When I called Topline, I spoke with Luis, and he told me that he couldn't really quote me until I brought in my car for him to take a look at it. So that same day, I decided to bring my car in for him to take a look at. However, prior to him looking at it, I took my car to another shop at another shop within that same complex. I won't say the name, but this shop took a look at my car and said I would also need to replace the entire mirror. When this particular shop got back with me with a quote a couple of days later, it was $1600+. When I took my car to Topline for Luis to take a look at it--first of all, he helped me to fix the side mirror in that moment so it was no longer bent backwards and therefore, drivable. He did this at no charge. And after taking a closer look, Luis let me know that he could fix the damage without replacing the entire mirror and that it would be about $200. I brought my car in about a couple of days later and Topline was able to fix it within 15 minutes. I was in and out. I'm grateful that I found Topline. I appreciate the extra effort he took to give me an honest assessment and that he did not just automatically say that I needed to change out the entire mirror. If you're looking for a body shop that does honest work at honest prices, I would recommend Topline.

Yet they did not try to pressure me into fixing it, but rather told me in a more of an off hand, oh hey by the way kind of heads up. I appreciated their honesty and the price is not a rip off either. The only downside is that they don't take appointments so it's a first come first serve situation and I had to come in on a PTO day since I want to make sure it got taken care of that day.

brought 2 red Shoei Neotec helmets to this business to be painted silver to match my current motorcycle. I was assured by the person who I contacted, Randy, that he could do the job. About a week and a half later I was called and told my helmets were ready for pick up. Due to my work schedule and the fact that I was going out of town for the weekend, I sent my son to pick up my helmets. I also called and spoke to a person named Larry and gave him my son's name so there would be no confusion. When my son arrived at the business and was given the helmets, he saw visible red paint around the edges and in various places on the helmet. When my son brought this to Randy's attention, Randy became angry with my son. Due to Randy becoming angry, my son started recording the conversation. My son asked Larry does Randy talk to all of his customers this way. Larry replied Randy was having a bad day. That is no excuse to get mad with a customer over poor quality work. My son took the helmets and left. I called the business and spoke to Randy after my son left. Randy said he did not like doing business with a third party. I told Randy my son was not a third party. Plus I advised Randy that I had told them in advance my son was picking up the helmets for me. My son was pointing out issues with the paint job and Randy did not like that. I told Randy I would be back with the helmets. I retrieved the helmets from my son. I returned to the business with the helmets for them to be repaired or touched up. Randy made sure he was not available. There was also this white paste all over the helmet stuck in mechanisms and crevices that needed to be cleaned. I was told that was their buffing compound . I had a very pleasant discussion with Larry about the issues I had with their work. Larry said they would take care of the noted issues. Almost 2 weeks later I called the business and spoke to Larry because I had not heard from them. Larry advised me there was a problem. Larry told me my son had given their business a bad review on yelp and the helmets were not in circulation or rotation. However they refer to their job process. He also asked If my son could remove the bad review. Once that was done the helmets would be put back in circulation or rotation. I told him this seems like my helmets were not completed or being held due to a bad review. He stated the fact that they were also very busy. I told Larry I would talk to my son about the review but I wanted my helmets done. The very next day, Friday, I called the business and spoke to Larry. I told him I was coming to get my helmets whether they were done or not. Larry told me the helmets were ready for pick up. How convenient is that!! On Saturday I went to the business to retrieve my helmets. One helmet still had red paint visible in a spot that I had actually pointed out as an issue. Most of the white paste was removed from the various locations. The helmets are supposed to have a life time warranty on the paint. I hope I never need it. As far as Randy is concerned he had a lot to say but not once did he make himself available to actually see what issues the customer actually had with the paint job. I would not recommend this business to anyone to have their helmets or anything else painted. They absolutely do not know how to do good finish work!!! I initially chose Rock & Roll Custom Paint Works because of their appealing portfolio of custom paint jobs and what appeared to be a reputable business. Unfortunately, my experience with them was far from satisfactory. After paying a hefty deposit for a custom paint job on my vehicle, I soon found myself trapped in a series of unsettling issues. The first red flag was the severe lack of communication from the company. Emails and phone calls went unanswered, and promises to provide updates on the progress of the project were repeatedly broken. It became apparent that they were not operating with any semblance of professionalism or transparency. What is even more disconcerting is that I am not alone in this ordeal. A quick online search and looking through Reddit revealed a string of complaints from customers who shared remarkably similar stories of being taken advantage of by Rock & Roll Custom Paint Works. Many of them experienced delays, poor workmanship, and some even claimed to have lost their deposits entirely. May of 2020, I had my Harley Fat Boy painted, waited till now to write a review. Just want everyone to know the quality of service and paint job turned out excellent, have never had any issues with the paint period. My satisfaction is off the charts, gave him my paint colors and expectations and put trust in his vision to execute for which he did flawlessly. He hand painted the emblems which I love and makes it truly unique. Recently had road debris damage to my front fender so I'm currently having him fix it. I had my gas tank painted by Randy and Larry , great service and the quality of work was amazing, couldn't ask for anything more than the perfection done by their talent. Customer service was excellent and I highly recommend them to anyone of my friends and acquaintances for any future custom paint needed. The original paint job was completed in 2013, was a 7-step process and the colors were no longer available. They were able to match the colors and the existing custom paint.
