I've been debating about whether or not to leave this review but I have to, to let people know what this dealership does. So I bought a Frontier from them a couple weeks back. While I love the truck, the way they did the deal was pretty scummy. We had agreed upon a price, with interest rate and monthly payment and everything. I took a couple days to think about it and decide to buy the truck. I called in and confirmed price, interest rate, monthly payment. When I got in there they lowered the interest rate and kept the same monthly payment. Effectively raising the price. Then they lied and said they never agreed to the interest rate blah blah. "Oh I forgot what the interest rate was". They literally said that when we confirmed in the phone that morning. Be careful of this little maneuver and I would advise spending your money elsewhere. I wanna start this review by saying that I was asking for A LOT and understood that if things didn't work the way I wanted to, I'd have to deal with it and move on, understanding that I'd just have to keep my gas guzzler as a worst-case scenario. What I didn't know was that the worst case scenario would be the dealership running my and my father's credit over 15 times in an attempt to force us into a deal without our knowledge and going against the one thing we asked them not to do. 3 weeks ago, we walked out of this dealership disappointed because we were told that the best price they could do on the Nissan Leaf I wanted was $600 a month with $0 down because of negative equity on my car and my credit. Unfortunately, that's not what we wanted, and we had to walk out. After a week, we thought about it and thought it wouldn't be the worst price ever. I walk back in there, explain that I was told $600 a month with $0 down was the last price we landed on, and test drove the car once again. Once getting back inside, I was told that my previous file was (conveniently) lost and that we could figure out the numbers again, resulting in a $700+ monthly payment because of my credit. For some reason, over the span of a week, my trade-in went from $10,000 to $5,000, and we refused to trade in my car for that amount. Magically, they were willing to buy it for $10,000 again. Then they said $600 monthly payments weren't possible because of my credit, negative equity, and no more rebates on the car. (The car never even had rebates, I was told so on my first trip there, and it was because the body style was so new) So I talked to my dad about being a cosigner, and he begrudgingly agreed under one condition: the dealership doesn't run his credit to a ton of banks everywhere. They say they won't do that, so he comes over, gives his information for the only credit check they said they'd do to get his score, and we wait. We waited for what felt like ages, only for them to say it still wasn't possible because of the negative equity on my car. Once again, we tell them that we're just going to leave if we can't get a $600 a month payment with $0 down. We'd been told that it was possible, now we're being told it isn't, and frankly, I'm getting tired of wasting my time. I'd like to state that I understood that what I was asking for felt unrealistic. What had me come back was the fact that I WAS TOLD THEY COULD POSSIBLY DO THAT. Now they made it seem like I was crazy for thinking it was possible to begin with, even though the file they "lost" had those numbers. Really convenient for them to "lose" that file. As we say, we're only able to do $600 a month with $0 down one last time. Semaj says something along the lines of "Let me see what I can do to help you." He walks away. We think he might be talking to someone who might be able to bring the price of the car down. He didn't give us any details. After about 15 minutes, I get emails. 3 hard credit inquiries on my account, my dad has 10. We start questioning what he's doing because this is THE ONLY THING WE DIDN'T WANT. Once Semaj comes back, he says, "How do you expect me to help you?" I'm frustrated as ever. What we expected was for Semaj to ask us if he was going to run our credit, but his form of helping is going to be insufferable to deal with for the coming weeks. I have to call all these banks to dispute these inquiries. I have to see my credit run through the mud while I'm trying to rebuild it. I accidentally led my dad into a trap that he didn't want to walk into. The kicker? I'm talking with someone outside when Semaj says that he got us approved. Great news, right? Wrong. He got us approved for $600 a month, $2,000 down. Where am I going to get $2,000 dollars in the span of 5 minutes? The whole point of this car was to save on gas. Am I supposed to go to everyone I know and beg for money? I was done talking and wanted my keys back so I could handle my own business after spending 4 hours of my day sitting in a dealership just to get nothing done. I understand that these processes require approval from banks and good credit for good rates and all those things. I'm not an idiot, but I was hopeful that if someone said they could get certain numbers that we've discussed before, then it'd be worth my time. I was very clear that if it wasn't possible to get the numbers I wanted, I was content with leaving. The people at this dealership were hellbent on getting a deal and did things without permission just to make some extra money. Now I have a lot of busywork to do because they decided to take advantage of someone's information. The more I think about everything that happened, the more upset it makes me. read more

I used to come here for all service needed, since this is where my journey began. But I've since stopped going. It is not because of service, as all of the technicians are super friendly. But rather, the fact that a complimentary car wash is no longer offered...even when you spend hundreds of dollars on service. I know it's possible because they need to wash the new cars for sale, they just choose not to. Such a strange policy change. I recently checked out Rancho Express Lube in Rancho Cucamonga, which is closer to my work, and was thrilled that they were not only friendly and efficient, but they do a complete complimentary car wash next door ($25 value). If I could give zero stars, I would. We are currently shopping around for an SUV and decided the Nissan Rogue would be the best fit for our little fam bam. As we were in negotiations with Antelope Valley Nissan ( which gave us an ok price but a really good warranty of 200,000 miles) I decided that since we stopped at the Fontana the day prior, let's see what offer they can give us. Over the phone, Anthony promised a great deal and advised that our presence would allow them to provide us an even better deal. I had even chosen the car and all so that everything could be quick and smooth. Upon arriving, I was assured everything would be done to get us into this vehicle at the best deal. Both Anthony and the sales manager boosted about how they give the best hassle free deals. A man's word is everything. Sadly, their word means absolutely nothing because the moment my husband began to tlk numbers, not only did they hike the price but weren't willing to work with us in any shape or form . Mind you, they encouraged us to drive down to fontana from the AV only to walk away with nothing. Nothing but wasted time, wasted gas, and worse deals. What was the point? They are definitely not eager to make a sale, nor are they customer service oriented. The sales manager walked away from my husband without even shaking his hand or thanking him for coming out. It's ok. I'm just beyond disappointed with how dirty salesmen are to get people into buy but are so quick to try and skim you for extra money.
