Fried rice has a nice flavor and wasn't overwhelmed with vegetables and other ingredients. My roll was great too. I can't recall which one it was but it had shrimp tempura eel sauce and spicy mayo. The shrimp was crisp, the sauces complemented well and I really enjoyed them. The restaurant itself is not huge as you can see from the attached pic, but the booths are still comfortable and spacious.

What made it worse was that no one from the restaurant addressed it -- not the chef, not the waitress, no one. One of the men standing behind us repeatedly leaned over and ate food directly off the plates of his party. It was chaotic, uncomfortable, and honestly gross. We ended up rushing through dinner just to leave. Our waitress was actually very sweet and did her best, but she was clearly being disrespected and overwhelmed by that large party as well. The food itself was just okay, and the way large amounts of food were being thrown onto plates felt sloppy and unappetizing. Before leaving, we asked to speak to a manager. He apologized, acknowledged that the situation should have been handled differently, and gave us a $50 credit. While we appreciated the apology, it was never really about the money.
