Came on a Sunday afternoon to watch the NBA Finals Heat Nuggets game 2. Seating was self seating, you choose your table and a waiter takes your food/drink order. You can also order your own drink at the bar and take it to your table. Our group of 4 came for drinks and shared the loaded nachos with chicken. We thought the nachos were pretty solid for the price and enjoyed the atmosphere because they had multiple tv's for the Dodgers/Yankees game and Heat/Nuggets game. I really loved this place. Me and my girlfriends would come here every weekend. I came here on a Friday night and more girls than i expected joined us. We got here after the 10 o'clock buy one get one free. So they would not let us inside the tavern, even though there were underage drinkers outside and it was so obvious. I went to go pee with four other of my friends. As girls do we all went into the same sauce since the line was so long we wanted to help the line by being quick. When we got out of the bathroom, the bouncer was mad at us although we took the time that probably two girls would take in the bathroom for six of us.We were outside with the group mix along all of the under age that this bar brings. I went to go back inside to grab a drink and he rejected me because I took too long in the bathroom. This does not make sense and it's honestly very invalid and I will never be returning here with my girlfriends Again. Whoever the bouncer is needs a check up and he probably was just listening to the girls behind him in line who were drunk and had no idea that what we were doing, was actually helping them for the sake of time . I pictured the bouncer here and honestly, this place is really cool but this guy really sucks and I'm 100% sure that I'm not the only person who thinks this. I went to Happy Hour here with a group of old coworkers. Their happy hour entailed double drinks for the price of one. The drinks are not strong by any means. Our waitress did a pretty decent job of checking up on us and we were a very large party (about 25-30 people). I was impressed that they were so on top of it. We have been a couple times. The first time, the pretzel and cheese sauce was amazing. But the use of Fabuloso cleaner is overpowering and off-putting. This is the second time I've gone to Rocco's and was, for the most part, ignored. Literally, and I'm not exaggerating, a couple of men walked in after I did, sat directly behind me, and the waitress not only took their order but brought them drinks. I was in the restaurant, again not exaggerating, 20 minutes and all I got was a menu. When I was prepared to order, I looked around and she was standing outside on, what appeared to be, her phone. I eventually walked out and, again, went to Smoke by Craft and Fine, a restaurant two doors down. I'd like to think it has more to do with than the way I look but I can't ignore it any longer, which sucks because when Rocco's first opened in Pasadena, I was a regular. I was treated with respect, most employees knew me; it felt a lot like the TV show "Cheers". Now, the late "Cheers" actor, George Wendt, will be a customer in Rocco's before I'll ever be. Been coming here a couple years now and I finally remembered to take pics for a review! One of the few places that carry Budweiser. The wings here are my favorite thing to get, and their pizza and mac and cheese are super good too. The food and drinks here are generally really reliable. I highly recommend coming during their happy hour where they do 2 for 1 beers. If there is no seating available inside, there is a little outdoor area next to the street. My friends and I went to paint just down the street and left starving! We quickly made a choice to try Rocco's Tavern because it was close by. Boy did we make the right decision! Upon arriving, we were greeted and sat down quickly. Our waiter was very sweet and helpful. We told her it is our first time here and she suggested pizza and wings, because it is what they are known for. So that's what we got! We shared a large $24 white pie pizza with wings $14 ish. We tried the hot flavor and the Baltimore dirty style flavor. I loved both! Rocco's tavern was such a delight and a wonderful surprise. First time at this location and it wasn't such a memorable one. First off, it looked like they were short staff so I'll give that to them. It was both open for indoor and outdoor seating. Sidewalk and street converted into dining sections which is nice. When we got there, there was couple of tables outside which was fine as that what we wanted. Got seated a few minute while waiting in line at the counter. From the beginning, it looked a bit slow on service as a good amount of the guest had no food on their table but did have drinks. It took us a while to place out order as the only waiter working was servicing everyone. He was on the go left and right. There's a also a lady working as well. She seemed to just cater to indoor dining and also looked like the bartender. When we finally ordered, the waiter didn't write anything down so of course, being all over the place from one table to the other. We knew the order would be wrong. Which of course it was when it finally came out. Instead of the large 18 in pizza we ordered with 5 toppings, a small personal size was brought out and missing one of the topping. I get it, he's all over the place being the only waiter. He did correct the mistake and brought out the large pizza later. But they were all over the place. There was tables and people in line and no one was getting seated. We've seen a couple of groups just walked away while they were waiting in line for a while to get seated. Rococo's Tavern is deceiving with its happy hour menu. You will get an added on gratitude if you have a bill over $100. (Which is illegal in the state of CA) Plus not to mention that if you don't pay cash there is a cashless fee. As for the manger Joy she acts friendly with the customers but she talks smack about each customer and it can be heard from the restroom. I was looking for a sports bar and hit the jackpot. I came on a Monday right before happy hour ended and was able to get some really good local beers. The place is self-seating and although it was pretty crowded, I was able to get a table quickly and comfortably sit 5 people. The service was super quick and our server was able to give us some good wing recommendations. That being said, the Baltimore "Dirty Style" was really good. In my opinions better than the Hot Honey BBQ flavor. We also got the Rocco's Itallian fries and the sauce it came with was delicious. Street parking was easy to find and free after 6pm. read more

My boyfriend and I spent the afternoon at the Jackalope Artfair and walked over to Tangles salon for a quick haircut. After the salon, we were so hungry that we wanted someone that was gonna be quick and within walking distance back to our car. I had noticed Rocco's next to us and we entertained ourselves at the salon by reading the one star reviews - I have to say, none of them reflected my experience. We went at around 4:00pm on a Saturday and there was no wait, we were seated immediately and our drink orders were taken very quickly. Our waitress was so great, she let my boyfriend sample a beer he was unsure about (the double IPA which he ended up getting and enjoying). We knew we had to get the pizza fries and we both were thinking about burgers but ended up with pasta and wings. I think I would order my pasta again, I love garlic and it just wasn't as garlic-y as my tastes would have preferred but this pasta is great if you're not that big on garlic. My boyfriend liked his wings but he said that he would go with the spicer 911 sauce than the garlic parmesan next time we go.
