I was hearing noises in the attic space for the past few weeks and I thought it was a squirrel (I had one ten years ago). The noise was getting worse so I requested quotes on Yelp on 5/19 around 3PM. In less than ten minutes, Judith from Rodent Control responded by email so I called her. She said that a field person could be at my house between 5PM and 6PM. Sean called at 4:30PM and said he was on his way. When Sean arrived, he did a free quick inspection of the house - attic space, crawl space, master bathroom, around the house, roof, etc. He said that this was a "100%" rat problem and he found likely areas of entry. Sean was very patient in explaining how the rats could be coming in, the possible treatment options and answered all my questions. He came up with a quote on his phone and said there was a cancellation for the next day so I scheduled the work. Sean and his crew arrived on time at 8:30AM and the crew finished around 1:30PM. They worked hard pulling out insulation, used concrete to seal roof openings, added wire mesh to ~8 rooftop ducts, closed openings around the house, vacuumed and disinfected all areas and set multiple traps in the attic, crawlspace and master bath. One week later and another field person checked the traps. Not one trap was tripped, things look clean and there is no noise or trace of any rats! Rodent Control did a good job to find all the vulnerable openings! I chose the full treatment so this rodent protection is under warranty for five years. In another week, traps will be checked again, just in case. I don't think there will be an issue but if there is, I know that I can call Sean and he will get back to me. We had rodent control company to help solving the rodent problem, Sean did the initial inspection and suggested the full treatment with 5 years warranty, and the job started on the following week, they sent the team starting working in the morning and finished all the work by end of the day, Sean did the final check and clean up everything before leaving, and a week later we found there is still rodent activity and called Sean again, he sent two experts to check all the possible opening and spend half of day to seal all of them, and Oscar (one of the team members) is very professional on sealing the opening. After that we haven't seen any rodent activity, but with 5 year warranty, you can call them anytime to check again. Sean is super helpful and supportive during entire project and I will call them again after a few weeks to make sure everything is good. 8/12/2022- a team of 3 came out today to fix several holes that were around the house (both in the attic and below in the crawl space, as well as around the house perimeter). They spent 9 hours in total. Things initially weren't perfect, but at the end when we went through the walkthrough, I pointed out what I wanted improved and they fixed all of issues. The team was very nice and professional. Overall satisfied with the work. They probably aren't the cheapest shop, but they stand behind their work and ensure that the job is done to your standards which is the most important aspect for me. He took a look around and got to patching up entry points to the building right away. Idan Kapuya and his crew were absolutely amazing!!! They came within a couple of hours for a free inspection at my parents home and started working immediately the next day to take care of the mice situation.. They worked 2 days solid cleaning out the insulation of mice feces and sterilizing the attic, covering all opened areas inside and outside around all the house that mice could enter in thru and they placed traps through out the house. They were a very respectful hard working crew and cleaned and vacuumed up everything after they worked in the attic and in the house. Jorge arrived on Friday and gave a very thorough inspection and was understanding and considerate with my concerns. I chose the blockage treatment with warranty. I have a serious rat phobia, so I had a list of areas that I needed addressed. He assured me that they would take care of everything and put my mind at ease. That following Monday, their 2 workers arrived in the morning and got started. They were very meticulous, following my many requests and instructions. Oscar (one of the techs) was so kind and patient with all of my questions . Both of the workers were very detailed and professional. They both went above and beyond and blocked and sealed every access point around the exterior of my property, underneath in the crawlspace area, under the house eaves, in the attic and even on all the pipes and vents on the roof! My recessed fridge space had a large void that lead to the attic and the floor which had open spaces between the boards which you could see the crawlspace. This was very freaky to me knowing that anything could come crawling through the gaps. They added concrete to the existing floor boards, sealing off gaps and closed off the void above with wire mesh. There were also many other areas that they sealed off. They even provide photos of the completed work that are not accessible to see, like in the crawlspace and on the roof before the final walk through is complete. They did a ton of work! It's such a good feeling knowing that my entire home is rodent proof. I am going to call them sometime over the next couple weeks to service the traps. We got the blocking, cleaning, and sanitizing done. The team came early but prepped outside until the scheduled start time. They were very courteous of our space and also quick yet thorough. It was definitely a big job and we asked to get it done in a day. They came prepared. It was a divide and conquer day. They had people working on cleaning the attics which was quite dirty. At the same time, they had people outside blocking the many holes are the house that lead into the crawl space under the house and the attics. It did get pretty noisy and cold in the house (the front door had to stay open as they cleaned) but they did their best not to interfere with everyone working from home. Sean came at the end of the day to debrief and explain next steps. The day after all the major work was completed, we had some questions and Sean was very responsive. Rodent control was professional from the beginning. Joseph Blaze, the field operator,showed up on time and explained everything that needs to be done to my house. The final quote was a bit expensive but still decided to go with them for the 1 year warranty. (Depending on the package chosen).
