Regular size breakfast burrito with bacon + Arvada smoothie (Spinach, Avocado, Banana, Pineapple, & Apple Juice)
    Erin H.

Solid spot for a morning hang! Staff were friendly and gave recommendations. Ultimately, I got the Arvada smoothie and regular inlet breakfast burrito with bacon. Breakfast burrito had good amount of filling for regular size, and I liked the bacon. Salsa verde was flavorful and a must add to the burrito! Without salsa the burrito is dry on its own. Staff said the bigger burrito size might have been too much food for what I was looking for, but it might be a good option if you are really hungry. Smoothie was delicious, but it was kind of difficult to drink through the small straws. Really large space in here though! I could see them hosting some cool events here.

Banana, blueberry, almond milk, and hemp seeds--an absolutely heavenly combo. The staff was kind and helpful, and the seating was very comfortable. The atmosphere was beautiful and aesthetically pleasing.

Adore the vibes in here! I only wish there was more seating, but honestly it was worth waiting for. Love that there's so much variety of seating as well as a diverse menu. Really great decor and quaint space, exactly what I was looking for during our beach trip to Melbourne. We hit up Rockies at brunch hour on a weekend but they still prepped our food and coffees quickly and had everything fresh! Can't wait to visit again if we are ever in the area.

The ambiance of this cool little place is awesome! Its very welcoming and clean. The service was most excellent. You are greated by people who are glad you're there and they are very accommodating. The food is really really good! A lot of healthy choice along with sweet tooth choices as well! If I lived here, this would be my favorite spot! I highly recommend this eatery whether you live here or just visiting!

Delicious drinks & great service. Their coffee isn't too sweet. Nice mountain & beach vibes. Be prepared to enter mountain time. Parking is a little challenging during the busy Saturday morning hrs. They are open 7am-2pm everyday except Wednesday. Closed Wednesdays.

This place hit the spot. Immaculate vibes and friendly staff are to be found here. Cute, cozy, laid back beach cafe with great coffee and delicious food. We loved it. We got 2 different breakfast burritos and wow both were fantastic. The cinnamon crumb muffin was delicious. Our coffees were good and well made. We will be back because this place just rocks!

Great baked goods and breakfast burritos. My smoothie was delicious as well. Hashbrowns inside the burrito where still crispy

Rockies Cafe is a hidden gem! I had the pulled pork burrito and it was absolutely delicious--packed with flavor and super satisfying. The portion was generous and the pork was perfectly tender. I didn't get a chance to try the baked goods, but they looked amazing--fresh, creative, and definitely worth coming back for. Great vibe and friendly service too. Right by the beach as well!

Maui Pineapple smoothie with passion fruit, mango, and whey protein powder

The smoothie that I got was soooo good!! I got the Maui Pineapple with passion fruit, mango, and some whey protein powder. The guava coffee cake was also very delicious. The service was good and in a very beautiful area of Melbourne Beach right near the beach! I would most definitely recommend this restaurant.

With such a prime location right on the beach, it feels like it could be an incredible restaurant and a serious revenue generator, but unfortunately, it doesn't seem like much has been invested into the property. I was surprised to hear that it supposedly has the same owners as Dijon's Restaurant up the street, which has a much more polished and upscale feel. The difference between the two is pretty dramatic. During our visit, a lot of the staff seemed to be standing around waiting for customers, and the whole place just felt like it was missing some energy. The outdoor dining area is dated and not particularly inviting. The windows and exterior show plenty of wear from the beach weather--which is understandable in this location--but the overall space still needs some attention. If you do eat here, I'd recommend staying downstairs. Upstairs had more of a pool hall/dude-hangout vibe and definitely wasn't where I'd choose for a romantic weekend dinner with my wife. This feels more like a beach-day, grab-some-grub kind of place that happens to occupy the building of a much larger restaurant. There's a ton of potential here, but right now, they're really missing the ball on what this location could be. Probably would not return unless the place gets a significant refresh.

Got to the restaurant and the elevator was not working so we had to sit downstairs where it is stuffier and less of a view. The menu for breakfast had changed and was meager!!! I had the avocado toast. Nothing special. My husband had the pancakes. They were fluffy. The server was gracious, the hostess could really careless as she continued to lean on the podium. Asked about the menu online and was told "yeah, it changed awhile a go, but the owners haven't updated the website." We will now be looking for a new family tradition.

They have the hot griddles built into the tables so that you can make your own pancakes which is what they're known for. We didn't have to wait for a table and the service was pretty quick. I started with a blood orange mimosa (only $6.95) and it was a very generous size. For my entree, I got the 2-pancake stack breakfast combo. I opted for the lemon poppyseed pancakes (which the kitchen cooks), cheesy eggs, and bacon. My husband got the southern breakfast, and our friend got one of their scramble skillets. Everything was amazing!

I had the shaved ribeye. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. Loved the roll and Cole slaw. Now if they had some creamy horseradish for it, homerun. All in all, an excellent Sammy. My wife had the pulled pork Bennie. I am not a fan of pulled pork, but I must admit my fork wandered over to the plate a few times. She loved the dish as well. It was so big, we took half home. And there is where I may have finished it without permission. LOL. I really wish Yelp had the half star option. 4 1/2 is more appropriate. Go here. You won't be disappointed.

This place may not look like much from the outside, but once you step inside, the old-Florida atmosphere around the piano area completely changes the experience. It has a romantic, classic vibe that makes it perfect for an evening out with someone special. The service was absolutely excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food came out surprisingly quickly. The drink selection is great, and the cocktails are well made, taste fantastic, and definitely do their job! The live piano music really sets the mood for an evening of fine dining, drinks, and conversation. The food was very good, with both steak and seafood options that hit the belly just right. Definitely make a reservation if you want a good table, especially near the piano. Great atmosphere, excellent service, good food, and a memorable night. I would absolutely return!

This one is difficult. If we rate just the food, which we generally do, it is 5-stars. Fantastic…read morefood. Everything else was certainly noteworthy. Here is how it went down. We arrive on time for our reservation. We are greeted, if that's what you want to call it, by a tall older man. I swear he looked at us like, can you really afford to eat here? So the initial interaction was rather poor. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, so maybe he just had a bad day. Yeah, apparently not. The place is very pretty and certainly airs of a higher end establishment. After Mr. Snooty took us to our table, we were greeted by, ready for this, and even more snooty lady. Think Mrs. Howell. It's kind of like going on a date with a psychiatrist, knowing that they are judging every word that's coming out of your mouth. Lol. So after getting a lay of the land from her, we ordered some drinks, which were fantastic. Then the first course came and it was fabulous. We had the escargot and the oysters Rockefeller. Yum. The Escargot was buttery and soft. The oysters were well seasoned and perfectly cooked. We tried a lobster bisque and it was so so good. The touch of sherry was perfect. As for the Caesar's salad, this was the star of the evening. It was one of the best I've had and is what a Caesar salad should taste like. I am seriously considering going back there just for that salad. For dinner my wife had a lobster tail. She reports it was excellent. The snooty lady wanted me to try some special they had, but I went for the lamb chops. Again, perfect, medium rare. Winner. Snooty lady went uber obnoxious snooty after I didn't pick her choice. I was scared for the rest of the night. Overall price to food value, negative 100 billion. Food was fantastic. $250 for the portion sizes not worth it. Then again, even if they were bigger, not worth the price. Like I said, go for the salad and pass on the rest. Make you car payment and go to a more reasonably priced place that won't treat you like you need to have a credit report or occupation that they might approve of. Oh and they had some nice live music. That was good. Too bad, the staff put a damper on the birthday dinner.

Wow, we missed so many things about Crush! Those bacon-wrapped Medjool dates, the amazing cocktail program... so many things. It was also topped with an egg and some smoky mayo. Regardless of what it was called, it was TO DIE FOR. My daughter had a huge wedge salad, and it was great. My wife's chive and Gruyère biscuit was awesome, and her strawberry-rhubarb cocktail was delicious. Unfortunately,…read morewhile the service was kind, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, the food was one of the most disappointing meals I've had in a very long time. We tried several different things across the menu, and unfortunately none of them landed. The chicken tacos were incredibly bland and lacked seasoning or flavor. The sushi was especially disappointing and felt more comparable to something I could pick up prepackaged at a grocery store than what I would expect when dining out. The salmon with fingerling potatoes was easily the best-looking dish, but unfortunately the flavor didn't match the presentation. Both the fish and accompanying vegetables were dry and underseasoned. The biggest disappointment was the ramen. Before ordering, I specifically asked whether it came with a soft, gooey egg and was told yes, so I ordered an extra. Instead, both eggs arrived completely hard-boiled and unseasoned. The steak was overcooked, and the broth had an overwhelmingly strong balsamic-like flavor rather than the rich, savory flavor I expected based on the menu description. We also browsed the marketplace, which was very sparsely stocked during our visit, and the items that were available seemed considerably overpriced. I can only speak to what it looked like on the day we were there. I do want to give credit where it's due: everyone who took care of us was friendly and welcoming, and we visited during happy hour, which made some of the pricing a little easier to swallow. Unfortunately, even at happy-hour prices, the quality of the food simply wasn't there for us. I hate leaving reviews like this, especially when the people were so nice, but after trying multiple dishes and being disappointed across the board, I can't justify more than one star. Sadly, this is not somewhere I would return.
