Taylor Ham Egg and Cheese Sandwich on a roll.
    Chris M.

Been some time since I posted a review here. This has been my weekend go to for breakfast. The egg and cheese on toast has been great. Fast service and always friendly. The taste has been spot on and price is right. The ambiance is clean and that of a quaint restaurant. A lot of locals and regulars go here. I recommend and will be back.

Love love love this coffee shop. I've been coming here for years since I was in college to study, work, read, or meet friends. The service is great. The staff are very kind. The food selection is wonderful and the drinks are great as well. It usually doesn't get busy so there's almost always a place to sit either in private or with friends. Will continue coming here as long as I live lol!

Always get the grilled chicken pesto panini when I come here! So flavorful, I'd definitely recommend. Unfortunately, sides (fries, salad, etc.) cost extra and don't come with the sandwiches. Service is okay, employees don't necessarily go out of their way to be especially nice, but it's fine. Ambience is cozy and it's a great place to bring your laptop, connect to wifi, and work/relax.

First time having the famous (dare I say infamous) Taylor ham /pork roll bagel sandwich and I thoroughly enjoyed it! You walk in and can order on a kiosk /iPad which is nice especially if you are indecisive and need time to browse. My latte wasn't my favorite but it did what it needed to for our lengthy drive on the turnpike. Nice neighborhood spot lots of families popping in and out for breakfast

I ordered avocado toast which costs 6 dollars and in the description says the toast is made with sliced avocado, pomegranate seeds, and goat cheese on whole wheat toast. This is what I got. I will NEVER EVER order from this place again. This is NOT WORTH MY MONEY!

Awful. 30 bucks for cold coffee, a nasty pork roll egg n cheese and "eggo" waffles. Uggh.. So disappointing :(

Boasting about my toast with the most.

Its a trendy spot that was doing things right, even before trendy became trendy. Apparently its a chain, but you wouldn't be able to tell from the community feel. I didn't come here for the coffee, but walked in because of their pretty toast pictures. So many options! Goat cheese pomagranate or salmon cucumber? Picked the latter as per cashier's suggestion and it was a perfect afternoon snack. There's also breakfast, sandwiches, and of course plenty of coffee... all for a very reasonable price and all served in a very homey ambiance. Give it a try if you are in town.

Its a nice warm day to sit at RocknJoe and have some coffee. Loved that this place offered a some outside seating for guest, lounge type seating, and table seating. Its a bustling shop with live music and lots of customers. I wouldnt say its the best place to study due to the noise; lots of sound echo-ing and excess noise. But if you have headphones you should be ok. Service was prompt. I loved they had a great menu for hot breakfast items like omelettes, lunch items like sandwiches, and just your average coffee shop snacks. I tried the Raspberry Cookie Crumble latte and egg/bacon/cheese croissant. Definitely enjoyed both and will be back again to dine in for lunch and coffee soon.

Rockn' Joe is a solid little coffee spot in Millburn and I recently found out this is not the only outpost, this seems to be quite a little chain in NJ (3 or 4 stores). It does give off that chainy vibe which I'm not opposed to, just has that vibe. The music was solid (ask Sheila A) and it was quiet. The staff was friendly and the coffee was good. The internet was super slow and intermittent which was disappointing as I was there to set up shop and work, which made it a bit hard. None of the food rang out so I passed, but definitely a solid option for coffee!

I really, really like this place. The lattes are great and so is the food. The staff is friendly and attentive. Very comfortable atmosphere with oversized leather chairs and tables. I have read where the service can sometimes be slow but I usually go on Sunday mornings and the last thing I want to feel is rushed. I'm usually moving in slow motion and if they are, as well, I hadn't noticed. Yesterday the bacon smelled so good that I had to order some. Was thin, crisp and delicious, although not a normal accompaniment to oatmeal. If I had one word of advice/criticism, they should make their own oatmeal, not serve instant. Otherwise, AOK. Oh, and the guitarist yesterday was great. Just trying to figure out why anyone would go to Starbucks when this gem is less than a block away. Hmmmm.

I finally made it there the other day and was shocked at how substantial the place was. It was no small bakery, but was a full cafe and gourmet shop as well. The delicate, flaky cookies were like little croissants and were ribboned with a rich chocolate spread. Their version also had hints of vanilla, which I really enjoyed. I also got one of their large Chocolate Chip Cookies, which was thin, but packed with gooey bittersweet and semi-sweet chocolate. It also had a light sprinkling of Maldon sea salt on the top. It was super decadent! Liv Breads exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to revisiting to try many more of their items.

First off: Service. I told the employee that this was my first time there, and they were more-than-happy to help me make a decision for my order. Patient and walked me through. Second: The Food. Let's get into it. 1) Cassava Latte ($7.50) - I was so pleasantly suprised at this drink; described as "(i)nspired by the Filipino dessert cake, made with condensed milk and coconut." The first sip, and I was intrigued! It was perfectly sweet, and the perfect mix of that coconut-dessert taste that cassava typically delivers! It tasted genuine, if that's possible. 2) Sinigang Croquette ($5.00) - This was interesting. Described as "Pork and Gabi (taro) shaped into a patty, rolled in Japanese bread crumbs, and deep fried. Served with our in-house sawsawan (dipping sauce)", it hit all the right notes. To be honest? $5.00 for 1 felt a bit steep. I'd pay $7.50 for two, though! 3) Boy Bawang Shio Pan ($7.50) - This was the most curious of all my purchases. Described as an "(i)n-house salt bread rolled in garlic and corn crumbs, filled with roasted garlic butter, topped with corn cheese whip. Inspired by the popular Filipino snack: Boy Bawang. THIS ITEM I SING ITS PRAISES. I am an absolute lover of the Boy Bawang Garlic Flavor Corn Snack --- much more pungent than anything Corn Nuts could ever offer. This Shio Pan absolutely delivered with its roasted garlic flavor! And as soon as you take a few bites ---- you get hit with that roasted garlic butter --- and let me tell you, they are not shy about their filling! Absolute master class --- but it's only for a limited run. You should definitely try! Third: Ambiance - The Cafe is quaint --- and has a seating area that could maybe fit between 18-24 people? It's just along the side of the business, but I managed to get a table for myself. Ayala, you did not disappoint! Can't wait to try your Sisig Flatbread for the next round!
