The second guy at the smog check referred me here cause he didn't know what the problem was. Eugene checked my vehicle and asked insightful questions about my car. It turns out after having my battery replaced which 'restarted' my vehicle's system and Eugene helped reset it for me and gave me routes to drive so my car could get up to par with the mileage for the smog check. After checking it twice (cause we didn't drive enough the first time), he helped pass me for my smog check!
