Mood - lunch Upon entering you walk up to the counter and place your order. The menu is above the front counter, and their specials are on the wall. You order at the counter, pay, find seating, and wait for your order to be called. I opted for the Carne Asada Fries. Wow & Wow again. It was truly loaded with so much meat that I was not disappointed in the slightest. The portion was alot. Enough to where I could share. Interior is several table and chair arrangements. Plus a salsa bar. The friendliness of the staff can be very hit or miss at this location.Today's experience however was pleasant. Would recommend- pricing is reasonable, portions are decent Location is Craig/ Nellis - ample parking

Open 24/7 in a sketchy strip mall. BUT don't, absolutely don't, let that fool you. This place is off the hook when it comes to good Mexican food. Want a delicious breakfast burrito? Then this place is where it's at...I love their carne asada, adobado, and chorizo. Pick your poison, they've got it. My go to place any time I'm at Nellis AFB or in Las Vegas!!!

Burnt carne asada and raw fries. Worst carne asada fries ever.

Our worst Roberto's experience ever! Roberto's is usually out go to late night dining experience and have had good experiences at many of the other locations so we have come to trust the quality of the chains food; that is except for this location. First off coming here late a night is a bad idea. The salsa bar was a buffet for local bums. While we were waiting for our food, we saw 2 different bums walk in and grab carrots and ice and then walk out . When we ordered there was no one else waiting for food so we thought naturally that we would get our food rather quickly. Not the case, 2 orders went out before we got our food an when we did it was sitting on the queuing rack. I must've been there for at least 10 minutes. When we finally got back to the room eat our food we were disappointed with what we got. First the carne asada fries were a disaster. The fries were undercooked and raw and the carne asada was nearly burnt to a crisp. There were tons of black burnt bits mixed into the fires as well. We had to fish though the entire box and pick out the burnt chunks. Every other piece of meat was burnt on one end so even the "safe pieces" weren't edible. See my pics of the dish if you don't believe me. The cantinas tacos had the same problem. The carnitas was old and hard like jerky an could not be eaten w/o breaking a tooth. The only thing that was "normal" was the rolled tacos. Another major mess up was there was guacamole on everything when I specifically asked for no guacamole since the GF is allergic. We hate to waste food but none of this was edible. If you dont believe me look at the pictures I uploaded... The place is not on par with the other Roberto's that we have eaten at. I don't want to thrash a business but there are many things that need to be taken care of at this location. I'm sure that this place would be a health inspectors dream... Shame on you Mr. Roberto for this place.

Staffers were very friendly and quickly filled our order of a plain and dry Double-Double with Cheese, Cheeseburger with Grilled Onion, Hamburger with Raw Onion, a Diet Coke, and three orders of French Fries. Everything tasted great except for one burger that contained a hamburger patty with obviously well done meat. Still this was nicely obscured by the very fresh and crunchy produce that accompanied the meat. The Fries were light, tan and perfectly deep fried. We speedily dispatched our food, and drove on to Laughlin. In the future, when in North Las Vegas we will come here rather than fight the multitudes farther north on Fifth Street. XXXX-1/2 stars overall!

UNACCEPTABLE!!!…read more Unfortunately, you cannot leave the stars blank. This ladies and gentleman is what we call a zero star establishment! After coming to this location various times in the past, today was the icing on the cake. My issue with fast food chains are simply the lack of quality customer service from employees. Today's encounter included a "MANAGER" who obviously was not trained on professionalism, leadership, and quality service. My sister and I decided to stop by this location to grab a bite for lunch. Upon arrival through the drive thru my sister attempted to place her order. My sister asked if she can place separate orders to avoid mix ups and the "MANAGER" ( who we did not find out until later) says "we don't have time for all that". No hesitation it just rolled off her tongue like she's said this more than once. Her tone was rude and quite disrespectful to say the least. We discontinue our order and decide to go inside to speak to someone about the behavior as we were no longer in interested in our food, but now wanted to better understand the reason for the response. We went inside and were greeted by the cashier who happily accepted our request to speak to the "manager" and come to find out the "manager" was the rude employee from the drive thru. My sister and I attempted to address directly with the "manager" about her behavior asking why so rude in the drive thru and she did not care. The "manager" who's name is Jacqueline decides to continue her rude behavior with a sarcastic tone, rolling eyes, walking away and coming back to front counter, and tries to justify that her comment was because "the establishment had a lot of people". I'm sorry but this is fast food and she was not left alone in the kitchen. Customers were not expressing being impatient and had no questions about the speed of their orders. Furthermore, it still did not provide a valid excuse to behave in a manager as such. As my sister attempted to discuss with the "manager" the "manager" continues to not show any professionalism and dismisses both me and my sister's concerns while continuing to be argumentative. Before the "manager" decided to maker her exit from the counter I asked if I could speak to someone above her and she states no one above her is available on property and to contact customer service for our concerns. Please note my sister and I never got to complete our order and made no purchase but as the "manager" decided to be dismissive and offer no pivotal alternatives to ensure a solution was found she randomly prints out a receipt of another customers order with their credit card information listed, which is not okay. I'm sorry but this was a beyond my imagination experience and this is not okay. It takes nothing to be professional at minimum but this particular individual took her lack of leadership to the next level. Again, if you don't like people stop working around them, it's that simple! You don't represent just the location, but the brand and all it takes is one bad apple and people must be held accountable for their behavior. Yes, I will be contacting corporate as directed by "Ms. Manager"and look forward to hearing from the business manager of this establishment.

Thinking that I would have a positive experience I went into this location on my way to an appointment downtown. Upon walking in I asked the woman who was dressed as a manager to buzz the restroom so that I might use it and she refused saying you need to buy something first. I said I would buy something however I need to use the restroom - she flat out refused saying I needed to buy something first. I went ahead and told her that I thought that was poor customer service and proceeded to purchase something and then asked for my receipt and she refused to give it to me. I then asked her what her name was and she refused to identify herself. She was the only manager on shift I could see and was somewhat short and stocky with a bulbous middle section. I informed her that this was extremely poor service and I took a picture of her and told her that I would go ahead and post it online so that people could understand her extremely poor level of customer interaction. She began laughing and shouting that she didn't care and that I couldn't do anything to her. I'm not sure I've ever seen someone in a leadership role act in such an unprofessional manner. All of the other employees were looking over knowingly, I presume that they have to deal with her attitude on a regular basis? I should note that after purchasing my items she still refused to open the restroom. I'm not sure I've ever seen a worse manager - an employee informed me that her name was supposedly "Mirna" however I was unable to verify this as this woman was not wearing a badge or identifiers of any kind other than the obvious manager or supervisor shirt. After she left and went into the kitchen, a different employee was at the register and I asked her to reprint my receipt, however she was actually unable to do so and had to get the manager to come and assist. She was very irritated and was trying not to be photographed. She was claiming that she would call the police and I told her to go ahead as I thought they would be interested in the fact that they she would not allow a paying customer to use the restroom. I should note that every other employee I interacted with, the other cashier and someone on the floor, everyone else was friendly and jovial as they have been in my previous visits to this location. I think a change in leadership or at least an in-service would be appropriate as this woman clearly does not understand customer service. I strongly recommend anyone who wants to go to McDonald's to avoid this location and go to the one further west down on Craig. Obviously, I will be contacting the franchise owner and I will be sending the information to corporate so that they might now this particular location and inform the franchise owner.

It's still mostly like Hummus Republic but now offers SIX Indian Fusion Dishes. It's a bit different than it used to be and Indian Music fills the air. I thought we'd start off by sharing the Pani Puri Appetizer because they usually are the most delicious appetizers in Indian Restaurants. They weren't made to their description on menu or even the way pani puri are in every Indian restaurant anywhere. On Hummus Club's own menu they say that the pani puri are suppose to be filled with potatoes, chick peas and onions. Ours weren't filled with that and instead had cabbage, corn, tomatoes, lettuce, and tamarind sauce. The water on the side to fill them was much thinner and less herbed than I ever had anywhere else. The biggest fault might have been my husband's build your own bowl. All the food was barely warm and bordered on being cold. I don't know if the equipment is not functioning correctly or possibly they set up in a hurry and just didn't heat up the food? Either way this is a problem. I tried the chicken tikka masala bowl. It was suppose to be served with yellow rice but they gave me white rice. This bowl was made fresh and wasn't the best but was a lot better than my husband's bowl. They also only had one person working. She made the appetizer after our bowls. If they couldn't put something in a dish that should be in a dish (pani puri missing potatoes and chic peas ) I would understand if someone cared to take the time to say something to me.
