What stood out from other companies I interviewed was Francisco took very detailed before photos when giving the estimate from all different angles of my mom's attic versus other companies barely looking at it just taking just one or two photos. I quoted several rodent proofing service and I believe Francisco is the most helpful one, he is the person who not only discovered all the rodent entry places but also found that I need change my air duct. Francisco and his crew are amazing! My husband and I unfortunately caught two rats in our house. We had no idea where they were coming from. Francisco came out the same day to inspect our home. Opening with: Fransicso is a professional, responds quickly to messages/questions, arrives when he says he will, and has a proficient team that works fast and with care to do it right. We had rats and mice in our house, captured with a ring camera. I got advice from the city vector control and anotherinspector to seal all possible entrances into our house/crawlspace/attic and clean our attic of all droppings (there were a lot). Given that, while at it, I felt it may be a good time to replace our ancient and thin insulation batts with new insulation. I got 4 bids from yelp for attic cleanout + installing new insulation batts. Francisco's bid was competitive and the only one that included full rodent proofing of both crawl space and attic with a 3-year warranty that no rodents come into the house. So I went with Francisco. Francisco arrived to clean out the attic with a big team, in a big truck, with a big vacuum. They cleaned it all in less than a day. They also sanitized the attic and applied new insulation around our HVAC ducts. Several weeks later, after ensuring rodents were gone, and some new ceiling electrical fixtures were installed, Fransico came back with a smaller team to install new batts. They did that quickly. Also, because of electrical fixture work, I had half a dozen holes in various room's drywall, and asked if Francisco had a "drywall guy". He did, and that guy came with the rest of team, and patched drywall holes, including texturing with sponge and painting, all this while the insulation install was happening. Now that the job is done, I am very happy with the work, attic is clean with better insulation and my cameras have not captured mouse or rat motion since. I had rats in my attic and after a few nights of being woken up by scratching in the middle of the night, I called up Francisco. He responded very quickly. He came out for a free inspection, showed me photos of a bunch of rat poop and potential entry locations and provided a quote that I thought was fair. He came back with a team that sanitized everything, ripped out and replaced the insulation, and sealed the entry points. Although it was raining that day, they stuck to the plan and were very careful to wear shoe coverings and clean up after themselves. Francisco was very responsive and came out to do the free consultation. It was very thorough and he went into the crawl space after seeing some rodent poop by the vent at the side of the house. It ended up being a massive 3 day project, 2 full days clearing out the crawl space and installing new insulation and a white plastic tarp on the ground. All the vents were extended with new metal sheets that covered a much larger space to seal off the gap between the walls and the ground. The last day everything from the attic (which also had mice droppings) were cleaned out and then new insulation was installed. I have to say a lot of stress was removed after this was completed. But honestly, with rodent issues, you never feel comfortable until they are really gone and can no longer enter ever again! He set traps in both areas to test it out. Francisco reached back out to me after a week and came to inspect again to make sure nothing came in and the traps were not holding any hostages.... He will be back out in a few weeks to check again. Having said this, I sincerely appreciated him and his team on working through Friday, Saturday and Sunday to put me at ease. They worked hard and they were clean as to ensure my house did not get dirty or damaged from this. They put plastic covering that protected my home from the dust or dirt that can be brought out from the crawl space or attic. Everything was cleaned out and nicely installed down below and above. Around Christmas, we noticed hearing scratching from inside our pantry. Then my husband saw a mouse in the pantry! We called this company based on their positive reviews.
