Parking is free, and the food court is behind Mystic Falls Park. For a late-night bite, they're open 24 hours. There is plenty of seating, but the tables aren't always cleaned. Menu offers a good selection of combination plates, tacos, burritos, chimichangas, tortas, tortilla chips, and daily specials. There's no substitution. I ordered Cheese Quesadilla ($8.25) with rice and beans, this is plentiful for a meal. The cheese quesadilla is cut into four pieces, served with Mexican rice and creamy refried beans, it's tasty! You can also get it with beef, chicken, and carne asada if you want to add protein. It would be great if the cheese quesadilla came with sour cream and guacamole. They do give red and green salsa with the meal, and both sauces are mild and not too spicy. Service from Luis is very kind, welcoming, quick, and friendly! I have been to a few of these and this one is pretty solid. We wanted to grab a quick lunch. Hub and I split a bean and cheese burrito and I got a 1.59 chicken taco because it was Wednesday. Staying at Sam's we brought it back to the room...hub also picked up some McDonald's French fries from the same food court. I am staying at Sam's Town in Las Vegas and I have been craving a good basic shredded beef taco. The tacos were made to order, the rice was delicious and flavorful. The tacos were crispy with just enough greasy oil on them to know they were fresh made. The red salsa was wonderful, not too hot or too spicy. The food came out pretty quickly, but I got there before the lunch crowd. I can honestly say that this taco was by far the best taco I have eaten in 10 years, and my home attempts don't even compare. The last I had a great taco was when I was in California. Early dinner in Las Vegas... Located at the Food Court of Sam's Town, between McDonald's and Panda Express, was a sign that read "Roberto's". I texted a photo of the sign to my friend, Roberto, in Honolulu. He laughed and said he had a secret side business (joking)! I had to get some tacos! I ordered the Fish Taco and Adobada (marinated pork) taco from the regular menu. I got the lengua (tongue) taco from the Secret Menu. The lengua was disappointing. It was on the dry side and only had some flavor from the onions. I had to add some tomatoes, guacamole, and Adobada to it to finish the lengua. The Adobada was better than expected! It was tasty and moist! I also liked the fish taco because it had fresh lettuce and tartar sauce! Located at Sam's Town casino which is convenient if you're at the casino but they also have an entrance where you don't need to be in the casino to get to it. Robertos was recommended to me by a local a few years back and has become my wife's go-to for tacos when we are in Vegas. One of the only reasons to stay at Sam's town is that Robertos is on-site so she can get her taco fix. Prices are reasonable. They are open 24/7. My personal go-to items are the rolled tacos (taquitos) and the nachos. The 5 rolled tacos combo comes with a drink, Unfortunately for me, there is no nacho combo. It's probably a good thing, though, because I don't always want a drink with my meal. The food court area is shared with a McDonald's and a Panda Express that both close at your normal McDonald's/Panda hours. The dining area isn't always the cleanest and is pretty small but gets the job done. Would share a pic of my nachos but didn't think about taking a photo until I had destroyed 3/4 of them. Great late night food, much better than Taco Bell or any of the other "mexican" fast food joints, and they are pretty quick with orders, especially late at night. read more

Admittedly, the rice can seem a little too garlic forward, but beyond those two issues, I like the food. The red salsa has a good spice to it and the rolled tacos are good. They are one of three food options open 24/7 and the best option over Mc Donalds and Panda when nothing else in the casino is open for food until 6am. To have a real taqueria inside a casino... it is AWESOME! They make all from scratch and a few salsa selections and the pickled carrots and jalapenos with onions you would get at other real deal taqueria's. The cashier was friendly and I was happy that after he handled the register/money, he put gloves on to make my food since he seemed to be the only worker in the front. I orderd 2 crunchy tacos with shredded chicken and added avocado for an extra charge. It was tasty and similar to another similar place my friend took me to in LA, where they fry the whole shell with chicken before putting the lettuce and cheese on it. After taking my tray when my order was ready, I asked if they had sour cream, and they gave me some.
