I stop at the bank in the complex that Rocco's is a part of pretty regularly. I had noticed the place, but never thought to check it out until today. I was starving and wanting to try out a new place, so I stopped in. I was surprised that they had such a wide variety of offerings on their menu. I decided to try the chicken pesto sandwich, which was pretty darn good. Lots of artichoke, the right amount of pesto, cheese, and mushrooms and chicken make up this sandwich. The flavor is pretty great. It could use a little bit more flavor, but other than that it was wonderful! I was also surprised and delighted to hear that it was family owned and a local business. I'll definitely be back to try out some pizza, which is the best deal around. This location is also great because it has free wi-fi (you have to ask for the password or guess at ), a nice seating area, and has parking, which is always a plus. read more

Downgrading. The pizza is still fine but don't bother with anything else. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a side order of the meatballs from Eat24. First, it took forever. And second, the sandwiches were terrible. The Italian sausage isn't actually a sausage. It's sliced up. There was so much cheese I could barely taste the sausage and the alleged onions and peppers. It was super greasy as well and upset my stomach. The philly was smothered in so much cheese my friend couldn't eat it. And they messed up the meatball side and sent some sandwich which also had so much cheese I couldn't tell what it was. They shouldn't offer sandwiches, just say bread and cheese. One time my whole family was a home waiting for three large pizzas, and my family is the type that gets whiny with food, and they said we could use this coupon from the mail. Then we got there and the lady was very disrespectful to my mom about the coupon when she could have just politely said we couldn't use it. We ordered a medium pizza with half and half toppings. One with pesto/artichoke/chicken, and the other with red sauce and sausage. We were starving from our hike, so it all tasted delicious. Wait time was medium, but not outrageous. I saw what the one slices looked like, and they are definitely LARGE slices! It's a great value. Third time coming here and Rocco's does not disappoint! I ordered the 10 inch personal pizza that allows you to choose 3 toppings, i chose prosciutto (which counts as 2 toppings) and gorgonzola cheese for $7.95. I also got a Dr. Pepper for $2.45 which has free refills. Waitress was Deanna and was very nice, not sure if I was speaking too soft but she had to ask me several times what I wanted. It was only until i pointed to the menu, she understood what I wanted, so be sure to speak loud (but don't yell)! I went to the bathroom and there was an unflushed toilet with a fly hanging around in one stall but the other was very clean. There were several paper towel rolls in baskets, but in my opinion, if there were fancy soaps in the baskets, the bathroom ambiance would have looked better. Pizza came about 15-20 minutes later and it was huge! I could only take about 2 and a half bites until i was full and i took the rest in a to-go box. Overall this place was great, good for a quick lunch. There is a ton of seating for big groups. Service was okay, food was good but not something i would want to eat everyday but for the price, it is worth your money. read more

I've been ordering from Rocco's for years now and have never had an issue. Tonight, my pizza was 20 minutes late, the driver made no effort to find me. When I finally tracked him down he made a comment about my tip being "cheap" after making me wait for him to finish a conversation on his cell. I debated whether to call the store because I've never made a complaint before, but I did and the guy I talked to solidified that I will never order from here again. He told me that because the driver doesn't speak English fluently he couldn't have made those comments and I clearly misunderstood. He was offensively dismissive and made it clear that he thought I was lying. It seems trivial to make a post like this, but I thought others should know about the terrible service when trying to decide where to order from. read more

I love this place. The thing is I despise people, who write 17 paragraphs about their experience here. It's simple people, the pizza is great, the hot sandwiches are great (the chicken pesto and/or the chicken bbq are my faves). The owners are great, and for a quick bite $5-$7 for a slice and a drink, it's tops. Just don't go during school lunch hour, it may take a while unless you call it in first. I ordered a pizza for delivery: Cheese, with spinach, tomato, and basil. Surprisingly bland. Tough, chewy crust. The sauce was unremarkable and there was very little of it. I don't like to write a bad review, but pizza is a caloric and financial splurge, so my expectations are pretty high. Maybe they are having an off night... Fast delivery and good pizza! We ordered the Hawaiian pizza with added bacon, and the garlic bread. Our order arrived around 15 minutes earlier than the estimated time by a courteous delivery guy. The garlic bread is VERY 'garlicy' and cheesy! So, if you like that, you'll love this. (We did!) We ordered our pizza thin-crust. We had an expectation of crunchy thin-crust but it was more like a New York style crust. Either way, it was fresh, and good! I am all about a place that can do one thing- just one thing so right it makes the rest of the imperfections fade fast away. Here, we have a pizza joint, the same as any other pizza joint. The pizza is better than adequate and the service is commonly pleasant and timely. But what puts this place over the top is their aMAZing Meatball Subs! The subs are nothing like some Subway "Ga-thump" of a huge meatball into some white-ass no flavor bun with a piece of rubbery cheese on it. No sir-ee. The bread Rocco's uses is not the kind that hurts the roof of your mouth or the kind that sticks to the roof if it. It's this yummy doughy, kind of flat but with a still-substantial crust roll-type thing. The meatballs are delish but moreover, its that they offer them in a smaller size AND cut those cute little suckers in half to place/space them proportionately inside. Add onions, a little red sauce, some cheese and bang-o! Best meatball sub ever in your hand and mouth. YES PLEASE!!!! i love Rocco's its cheap, fast, clean, has a t.v., outdoor seating,alcohol (classy beers) ,pasta,RC soda (instead of coke and pepsi) ice cream,free ranch,free cheese, friendly staff (except for that one that reminds me of the soup nazi from senifield) and its no new york but its pretty damn good. my only complaint is that you have to walk literally threw the kitchen to get the the bathroom. plus the room from where food is cooked and toilet isn't very far. read more

Did an online order over 6 hours prior to the delivery time thru YelpEat24. Salad and Pizza, nothing special. Pizza arrived within 15 minutes of my set time online. That was the best part of the whole deal. Pizza arrived mostly cold, the cheese was a solid mass, no stretch, no strings, no too hot to bite into. The toppings were sparse, nothing like Mary's Pizza in Sonoma County, nor like Extreme/San Rafael. The crust was a hard 1/4inch thick cracker. Sauce was painted on thinly, not enough to even need a napkin to wipe it off your mouth. Salad description on the menu has s's after each item, so one cucumber slice, one thin onion slice, an olive, missing a carrot, and a teaspoon of crumbled cheese just doesn't cut it for $3+. Lastly, the most of the pics on yelp are over 6 months and some over 3 years old, they are NOT REPRESENTATIVE of what your pizza will look like. read more

Man will there ever be good pizza in Marin? We have ordered Rocco's multiple times with no success. 1 out of 4 was ok. We placed an order tonight during the last world series game hoping for some great late night eats, should have just ordered Dominos! We ordered a medium pizza half pepperoni half sausage ans emphasized a side of blue cheese. The result: a cold half sausage half HAM(!) pizza with NO blue cheese. come on! So disappointed in my local eatery. The person taking the order was rude and appeared careless and when I called back said "well sorry the driver forgot the blue cheese and the cook swears it was pepperoni on the pizza". He did proceed to give me half off but still i waited over an hour for the wrong pizza COLD without my blue cheese. I hope you guys can improve service, attention to detail and promptness. read more

I used to LOVE Roccos but had a not so great experience with their food over a year ago. However due to COVID I decided to give them a try again and boy am I mad I did that!! There were barely any sausages or pepperoni but there were 42 million olives! Crust was thin, sauce was tasteless. A huge disappointment. We'll never order from here again... I keep hearing they changed owners and if that's true they should give it back. read more

OK. First I should start off and say the food is absolutely EXCELLENT (especially the pizza)! The staff is also very courteous. Other than that, I should say that it might take a while to get your food if you come during the normal dinner hour. At 6pm, it took us 35 minutes to be seated, and 40 minutes after we sat down to get our food on the table. The kids were totally melting down from low blood sugar... At least Rocco's had free crayons and paper and stuff to distract the kids from their hunger pains. If I go, again, I'll get there before 5:15pm or after 8pm. read more

The pizza is pretty good! I am giving one star bc of costumer service. We had order many times for their delivery. For the last 12 months at least once a month we order for delivery. Last week we waited almost 2.5 hrs!!!! Yes, you read that right! We called once after over one hour and they said that the driver was on the way, not even an apology!! We called again after another hour and they said they had the house number wrong!! How? We had ordered before and even if that was the case they should call us, that is what every delivery place does. The last time we called the person barely said "sorry".
