I informed her that this was extremely poor service and I took a picture of her and told her that I would go ahead and post it online so that people could understand her extremely poor level of customer interaction. She began laughing and shouting that she didn't care and that I couldn't do anything to her. I'm not sure I've ever seen someone in a leadership role act in such an unprofessional manner. All of the other employees were looking over knowingly, I presume that they have to deal with her attitude on a regular basis? I'm not sure I've ever seen a worse manager - an employee informed me that her name was supposedly "Mirna" however I was unable to verify this as this woman was not wearing a badge or identifiers of any kind other than the obvious manager or supervisor shirt.
