My daughter and I went to the location at 4445 W. Charleston around 1pm. I asked about the Wednesday special which is Pork Tacos. One of the workers(lady) spoke in Spanish to the cashier, and she said no, they don't have any more pork. I asked for an alternative, she said no again. They did not want to serve me due to my ethnic race. I called and asked to speak to the Manager, and the young lady hung up on me. read more

The food is truly authentic, full of flavor, and made with care. The chipotle sauce is hands down the best. It's not spicy at all, just smooth and flavorful, and it pairs perfectly with the chicken. I also really appreciate how flexible and accommodating they are. If you have allergies or are picky with your food, they genuinely do their best to help and customize your meal. I know they have a location on rainbow, so I came to try this place out. This restaurant has burgers, and I have come twice. I keep ordering the habanero burger, it is my favorite. The habanero slaw with the habanero sauce is so good, I tried the ensenada burger as well, also delicious. I will come back to try the other burgers. I had the tostilocos with the chips on the side. It was very fresh, I saw them squeezing fresh Limón, absolutely delicious. I like both locations very much. The restaurant is also very clean and I am so grateful the music is not obnoxiously loud. I always get the asada fries and my wife gets the quesadilla plate. Each time we order its always the best.

I would not recommend eating at this place. The food was not good at all -- it tasted almost like dog food. Our server, Saidie, was very rude, even though I still left her a tip. They also left items out of my to-go order. When I called back to let them know, a woman answered and hung up on me while I was trying to explain the issue. What a surprise. I noticed the $1.49 taco price signage after shopping at Walmart. I figured, why not? Plenty of parking. The place is big inside and practically empty. I ordered 3 tacos: pollo, pastor and carnitas tacos. Altogether, it came out to $4.84. What a deal! And they're tasty, too. The best one by far is the carnitas taco. I could eat a dozen carnitas tacos, and another dozen more. Will have to come back and try the pozole. read more

This was my first time eating at Habanero Grill. I understand they have two locations, I will have to visit the original location on Rainbow. The service was fantastic. Damariz, who took my order, was very sweet and her recommendations were great! At her very kind behest, I ordered the breakfast chilaquiles and I do not regret a single bite! Authenticity in every tortilla chip. I also ordered a Jamaica mixed with Piña/mango agua fresca and it hit the spot. The food was really good! Tacos were delicious and the tortas... we also tried the coffee horchata it's good just a little sweet. I tried the elote en vaso it was decent it had either Valentina or tapatío not a good mix... we also the nachos they were so good. Food came out quick. Customer service was great too. This was a pretty bad experience. I usually try to support smaller, local businesses but this was legit awful. I ordered something simple - Super Nachos with no cream. I was charged $1 for "No cream" which I only realized later. I left the store to go to Smart and Final next door for about 5 or 6 minutes. When I returned, they had no clue about my order and the employee was very flustered. She ended up having to take a photo of my receipt on my phone. Then they made the nachos and gave them to me...COVERED IN CREAM. I politely sent it back. 10 minutes later, they brought out the nachos with no cream. Then I had to beg for salsa. I then took the nachos home only to realize there was NO CHEESE on the nachos. Just chips and meat and guac. This place is an absolute fail on just the most basic level. This place seriously hit the spot. The tacos were so good--full of flavor and they don't hold back on the meat at all. You actually get your money's worth, which is rare these days. The elote was incredible, probably one of the best I've had in a while--creamy, flavorful, just perfect. The staff was super friendly and everything came out fast, which was a nice surprise. We are here for lunch. While the food may be good, the cleanliness was not up to par. The women's bathroom was disgusting! It smelled like an outhouse and had a filthy toilet bowl. The tables were not cleaned. We ordered a Mexican 7-up since they didn't have Coke and it had aspartame in it. They didn't mention it was diet! We cannot have aspartame so we wasted it. It took a very long time to get one sopapilla and taco. Maybe work on these things to get a better rating. With all the Mexican Restaurants nearby, I'd choose another! read more

They keep changing the prices for adding cheese and sour cream. When I started coming here the sour cream was .50 cents for each taco. Now it's .79 cents. The cheese was .70 cents now it's alot more than that. I order the same thing every time and I get different prices every time. Plus now the charge .49 to use a debit card. Food shouldn't cost this much. I can buy a small sour cream and block of cheese cheaper. This place has great street tacos. I don't think I'll go back because of the way the prices keep changing. And they charge a lot for adding things on and you hardly get anything and they are okay with price gouging .their guest. read more

So in Vegas, there is a plethora of taco shops and if you wanna start a business with tacos, you have to deliver. I went to have lunch at this place earlier today and I have to say it was mediocre at best. It just opened up so I was excited to try something new. They gave me a small amount of meat in my taco. They were so soggy. The only highlight of my meal was a chipotle sauce. Even my drink was the pineapple lime drink had so much pulp in it. It was gross. If you're gonna open up a new restaurant and try to do business in Northtown, you have to step it up and realize that you're competing with far cheaper places at a far better quality and quantity. read more
