enchiladas. Perfect for sharing, delicate and it is a explosion of flavors in your mouth. Service is so outstanding, Mariah and Jesus were our servers. You get assigned two servers even being a party of two. Since entering the restaurant we were treated like VIP and everyone said Happy Anniversary to us. They had even read our special instructions of dietary restrictions (gluten and dairy free). At the end of our dining experience the Chef sent us a Dairy Free, Gluten free and Vegan dessert on the house to celebrate oour special day. It was such the perfect touch to end our dining experience. It was our first time here, we will definitely come back and reserve for a later time since the only thing we missed were the performers because they show up later at night.
