I was having issues in a restroom with water backing up into the bathtub whenever the toilet was flushed. Also, the toilet would get clogged up very easily. As the problem got worse, I finally decided to give Rocket Rooter a call. I called on a Sunday night and Alex was willing to come in but luckily it was not an emergency because I still had another restroom that was working fine. He scheduled to come to my house early next morning at 7am. Alex arrived right on time. He was very respectful and professional, especially with covid going around. I highly recommend Alex, we hired him initially to replace a sink, faucet and garbage disposal. When he finished it I asked if he would turn on my water heater and he did in the basement. I was leaving the house later that evening and I had to put some boxes in the basement and come to find the pressure relief valve was leaking continuously flooding the basement. It was 4:00 p.m. and I called Alex to let him know it was an emergency and asked what should I do. He walked me through how to slow the water down but it wouldn't shut off.
