    I only come here because of my service plan, like clockwork the same thing always happens. I decided to try a Thursday for a service appt. Work half day to ease the blow, appt time 1pm arrive 1245 wait till 115 for the service advisor to help me. He of course tries to upsell me, then tells me a couple of hours for a oil change. I ask what is the point of an appt if you wait 30 mins for check in and then a couple of hours. Not to mention the lack of urgency of the staff. One female advisor chilling on her phone no worries in the world. The others move at a snails pace, the fact that each time I come in a whole new set of advisors. I only seen 2 familar faces from my 6 years of coming here. Once my service plan is done I am switching dealerships! Do better Honda, and not to mention my radio still doesn't work and that's been since before my warranty ended they fixed it several times and blamed Honda manufacturing. And when making appt you indicate you are a waiter and they still lag!!! There is no such thing as EXPRESS SERVICE HERE!! 4 hour wait time for a simple oil change! Do Better

    Because of this car purchase, I deeply regret choosing this vehicle. I bought a brand new 2023 Honda CR-V Hybrid, and after only two years the engine has started to shake, which is extremely concerning for a newer car. On top of that, the lane assist system has begun glitching and works inconsistently, creating safety concerns. I also constantly receive USB error messages that have never been fully resolved. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that I purchased the extended warranty expecting peace of mind, but it now feels like a scam. Issues continue to come up, yet getting meaningful support or solutions has been difficult and disappointing. I expected reliability, quality, and long term value from Honda, but my experience has been the opposite. I would strongly caution others to do thorough research and ask hard questions before purchasing this vehicle or the extended warranty.

    Raymond has been a pleasure to work with. Professional, compassionate, and empathetic. After taking my car with so many mechanics I decided to take it to Rock Honda in Fontana. Cost an arm and a leg, but can't go wrong with Representative Raymond, the mechanic, and Honda parts. They figured out what was wrong with the car after unnecessary waste of money with other mechanics. Place is always nice and neat, free , and coffee. Thank you and Happy Holidays & ! 10 for Raymond!     Dillion greeted me as I waited in the appointment line . Soon after Ronaldo advisory desk personnel arrived and took over the position. I had the opportunity to work with Ronaldo the last two times here for different car maintenance jobs. He continued to be professional and pleasant to work with. I like that he took the time to explain in layman terms in words I can comprehend. Here for my A1 service alert in my car , oil change and tire rotation $139.99 the basics . There are added premium features at $199-$299 ( look at pictures for more details) .

Before I even applied for financing, I called the dealership and explained my situation honestly upfront. I told them I had recently transitioned out of non-W2 income, had inconsistent income history, and had a couple of repossessions on my credit. I specifically asked if it was even worth applying before wasting anyone's time. I was told that as long as I could provide an offer letter from my new position, they should be able to work with me. After applying, I was initially told I needed $10,000 down. When I explained that wasn't possible, they suggested either trying a different vehicle or getting a co-signer. I got my son to co-sign, and then suddenly I was told the deal was approved. At that point, they asked me when I could come pick up the car. I was then told the down payment would be $2,500, but I wouldn't need to bring it immediately -- I could pay it within three weeks. Then later it changed to $3,000. I was repeatedly reassured that the terms would not change again. From there, the dealership requested document after document: ID Insurance Proof of residence Utility bills Credit card statements I recently moved, so my license still had my old address, and utilities at my current residence are included through my landlord. I explained this multiple times. Every time I submitted something, I was told "that should work," only for them to come back later saying it wouldn't. I provided: A closeout utility bill Another utility bill Credit card statements Additional proof of address Eventually even documentation connected to utilities at my current residence This went on for days with constant back-and-forth communication and shifting requirements. At one point, after spending the entire day sending documents, I was told at almost 8 PM that we would "have to revisit tomorrow." Then after again confirming that the terms would not change and they could get the deal done. Today I was suddenly told the bank now required the FULL $3,000 upfront immediately. The most frustrating part was the complete lack of accountability. Every time something changed, the response was:"The manager told me..."or"The bank changed it..." Apparently the terms changed hour by hour. At some point, it honestly felt like the goalposts kept moving no matter what I provided. If the deal could not be done, that should have been communicated clearly from the beginning instead of putting me through days of stress, paperwork, insurance setup, and repeated requests for documentation. I have purchased multiple vehicles before and have never experienced anything this disorganized, inconsistent, or unprofessional. I also have to be honest and say that I began questioning whether race may have played a role in how this situation unfolded, because the tone and complications noticeably escalated after I submitted my ID. I truly hope that was not the case, but it is unfortunately how the experience felt. No customer deserves to be treated this way.

When we went inside to run the numbers, it was clear they heard everything my son was saying from the monthly payment to the down payment and overall price and they worked out a great deal for him. The manager was very realistic and honest with my son, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure our expectations were met. Fernando in finance was also amazing and took the time to explain everything so we felt comfortable with the process. Overall, I really enjoyed the customer service and car-buying experience we had.
